Sooo I still can't connect to the game via wi-fi. It gives an error and infinite loading. I tried reinstalling the game, but still no dice.
This isn't exactly ideal since now i have to reinstall all the voices over data 😦
I should note that I don't have issues installing or patching the game via wi-fi, just doing anything from the login screen onwards.

As long as you have a second bind you can unbind your Facebook or Twitter account

My user data added up with the app data has caused the game to be up to 9GB, should I clear data or straight up delete to clear the cahces?

you'll need to clear data and redownload necessary files if you want to get rid of unused assets
That one is airstrike.every 3 move will cause airstrike attack in aimed area.dont go near that area as it cause dmg to fleet.
Maybe a dumb question but is it possible that locked ships can disappear? Like I was inactive for a relative big time and now got Gneisenau again and the game told me it's new for me and I noticed that Scharnhorst also is missing. context: devices like the macbook now let you play iphone and ipad apps on them. but they need to be supported.
Go to password setup in settings and disable secondary password, enable it and follow what it tells you
I believe so, if you install in encoder, I believe they’re called, you can download Azur lane on it, some encoder names are blue stacks, ldplayer, and some other ones

you need info on the account you want to recover. i'm not sure if the uid is 100% required but ik it's better if you have it. as for the login method you tried, there's never been a login method that uses google play. you've always had to bind your account with either FB or twitter (and now your email as well)
Pardon me, I haven’t bought an l2d skin in a while, is it normal for “background objects” to not toggle off in the secretary screen? The typical maid skin BG is there behind the unique background but obviously the “background object” itself is still there

Yes i did. I even restart my connection and phone to see if its solve the problem but the error still occured
well you need to login to your bind in order to resolve your issue, afaik restarting your phone isnt logging in
the yostar system isnt down right now, I send a code to my email right now, so something is going wrong on your end 
By the way i already test on my other device to see if i can login with my account. And it did, i can login as usual

since you cant receive the code for your yostar acct, on your other device you should make another bind and connect to fb/twit/apple
but you need to login with your yostar account in order to login to your account
so if you reinstall, you will hit a deadend

Update: did a user data reset and updated the game, the app data is 2.29 GB (originally 4GB+) and user data is 3.27GB (originally 5GB+)

Guild battles use the same setup for campaign/events. So if you set them autocall somewhere there it toggles too. Nothing changed.

it was not on operation siren, and magdeburg wasnt in the sortie. Not sure what the issue was, it would take my oil but never load me in.
i see, i appologise for missing that part, since mine was in opsi. however it does sound like the same issue as mine. an asset repair worked for several sortie then it started again. and to update, yea, it wasnt a magdeburg specific problem.

Final boss (They really need to use their new, better, descriptions again). Choices are U-522's skill or using tons of oil to move the subfleet. Or just skip it, the 3 others already allow you to skip LMB goals.
You can use Bluestack 4, smooth and stable. At least for Azur lane.

@gloomy flume if you did bind it to Twitter then just do the login portion from this post, and try to recall which server you were on. If it does the prologue your account wasn't on that server

i have last played AzurLane earlier in 2021, but between life getting in the way, a recently reloaded PC and a new phone, i have cleared everything of AL. anyway between seeing AL clips on youtube and having more time now, i have been wanting to pick up on where i left off. thing is the only thing i know is the email i used (cant remember my user name) .... oh and i did bind to yostar at the time. i have been trying to log in back but made to restart from the beginnning (tutorial all) so can someone please guide me on this matter ?
oh and how i know what email i used was when i searched my inbox, i found the yostar verification code sent to me back in march of 2021. thats how i know the email and that it was binded.
@astral tree just do the second half of this to log in, and pick the server you were originally on. If it shows the tutorial fight then that wasn't the correct server.

i have an account problem and was wondering if someone could help. basically, when i first made my account, i bound it to my twitter. eventually my twitter got suspended for no reason at all but i could still sign into my account on my android emulator on my pc because i was still logged in. however, i had an issue with it and had to do a hard reset on my pc, and ended up being signed out of my account on the emulator. now i can’t sign into the game on my emulator or on my iphone and i was wondering if there was some kind of way to recover my account

You have her in Fleet 1, I think. Fleet 1 must always be able to sortie, so it needs to permanently have at least one vanguard and at least one backliner. (It's probably this way to avoid having the game break, i.e. if someone tries to retire every ship or try to sortie without any fleets this is the final line of defense)
I’m trying to equip this triple 283 on Prinz Adapbert, and for whatever reason she can choose to take the +9 on Graf Spee but not the +7 that’s in my depot. Same thing vice versa that +7 I can disassemble or enhance but I can’t pick it on Adalbert or Graf. Any idea why?
there are 2 versions of the gun one for battleships one for large cruisers

Having serious issues with notifications on my Galaxy S21. Not only do my commission, skill book, etc. Notifications rarely if ever come through (except instantly after I open the app), the vibration after an auto-run is not happening anymore. Been like this for a while.

