I've encountered Healquilas probably because of this, where Preload Aquila would be way better here in PvP. Probably because the opponent was using her against some W14 stage and forgot to swap gears before exiting the game.

There's going to be some bias, maybe it's intentional on the player's part, maybe not. I don't know if this is the case, so take this with a spoon of salt unless someone adds info.

You are pretty much not doing anything for the first 20 second of the round then hoping the CV bursts kill the enemy

Normally a match would finish by the second burst, meaning you spend normally 40-50 seconds on a round

Against high end opponents

The fleet itself is reliable but it can’t finish a fight in 20-25 seconds like preload dps fleets like Mafia, Zoomer, Musashi Aquila
