@kind heart So, after you complete the main story of Borderlands 3, there's a thing called Mayhem Mode. It raises the difficulty a bit by making enemies tankier, but making them drop better loot/more EXP. There's 10 Mayhem levels, with different modifiers like enemies spawning with invincibility drones, or healing each other after dying, or lava pools spawning below you if you stand still. There's also beneficial ones like Lootsplosion(enemies explode into more loot than usual). Mayhem 10 bumps up the enemy HP/shield/armor by 10,000% and has 4 modifiers at once. 1 beneficial, and 3 hard ones. Mayhem 11 removes all modifiers but keeps M10's HP/armor/shield boosts, and cuts rewards by half.
