From my experience, it's very difficult to raise your rates after you first set them, so you need to set them high enough that you consider the work worthwhile

Of course, if money isn't really a concern for you anyway, then prices don't matter as much

I'd use 10/hr as a baseline, and if you feel your art or your time is worth more, you can go up from there

Especially if you're drawing full color, backgrounds, extra objects, etc.

I know a lot of artists will charge extra for stuff like that, like levels of detail on the background and stuff

Good news for PGR PC Client test.
Game runs really smoothly from my experience.
The framerate matches your native monitor's so I was at constant 165FPS.
Character models and graphics are crispier than anything emu has to offer.
Loading times are nonexistent.
Full gamepad support.
