So I just came back from not playing for like a year, and for some reason its making me go through tutorial again and picking starter ship? did my account get reset or something else?

I realised that if you set An Shan as backliner, during the battle when she fires her missle it does not show her background art but only shows the character herself. Is there any way to fix this or is this supposed to be what happens when you use her missles?
There's an option to hide background art, toggle that. Note it would affect all backline ships though.

Is there a way to reset "in challenge mode" state of DDGs that got stuck that way because of Bristol's event? For some reason those two DDGs are only ships that got stuck that way.

dont have it set in challenge mode and i just tried a new formation without an shan as well. Dont have it any formation and not even added in event formations.
Did you leave An shan or chun ... whatever her name is in the bristol formation? Im wondering if that is the problem since I have the same issue. no response on a fix or work around yet.
I just saw the bristol event is still accessible and my ships were still in there. Removed it, could retro again.

Yea but since the event is "still going" maybe it does remove itself after like a week or two... maybe?
What I mean was, it wasn't clear to me since I looked everywhere else for where they might be locked. Seasonal challenge mode, opsi, normal formations to name a few.
OH no i understand. I was looking all over and even tried a new challenge mode formation, among other things, to try to reset all the formations.
Still I guess we are done. Not technically an error in game, but it would be nice to have better pointer to where they're locked. At least I can now get back to levelling them in vanguard.

yea I think it should be technically an error since the formations are locked out or inaccesible or unusable at that point. They should probably just auto clear the formations after events. Seems like a potential reoccuring issue.

Or at least that should be the case if they use any time of flow or error matrix to hash out issues or prevent further issues.

No, just outright blocked it from happening, saying it was in a challenge fleet but I couldn't figure it out at the time.
i solved it a second ago, under the events tab, you'll see bristol's event still "ongoing"
go ahead and remove them 
The event is still accessible presumably for collection of rewards, and you can't fight, so annoying to need to manually remove from there to unlock.

Has anyone else been having issues with the 2nd floor of the dorm not recovering morale at the listed rates?
Over 80 minutes of waiting and none of them has recovered the full 50 points the game says they should per hour.
I have been waiting for over 5 hours for the same group in the dorm room to recover so I can continue and I still can't continue.
All 5 ships on the 2nd floor of my dorm have gained 5 morale in 30 minutes.

What is their affinity level by the way. Usually the higher that level is the faster the girls recover their mood, and it's usually per hr too by the way.
Also, other girls recover faster and their cap is at 200 instead of 150
Does anyone have a battery hog issue after a major update? I'm playing on my phone and now it feels like the game drains my battery even more than it once was. It started right after the Tower of Transcendence event update until now. Usually I can play 6+ hours in a single charge. Now it struggles to reach 4.
I compared it other games, and one I played (PUBG ironically, which in the past has been a bad battery vampire) is now even more efficient that AL was. I tried to reduce some settings (like turning on auto search battery saver and cap it to 30 fps) but it still sucks the phone's battery.

you can gain affinity by setting her to secretary, up to 90 affinity, and by using her in battles
though I would currently set your secretary to the ship you want to get the valentines gift from, until tomorrow

Yes, what you see is what happens if your phone is set to surpress AL messages. Controls for that should be under Battery settings.

There is not animation and it's not a Dev 30 dialogues screen, but Fate simulation unlocked screens. As FDG doesnt have Fate sim yes, there isnt extra dialogues

Hello, I've been stuck in an update menu after my first ever launch. Pressing "confirm" redirects me to qooapp ( from where I downloaded the game ) without any ability to update my game version .
Opening with playstore tells me that my device is not compatible "anymore" with the ability to uninstall or play, but not update.
I am trying to run it through Android Studio's emulator. Pixel 4 running on android 10.
Is there any possible fix, or has android studio emulator been banned from the game?

The other SR and UR Bulin are fine.

