Anyways, I did some calculations on how much time you'd need to get 1 million exp for a PR ship only through OP siren and here are the results:
-the most AP to XP efficient maps are the corrosion 1 maps with 5 AP resulting in almost 1k vanguard exp per each battle. And there are 2 fleets that spawn in each run.
-it takes around 2-3 minutes to finish 1 run due to the caches being a forced pickup.
-A total of 500~ runs are required for 1 million vanguard EXP considering the fact that the vanguard always gets MVP.
-With all of that being said, You'd be grinding a total of 16.6666~ hours of op siren for 1 million vanguard EXP with a total of 2500 AP being spent however, It'll probably take more considering the fact that one can run out of ap rechargers

Now the real question: Is OP siren a viable option for PR?
Alone, No. With normal mode, Yes.
Now If you'll excuse me, I gotta get back to farming OP siren

I also found out that, Compared to 10-4. OPS gives more vang exp for the amount of oil used.
For example: My current grind fleet uses 67 oil and gets around 2k exp per fleet usually. So by using basic math I have deducted that OPS corrosion 1 maps are the best way to grind exp for pr ships compared to 10-4
