I'm trying to farm using an emulator, cause my phone is suffering a bit lately, but i'm encountering a problem.
Often times, during a battle, the screen gets stuck.
Shots gets fired but they remain still, i get skills activation prompts, but nothing else moves, no ships, no hp.

Sorry for the ping, I'm also having this exact issue on Nox, what I'd recommend doing is if you're running Android 9 try to install a Android 7 installation and trying that out instead. That seemed to help me out quite a bit and my game no longer freezes, if that doesn't help though I'm not sure what else to recommend other than using a different Emu, also make sure to update the program if there is one that might help too
My specialized core is stuck at 3958 no matter how much i play and collecting weekly missions never fills it up eg i collect 200 it says it will exceed 200 and after claiming it still remains at 3958

I have the same issue, I play the english version of the game and now im located in Japan but before the update I could purchase things the regularly but now it just say item unavailable in your country
All units freeze mid battle, buttons like pause still work and I also still get the occasional skill popup but the battle never ends, this happens to me like every 4-5 battles, any idea what it could be?

So, I have Twitter bound to my main account. I downloaded AL on bluestacks on my laptop and used twitter to sign it. But instead of logging into my main I go to tutorial screen. And then when I tried to log into twitter on my main account it directs me to the other account on the tutorial screen. Managed to log back into my acc using apple sign in but I want to know how to log into my main on bluestacks

Apparently this happens to other games' in-app purchase too (I tested on Girl Cafe Gun and it happened there too). But somehow buying premium games/apps on Play Store is still fine to use my Visa card. Must be region problem.

Not a bug, but something very odd I just encountered. I got an in-game pop-up text (the same kind of pop-up text you get when you collect coins, oil or EXP data packs) saying: "free gems at ..... cosplay....." (couldn't read the rest, but I think it was pointing me to some website or something) and then a minute later "There are no free gems :/ ". I'm just very confused

I tried to link my account to yostar and used my gmail, said it was already linked to another account. But when I log out and try to log in to said account it gives me error. Anyone knows why? App is most likely put to sleep, set it to never sleep (happen to me before)
If you're using the newest Samsung phones (i.e. S22 gen), AL notifications don't play nice with it for whatever reason. I use an S22 and notifications really only come through as they should while I'm playing the game. If I have the screen off, or if I'm in another app, notifications will either come in very late or won't come in at all until I'm back on AL.
I logged out of my account so I could log in on another device, but when I tried to connect using Apple, I ended up being signed into someone else's account. Not just a new account, but like an account that's level 80 and has multiple oathed ships and stuff. I tried to log out and go back into my account, but I only end up at that account now. Anything I can do to fix this?

I want to limit break my Vanguard, I have a second Vanguard - not locked and level 1. When I try to limit break my first one (level 95) it doesn't show the second Vanguard at all even if I hit the locked and >1 off and on. Quick Select also just comes back with "Not enough items" any clue wtf is going on

I haven't played in a while, but wanted to play, so I went to update the app, but about half way through it would stop and say "download failed" and say either close or retry. I retry and it never works. I restarted my phone, no dice. I then deleted the app, but now I can't do anything about Azur Lane. I tap the download button, and either it will either do nothing or it will as me if I want to download Azur Lane over cellular or later on wifi. (I am on wifi) All my other apps work, the App Store works with all other apps, allowing me to update other apps and download new ones, but not Azur Lane.

Let me explain what I mean: Low level versions of earlier META ships got immediately shredded by my preloaded torps (and they deal the amount of DMG they normally do). Repulse META however takes reduced DMG for some reason (and not just from torps, but from everything)
hmm well. your fleet either improved a lot since then, or the first few levels of repulse meta are actually weaker than they generally are. either way, no need to worry about this, really. im sure she will get more challenging really soon!

You probably sent those bulins to either guild operations or hard mode stages. Remove them from there and it should work I think :v

Most likely there's a law that prevents people from overseas making purchases on JP AL games on google play store that came in recently. I also have this issue on my android but I switched to my JP Apple account and it works fine 
I believe that your payment method has to originate from JP to make purchases, but I could be wrong if someone can clarify this for me.

Hey, so I tried downloading Azur Lane onto my phone, after the app finally decided to work with me (for the longest time it was stuck at 99% and then refusing to finish downloading) and installed, every time I hit play it briefly shows the developer logos (yongshi, manjuu, and yostar) and after fading out, presents me with a black screen with two grey borders on either side.
Even after waiting a while, the black screen does not change. Any ideas on how to fix this?

AL needs independent transactions methods like Genshin, coz currently google play holds all transactions ways disregard payment method and thus can do whatever they want.
I just wanted to suggest other payment platform instead of codapayments. I'm playing other Chinese game, and they use other american platform, that can handle the payments from Russia, and I bet there are others platforms like that.
Ah I was just about the ask about the issue. It seems it hasnt been solved, also it only effects Yostar games I play a few other games that are not available in my country, but payment works fine on those. It seems google isn't responsible for it.

At the time I was playing the game my account was bonded with my Twitter account, I am on iOS, I havenāt changed my phone, I thought I used my primary email and I used the login on the game screen but I think I might have messed that up, but my Twitter still has the original permissions and bindings I did from awhile back

Woke up today to getting a failed hash file check. Tried reinstalling the game, tried loading a new Memu instance and installing fresh, but nothing's working. What do you mean by when it is bind to google play? When you log in make sure that you are in the correct sever. If nothing happens, email al.cs@yo-star.com and ask them for account recovery.

From what I have noticed, this problem stems from the currency the final purchase is being processed in. Apps that are doing it in USD (for example) seem to be working just fine even outside the support region, whereas apps that are using local currency are not working.
