Getting Bismarck Zwei to actually function is quite a challenge as she requires Seydlitz for survivability. Add to this the consistency of black hole on offense being near non existent, leaving the laser as the only thing she is good for

Can you explain this. I'm actually using Warkai for the moment as it's one of the few backliners on the TL that I actually have. She does okay, but my toughest battle was against a Shinano, Hiryuu, (Independence?), JinnMeta, Laffii fleet.
The air damage was so so great, it has me rethinking my plan. I was going to work on New Jersey and FdG, but I'm thinking about switching to Shinano since my Laffii/Juneau stalls pretty well
