Are you sure you're reading the event mission correctly
The mission listing mentions, for some reason, both Admiral Hipper and Graf Spee. You're supposed to be using Hipper. The Spee part is wrong.
Spee was the original run. Now it's Hipper as CN/JP also had their original run.

Is there a way to make the game download/migrate its data to the external storage on Samsung devices?
I already changed the storage location to external in the application setting but it doesn't work, even when after I redownloaded the entire game, it defaults to installing the data to the internal storage, nothing seems to download to external storage
For some reason, I cannot place any battlecruisers in the "Battleship/Battlecruiser" slot on the Aurora Noctis EX stage. When I try to, nothing happens. I can place battleships there though. Does anyone else have this problem?

I would suggest reinstalling just to make sure it is the furniture and not just a corrupted file

No loss of functionality (those sides are usually black or some design) but it's just a funny/strange visual bug I noticed.

Hi, I’m a player playing at the JP server. Recently, I bought the Commander Level Boost Pack. But I can’t seem to claim it. According to TL by Google, it stated “Receipt failure: Equipment warehouse is full” but I have enough?
Is it due to my commander already being at level 75 and hence I can’t claim it?
Try login again or scrapt some unusable gears.

The game grows exponencialy every year I cant already play it because it refuses to download a hotfix due to the size of the game. You are creating a barrier of entry. The game is more than 3 times bigger than it was when I started playing. You need to tell devs to do something about it. This is extremely inefficient way to go to just pile up GBs exponentialy every year

You can (need) to do PR1 twice to unlock PR2. The PR2 unlocking early isn't intended.

in my case it ask me to login fb using fb aps, hence I also bind to yostar id

Since last maintenance my tablet (galaxy tab s6 lite) has black bars akin to a film reel with AHA and 080 obscuring the top and bottom of the combat screen. I've tried restarting (both tablet and game-app) and repaired assets. Nothing helped. How do I get my full battle view back?

So I was doing rookie missions PR1 and I unlocked the PR2 set of missions. When I closed and reopened the game I was back with the PR1 set unable to return to the PR2 set

Both of you account twitter apps is region a country in locked disable.
So, I just got response about my email. And it was rejected by Azur Lane/Yostar's anti-spam system even though it was just a question 🤔 Is there any alternative email or should I re-send it? Thank you in advance!

) contact them through in game, the message from Z23 gives where you can find the tab
I also asked about the Staff Member because one of them once helped me with an issue regarding the Merch Store. But again: I only did it as a last resort!

yes, the audio will mute if you have the ringer on silent, so azur lane runs on silent
most apps will mute completely when the ringer is off because the purpose is to be quiet

Hi, I need help about my account. My account was registered using Twitter. But because my account was created before I was 18 Twitter decided to lock my account (I'm now over 18). I didn't think to much about it until I remembered I had thing linked to my twitter account one of which is AzurLane but I didn't remember until today when I had to reinstall my game. Hi I need help! I currently have my AL account on my phone. I also want to be able to run it on my PC through Bluestacks. The problem I'm having is when I log in through YOSTAR it gives me a completely different account data. Like I recognize the account as one I accidently made a while back, but I have no clue how it's connected. When I log-in on my phone it says I use that email and its binded for my main actual account, but the data is different when logging in with that email on PC. It's very confusing. I think maybe my data itself is binded to my actual phone? But then how do I switch it? My Twitter login isnt working either with verification errors.

So, I have a problem, I cant login to my original account. I haven't played the game for like 5 days and I knew that there was a huge update and so I uninstalled the game . (I also have problem where the game infinitely is checking for updates when there is a large update and I found a fix by just uninstalling and installing the game again) So I did this and when I loaded into the game I was thrown into a tutorial, which in the first time I played the game didn't happen, after that it made me make a new account, even though in my phones game launcher it still displayed my original accounts information. Also I don't have a yostar account, nor any other account option. I only had the base game account, I primarily relied on the auto login. Is there a way of getting back my original account or am I completely fucked?

I'll try and restart my device first then. But if it needs reinstalling then I guess I should just let it be. Downloading 10gb of data is quite time and money consuming in our country.

I did restarted my device not too long ago. The second screen record was after I restarted my device. Since it still didn't fix the problem, I probably have to reinstall then?

I think it has something to do with your phones settings if I were to guess
but I dont have an android so I cant fiddle around with the settings

I think I might have found the problem. As you can see below, I have an option to use multiple sounds coming from different apps and so I can mute other apps while using other's sound. The last time I played Azur Lane before I uninstalled it, I was farming for event and was browsing youtube while doing so. I remembered I muted Azur Lane from the sound that my device use so I can only receive the one from youtube. This is the cause of the problem and Its my bad for not checking it first. Thank you very much for the help!

is your account linked to the play store or do you need a specific account linked asking for a friend

Hello! I've entered the game and it said that my fleet had returned to harbor due to battle time exceeded. However, when I tap the battle button to choose a mission, I am sent directly at said battle that had its time exceeded, but "boss defeated, stage cleared" message appears. I am still able to switch between fleets, but not allowed to move then with a "invalid input1" and I can't retreat because when I try to do so it doesn't change a thing. Any idea on how to solve this?

you can find receipts in your email or order history in your googleplay/itunes account

yes you'll be able to unlock her. a new phase unlocks each day and on the 7th day you can obtain her
got a tech/phone-related question 
got a new phone and it automatically brought my games over, but when i start up AL i get a kind of black screen after the initial logo. currently uninstalled and re-installing it to see if that fixes the problem, but i was wondering if this screen means anything

Hello, I am having issues with streaming azur lane on discord (ipad). Everytime someone joins my stream the stream would cut out. Is this a copy right issue with the SFX?
