You will generally shoot the second volley at the time 410 would have its second volley, but by then you pushed out twice as many shells. Damage should not be an issue because her FP gets silly high and most of the ships you shoot atm will be IJN on top. If barrage is noticeably better with it, then it sort of stops being a question
