so.. after you beat the final compiler on b3/d3 then have the cutscene fires and have a guild mission notification, the notification is stuck on screen. you cant play unless the popup is closed, but you cant close it. both the (x) and "got it" button are inoperable. the blue button can be tapped, but once you are in guild screen you will be stuck there - infinite manju jumping loading.
is this a known bug?
it can causes funny things like above. after you close the game and reload, the sortie is completed without defeating the flagship.
A'ight, regarding the 'Unknown Error: 1' that pops up for me time to time, any fixes? I've tried clearing the cache, restarting the phne, and asset repair, to no avail. I've gotten it a few times in the past with no explanation, and haven't ever found a fix or a reason as to why it happens.

Hey my game don't run and stay on this screen.
I'm looking to start playing again, but upon trying to login to my old account which I'm pretty sure I've linked to my facebook, I can't seem to find my account. After trying all types of login with multiple different emails I was unable to find my account. I remember a few specifics about my account, but nothing like UID. If I could get any help with possible recovery it would be much appreciated. I lost this account years ago, and have no way to login, but would rather not start from the beginning. I have contacted support already, just hoping to maybe find another way to get it back hopefully quicker.

I updated my game a few days ago but when i tried my preferred method of login it identified me as a beginner for some reason if i remember correctly i lick my game with either Gmail or Apple ID(logged in with Apple ID) i contacted customer support but they take for ever to respond (still waiting for a response) i check my server already(Guadalcanal) any ideas?

same issue it has been 3 days for me now
I don't know if this counts as tech support or not but I've been having this problem every so often where after 20 or so seconds my second fleet just flat out refuses to use their main/secondary guns. Torpedos and the like still work though, which i find rather odd. First fleet doesn't have this problem

I've started the game on my old phone (where the game was originally), and have tried to log in through the Youstar account, in the end I apparently made a mistake somewhere and the game started directing me to a new game there. I have tried removing all teams from hard mode, and siren as possible, and restarted several times but have had no luck... I have more than enough ships to fit commission requirements

im trying to install azur lane on a new phone and for some reason; it freezes then crashes when it reaches the login screen. currently tried clearing cache and uninstalling then reinstalling and neither fixed it. new phone is Samsung galaxy s22+. azur lane still works on my old phone just fine so im not sure why it wouldn't on the new phone.

I have two FB accounts (a old and new one, that I transitioned to over the years). My AL account is bound to the new FB account, but when I tried to recover my AL account on a new device, I accidentally logged into my old FB during the recovery process.
Now my new device only lets me try to bind to my old FB account. it won't let me try and re-log into using a different email. Any ideas? Already re-installed the game, and unlinked AL from my old FB account.

Sorry for double post, i had a "Google play:Api service is unavailable" glitch so i tried to re-login to fix it. So logged out and I clicked the Facebook Login Option because i saw that i had it binded to my account before. & while trying to re-login, it loads nothing and takes me to the beginning of the game as if I never binded the account to my Facebook account. I double checked before I logged out because of course I don't want to lose my hard work so idk what to do at this point.

Hello. Strange graphical glitch happening. On my iPhone (and only my iPhone; BlueStacks is fine), one of my L2D skins (Kirov's Drifting Justice; other L2D skins are fine) is replaced by just plain white when I have her as my secretary (I can see the edges of the background on the right, so I'm guessing it's just the actual animated portion). It works fine if I turn off L2D. I've already tried repairing assets (twice) and uninstalling and reinstalling the game completely. It used to work fine until a week or two ago. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello, since the last major update I haven't been able to access my account. I've double checked to make sure I have the right server selected but when I start the game I still get the new player intro. I'm pretty sure I bound my account to Twitter when I started playing a couple years ago, but when I select that option I just get a black screen. And yes, I've waited a while to see if anything loads. I've also tried installing the fresh apk file from the link on the official EN Twitter account, but that always fails to install. What could be causing these issues and what are my options? I've had this account for two years now and I've spent a decent amount of money on it - I won't just start over now.

A small visual issue, not major game breaking. I've started to notice that skins of ships and ships themselves, when firing a salvo or launching planes, the artwork seems to clip underneath the black boarders that line the screen on tablet. I'm using the latest version of the iPad, haven't tested on my phone but I'm nearly 100% certain this has only recently started to happen

What happened:
I logged in for the first time of the day, causing it to take me to the monthly login rewards page before the main menu properly loaded. I then decided to finish a permanent event mission that required me to beat 3 daily challenges, so I did that via clicking on the Go button, taking me to the daily challenges page, and then I beat them via Quick Battle. I don't think me going back there again to do a task for a different event mission matters, but I'm mentioning it anyway. When I returned to the main menu, Torricelli was there with no face and no text box appeared for the login message OR the battle completion message
How I think that happened:
I think a weird interaction occurred with the login and battle completion messages both trying to load at the same time causing the facial expression and message to be set to a glitched state

Since it looks like some people here have had a similar issue, maybe they can tell my what worked for them. I've been going back and forth with customer service for about a week now without getting anywhere. I haven't had access to my account since the last major update. When I try to log in, I get the new player tutorial. Customer service confirmed I did bind my account via Twitter, but whenever I try to log in by that method I just get a seemingly endless black screen. They also told me to try reinstalling the app, but that didn't work either. It's a 2GB file that's stored in Android -> data -> com.YoStarEN.AzurLane folder. It is necessary to run the game. In order to get it back, you will need to reinstall the entire game for 7GB or just download the obb file for 2GB and copy it to the folder.

Force stopping the app fixed the stuck in loading screen for me 
If you're playing on the same device on different servers then it would be like you have two separate accounts. So that means when you log in you have it remember to log in on Washington
But I recommend you bind both your accounts in game by the way
Just incase you want to play on a different device
