after that it's super tiny chance to activate

so the longer the fight goes the worse smoke gets compared to other defense skills

She has torpedo armor mods on her barrage, which means despite the lowish base damage, it really tears into heavy armor ships and still hits hard on medium armor

1:2:1 pattern iirc for KGV barrage as flagship
