Musashi: 410mm. Go for 356mm from sakura gear lab, it is speedy for a tradeoff ofnsome damage. Her barrage is really busted. Get the WNT (if you want her as flagship) or an SG Radar (if you want Hiryuu as flagship).
New Jersey: 407mk7. Ehh... 457mm (or at the very least, the Mk4) both in eagle union gear lab for main gun option. Beaver Badge on her, she's the squishier BB and thus needs the Eva stat more.
Hiryuu: Not bad. WNT for flag, as discussed with Sushi; or Angel's Feather or Gold Catapult if she's off-flag.
Anchorage: Manjuu to +10 at least. Kicks is a marginally better option for it gives Ancho some speed, though Rudder is alright on her anyway and you are probably grinding Aurora noctis d1 for black torp prints. Her blue torps are a safe option to have on if you don't know what torps to use on her (for invul on or before opponent cv's airstrike)
Shimakaze: STAAG on her as aa gun. She doesn't need speed, put in an oxytorp (for magnetic torps) or a black torp (for non-mag torps). Teatorps from the royal navy gear lab section are by far the best for her. Even more so after getting your first black torp. Can just do fine with quad mag on her or use the eagle union gear lab mag torps on her
Juneau: Gun's alright, torp's alright, better off getting a 2nd sextuple bofors. Your aa gun's an alright poverty option for juneau. If you have survivability issues then consider either the boiler or another gyroscope to replace torp bulge

biggest thing is get your all your gear to +10

gen plates are a pain to get early-game but if you're grinding out maps like 11-1 and 12-4 you should eventually have a huge stockpile

given the levels of your ships, you should have no problem reaching at least w13, allowing you easy access to the popular leveling and gold farming maps

after that it's just a matter of how willing you are to buy dock space lol