Hey uh, my fleets right now are basically stuck on a stage, I receive the "stage completed" message AND "attack time exceeded" and retreat button on the map doesn't work, so I can't launch any other mission
I actually know what I did wrong, like two days ago as I was playing I just directly closed the window in the screen just after winning the battle
Why isn't the special touch voice line available? I've downloaded everything in settings
Special Touch lines for PR\DR ships unlock after you reach Dev 25 for them
close game n wait for a few minutes usually fix this, tho if not work can always try to press that repair button

if you have purchased items before then you can easily prove it is your account, if not, we cannot take chances
it has limit cap, forgot monthly or weekly n the amount u have didnt matter since its count the total u earn after every reset whether u use em or not

phone or emulator ? well u can try reinstall but if its still like that most likely ur device lack the req to play. tho if its emulator, can always try another emulator

are emulators allowed and if so what is a good one for this game? i usually use nox but i know some games arnt good with specific emulators.

@wary copper did you do the first half of this on your old phone, and second make sure you're doing the second half as well. Sometimes you have to check every server if you forgot which one you were on

hello, I'm having issues with the D3 map of the event
I downloaded a small update recently when I launched the game, I don't know if that's what caused it, but now I am unable to launch 1:1 mob clearing fleets for D3
I was able to do that yesterday, and before the update, but now the game won't recognise my first fleet and automatically sets my second boss clearing fleet to 'all enemies'
I've tried logging out manually and restarting the application multiple times, but I'm not sure what to do next sorry
I have similar issue as above. All the sudden, I didn't meet the attack requirements. Did a little testing. The stats of Fleet 2 is not count towards the requirement. Same map D3

u can just set em back before pressing the ok to start the map, can always set whether its fleet 1 or fleet 2 as mob/boss. Tho with oil cap in new event y bother using 1:1 ?
I fix it by clearing both fleet and setting them back again

this discord is not leaded by staff but by community, you should contact the support if you think the account has been banned for unjust reasons (check your mails perhaps they sent you one idk) but i've seen some players in various games being banned, without the possibility to know why and that couldn't recover their account

need help my game keeps crushing after the loading on the log in screen is finish, it keeps dying on me and i already redownloaded it T^T
I have this problem where im constantly having low fps in emulators when playing Azur Lane, ive tried every option i can to optimize it the best i can, from going to reddit posts, watching videos, visiting sites and articles, nothing has worked out for me. My pc can handle games like Valorant with 200+ fps no problem but struggles to keep Azur Lane above 30 fps in blue stacks etc. Does anyone else have the same problem? and is there a way i can fix it? ive really tried all that i could
your azur lane's fps might be set to 30
the emulator might not have enough ram allocated to it in the settings possibly

Maybe you didn't include her in the boss fleet? 
the problem with emulator, latest version doesnt always mean best emu to use. U might need to tweak around the setting or even using lower version. Then again it probably due to the 30 fps setting in azur option.
yeah im trying to update all my drivers but ill check out the 30 fps in game as well, but sometimes i get these lag spikes where it can drop to 15 fps or even below
might want to try different setting for the emu then, or change into different emu.

I've recently migrated from iOS to Android, and upon installing Azur Lane I can't log in to my account.
I originally planned to keep playing using my Apple ID on my iPad, but unfortunately my iPad is too old to securely support the Apple ID sign in method (It's a 1st generation iPad Air.)
Is there any way to migrate my account from Apple ID to Twitter/Yostar without having access to an apple device? Any help would be appreciated as I have a lot of high level characters and at least one Super Rare that took months to grind...

Right now on screen i am stuck. It says its binded but the 4 manjuu loading thing is still uop
you should be able to restart, go back to the bind page, and it should say its connected (just to confirm)

You will usually be banned for a chargeback yes. It's only $3 though, so maybe your cousin's parent could just throw you the few bucks and it's all settled.

The vast majority of gacha games, even mobile games in general will ban an account regardless of what type of chargeback it is, but some will not. Azur Lane seems to ban any account involved in a chargeback(It happened to two of my friends shortly after they did it at least). I'm not sure of the particulars with google play, but if it effects your azur lane account, then the odds of you getting your account banned are probably quite likely. I'm not sure what email to contact customer support, you'll have to look on their site.

Is it normal for customer support to ask you for your user ID ect, then not reply for days, if at all? or you give them the details in reponse to the automated message, then they send another automated message? It's legit infuriating me at this point. 9 days ago the request for assistance started, no actual help but the automated message.
