at skill max level healers going from best to worst in my opinion

1. Uni Retrofit (1 preload and decent reload) [8% hp to vanguard 5% to main]
2. Perseus (2 preloads but long reload can hurt in extended battles) [7% vanguard 3.5% to main]
3. Ryuuhou or Shouhou (both are okay with Ryuuhou doing 3% of 5105 hp which can be a lot for a ship but to only one ship and Shouhou doing 8% to vanguard only)
4. Volga only 5% to the lowest and then 2 random ships which could be not helpful when all are low
