my bad. first time here. so here's the thing. i've been told i need to write to customer service to rebound my email to a different email. from the email it's bound to. Which i did, in return i got asked the uid, name, etc. I gave em, then i got a bot answer, in chinise, stating it can't process it cause it think it's spam.
dont worry about it, just saves time
typically that only happens if you have sent multiple emails within a short period of time 
I’d suggest trying to contact them through a different email or using the ingame help function located in settings > help > contact us

I dont know if you can contact again with the same email for awhile, but so far I havent heard anyone able to contact back when they get marked for spam (and ive been in the same boat before with a different chinese company)
the ingame help is, well, not very helpful in this matter. as in i got no answer in, 7, i think, hours so far
they take 1-2 business days to respond
and do not spam them with requests either, if you have contacted them through in game help, you shouldnt be trying more ways to contact them
they’ll respond but it wont be until the weekday

Asset Repair didn't find/fix anything, installing all optional updates didn't do anything either.
The thing with Iori is weird because it was fine one day but suddenly not the next, even before installing the optional updates. Started an update or two before Abyssal Refrain, and I was hoping a maint would fix it but I guess not.

iirc in theory opengl is more compatible with most game, while directx prioritize in performance instead. at least thats how it is in nox

Hard to say, I use LDPlayer and AL never crashed or froze on it for me.

most likely the ur pr n ldplayer is not really a good match to run azur, tho u can try tweak around in the emu set up. Or try older version of ld

same here with infinite loading. The first tap - login - goes through just fine, no lag or any other sort of hiccups. It's the second tap - when the game is supposed to actually start - that gets stuck on that.

@timber jungle try logging in to another server - one you do NOT have ANY characters on. If it works - it's the same issue that popped up back in 2019. If so - contact Customer Support directly with your issue.
Nope, i went to Amagi and open in seconds since i don't have any character there, and when i close the game and re open it again to change server to Avrora did the endless loading screen again

I got an auto-reply "reminding" to provide accurate description of the issue + In-game name, UID, Server and Commander Level.

shrugs I don't. If I get rejected based on that - sucks to be me. More time for Arknights 😛 in-game maintenance mail mentioned the need to have that info "in case you lose access", so I made a screenshot of the profile window back in 2020 specifically to keep that UID.
And it works fine if you try to connect to a server without characters, so...who knows what the issue is. Given that it's Avrora for me, though, 0.0000000001% chance of something related to current world events (Russia, duh).

I am unable to log into the game. After choosing a server to connect to, the game just loads forever
I have restarted a number of times, repaired assets and even reinstalled the game. My internet connection is working just fine, as no other services requiring it no my device are suffering. It doesn't seem to be an issue with the particular server I am trying to connect to, Washington, as there are other people able to play on it just fine. Any ideas what could be wrong?
I haven't played in a while and I am trying to get into my account, but it keeps starting me fresh instead of allowing me into my account.

Most likely, it's the same issue that's been plaguing me and some other people after the update, and VPN is no help there 😦
connecting to the original ("last used before the update", maybe?) server doesn't work, connecting to a server with no characters (simply "any that is not last used", perhaps?) works fine. For some, logging in via an emulator on PC doesnt work and at the same time logging in via their phone does. Weird issue is weird.
missing all things AL sucks 
seem like connection prob, tho not sure which part affect it, sometime happen to me too when azur having hard time to connect but other game seem fine. Maybe need to report to bug section too
it's not server-specific - confirmed by talking to other players with the issue. and it's not all of AL - like I said, connecting to a different server (in my case, I play only on Avrora, and tried connecting to Amagi) works fine.

yeah should be it the big ui update was basically redownload of the whole game and if i recall correctly during that time after the patch lots of people lost their account cause when they login back they dont get to their proper account even in the right server
forgot if its same time as opsi get new feature or not, all I remember my game having major fps down

Hello. I seriously need help. All day since yesterday after the maintenance, patch and updates, I am unable to log in to the game. I get infinite loading. I tried uninstalling and installing again, updated it through the app store, nothing. Playing on Bluestacks 4 and since September until two days ago now I never had issues. Please, someone help.
try using a vpn and reset your wifi router
or if hdd still have lots of free space might want to consider trying on different emu
I'd rather not resort to vpn and I'm using ethernet cable on my computer, the connection hasn't changed at all, it was fine until yesterday/two days ago and can still log in and do stuff in other games.

why does my game keep freezing on bluestacks? typically happens on build, guild, and when i click on a ship in dorm

AL (via Bluestacks) keeps switching from the game to asking for "permission to change system settings" in the middle of a stage run. Possibly related, but it started once I activated auto-clear on Event SP4, didn't behave like this during the manual runs leading up to that. What gives?
Disabled auto-search after two battles - back to normal. re-enabled 3 battles later - the prompt pops up the moment I did.
It's asking you to have controll of dimming your screen when doing auto search, if anything uncheck that so it'll not ask that all the time

Is there some way to clear the data cache for Azur Lane without presumably completely deleting and reinstalling the entire game? The app is 3.9 gigabytes on its own and I can manage that easily, but the "Documents & Data" are taking up 5.02 more gigabytes.

its because you clicking generate also clicks the screen, and you cannot login so it will give you the error if you tap the csreen

I asked Yostar customer support about an IP ban my mobile 5G got from their servers (the game refuses to commect to game servers if I try to play the game via 4/5G without a VPN, but works normally on wifi). They said they will look into it, but it's been months since then. From what I read online, they banned my mobile data IP from connecting to their game servers (According to AL subreddit), so I'd like to ask if I can have the ban removed so I don't have to constantly connect via VPN to play the game when I'm not in a wifi spot. My game account is perfectly fine. My IP however got banned without an explanation.
Basically, the game fails to connect to servers and endlessly tries to connect, but all it shows is the connecting screen

the way to login using it is a little confusing, but we have it detailed in pinned messages
it works by sending a temporary code to your email, and thats it
theres no password so if you are trying to remember a password, you’ll get confused

Usually I could get to Title Screen and see "Server Maintenance" notification. But this time game just stuck during the loading.
