it's fair to say that the difference between 1 and 2 % is small enough that, for the purposes of gacha, it's not super meaningful. You can't actually count on it happening. You could pull 10 or 20 and get it, or you could pull 300 and no luck

Im not tryina like do some rei math to prove like 1% or 2% are the same, just that by my few gachas experiences and different rates of from 1 to like 3% ish percentages its always felt the same anyway
