Ok i been testing ryuuseis all day, I think the torp bomber change is a slight nerf to single-cv ryuusei and buff to multi-cv Ryuseis

Ryuuseis will target the enemy backline if they can fly past the enemy VG before launching torps.
With the new change, planes will only find a target and launch torps when they arrive at a predetermined spot instead of on a 2 sec timer.
The launch spot is closer to your backline than where ryuuseis can fly to in 2 seconds, so it’s now less likely for your ryuuseis to fly past the enemy vg than before, aka its less likely now for your ryuuseis to target the enemy backline

This is a buff to multi-cv ryuuseis tho, since each Ryusei will only pick the closest target when they reach the launch spot, instead of all ryuuseis picking random targets at 2 seconds regardless of positioning. This increases the chance of Ryusei hits vs. beforehand
