Then it's balance 3 different grills, 3 fryers, and an oven constantly
Shut 1 grill down, clean it
Shut the oven down, clean that
Clean the staging area for the meat (where it is, off the grill, but not on a sandwich)
Then it's cook to order for 2 hours
Then it's closing duties
Clean the main grill, do the dishes, help the newest people with their shit
Sweep, take out the trash, mop
Clock out

If I'm not cooking in all of that
I'm getting more stock, washing my hands, doing the dishes, taking out trash etc etc

I never have more than a minute to wander

See in fast food, there's 3 shifts usually
Opening, day, and closing

Day is the easiest but it's the longest and it's really monotonous
opening is pretty difficult all round
Closing is easy for most positions, but harder than opening for a few

Where the main focus at the time was keeping the common worker in the factories
This system hasn't changed
It's a system designed to quell enginuity and creativity and breeds conformity to the status quo of the nation
This is why America is the way it is
America's president, congress, and Supreme court can only prolong this cycle
True change in America is just change to the schooling system

America is in a sad state, that will only get worse if this change does not happen