Hey guys. For some reason on the first phase of the Temperance Arbiter battle, I keep experiencing severe framerate drops that are making it almost unplayable. I don't have this issue anywhere else in the game. Is this a common problem?
If you get them instantly when opening the game is suppressed. There should be a setting under battery options to look for apps set to sleep mode, remove Azur Lane from there.
That's the weird thing... I have AL set to circumvent sleep mode, do not disturb mode, I gave it every permission possible and I'm still having this issue... I'll take a look though

Currently trying to log in Azur Lane this morning and I'm stuck at the Login screen
When I tap to log in, an error message saying "Unknown Error:-1" pops up

A "TW Authorisation Failed" message appears after authorising it and then back to Unknown Error:-1

Does anyone know why the game does indefinite loading when I try to run the game on mobile data, but it actually loads (fast too) on wifi? I'm stuck on the loading screen, and this happened just recently.
It's been stuck there for the last 15 minutes
Other games don't have this problem, and I'm literally using a unlimited data plan.
The game hosting server IP is not blocked in my country either, so I'm not sure why it's sitting there. I also reinstalled the game, deleted the cache and game data, and the usual troubleshooting

Hey support! I started a game on server Sandy with IGN as Incronaut. I tried binding it to FB but it said FB was already bound, so like an idiot I logged out and logged in with my FB. My account has a character on Avrora but I wanted to make a character on Sandy. However when I try now, it says the name Incronaut is taken because I took it 10 min prior. Any way to link that character to my FB or just removing Incronaut on Sandy so I can remake? Thanks!

This problem was not present in the Galaxy Note 5 (It didn't exist when I was using it), but after changing to Note 20, this problem started to happen fairly recently. I mean it was running well, but it started after updating the game.
Also, I'm not exactly sure how to contact Yostar (not sure what their customer service # is or email, live chat, idk, or other ways to contact them. Their ticket system for support, not sure how to use it either.)

As far as I can tell usually and account ban is when you are using third party software while playing the game or doing so kind of edit. Other times it's because the account may or may not have been hacked somehow. This is a guess from me, and shouldn't be considered as a fact though

I've redownloaded the game and started playing again, I linked the account via facebook. I can see when I initially linked it in 2020 but when I've gone to log in via facebook its as if my account doesn't exists and I'm having to start fresh.

hey, so uh, funny story, I logged in today, had to download some assets (thought update's tomorrow?) and now 200 out of my 550 ships are gone ok, relogging made me lose even more ships, but after hard closing the game and reopening it seems to have fixed itself. Feels like it's taking a long time to sync up on login tho, so I'm guessing that's the issue.

That's because it wants to dim your screen because you have the battery saver option on in the in-game options
Usually that's more of a login with your bind since it logged you out somehow

I'm trying to limit break Ulrich von Hutten. I have 2 Bulin MKIII for the final Limit Break. But the game only detect 1 Bulin. I tried to lock and unlock the bulin it still doesn't work. Also tried Data Fix, but the result is "No Exception". Force closing the app also doesn't work

Hello, I loaded this game for the very first time 2-3 days ago and have played through the first tutorial. I just now have received control and went to settings. There is already an email address linked to the Yostar account! How in the world is that possible? It's certainly not my email. I have never played a Yostar game before.
I've completed all 5 levels in Passionate Polaris under War Archives. But it only shows 95% complete.

Run SP5 more. FWs a little trickier, as it requires yhe random assist battle that can sometimes trigger completing cleared maps.

I see, its because when you want to convert your BPs they assume the max number for the PR4 is the max number with fate simulation included, so now i have now this exceeding number with Marco Polo but they wont let me convert them into something else either
You can switch to dev30 by clicking the button, but I would personally not advise it as you need to start from scratch then coming July or so.

Maybe I'm missunderstanding. But if you have "compatibility issues" with GHUB, right click the installer and execute it with admin rights. BTW yeah! G502 Hero is the "Most sell mouse", it's from 2014 and still rocks!

On the first screen when logging into the game you’ll see 3-4 options options to login on the left, choose the correct one when logging in then make sure to switch to the correct server.
After installing the latest update from the google play store, my game seems to be stuck on the 'Checking for updates' screen for much longer than usual, maybe over 5 minutes? Before updating this took like a few seconds, any known fixes to this?

Yes I did. I tried to log in to the bound account from the settings menu of the fresh install instead of the title screen

Oh that was the issue - Acc got hacked & support wasn’t being very cooperative so I couldn’t

You're not picking any from the selection, or is it just blank?
That explains why someone said they were the same each day. Not a clue if its intended or not, it also broke some limits like formerly NY only missions. You can always report it to Belfast and see if the devs mark it as intended.

That's a desync, just restart the game and that ship will show up
If for example I had to change my yostar email to another one I'd have to bind it to either facebook or twitter first before contacting customer support?
It's best to have a secondary bind regardless, but yes you'll need to take to customer support to do the email unbind

Go to settings and then click log out. Although, you probably already figured that out.
Some devices block large downloads until you're connected to wifi, if you're not already try that. If you're using a company wifi (not sure why you would tbh) some apps can be blocked from downloading.
Could also not have enough free space on your device for it.

Found the facebook link from 2020, there was an id and email adress linked to it, yet when redownloaded when logging in on facebook account option all servers were empty.

Does anyone have problems with multitouch sometimes? Sometimes the game does not register more than one input at once. Happened to me on two phones and on an emulator (Bluestacks). Happens very rarely and game reset seems to fix it temporarily.

Check your ingame mail, there was a bug on release with it that they fixed and erroneous retrofit Yuudachi's got reverted, that might have happened to you.
If you scrapped her though, you're out of luck.

Hmm, in the new event, Mystery Investigation, it seems like when you use up all 15 "hard mode" allocations, if you accidentally click on battle again, it prompts you whether you want or not to use an item to continue.
If you press NO, it consumes the item and starts the battle anyways.

Is there supposed to be an in-battle skill pop-up for Independence's '(Retrofit) Supporting Wings - Independence' skill? It is hard to tell if this skill is actually activating in battle. I noticed in operation siren that my fleets that she is NOT in are supposed to benefit from the second part of the skill, but there is no pop-up when the battle starts indicating that the skill is applying.
I believe my game didn’t allow me to collect rewards I was suppose to get an extra 5 BPs for these torps or am I going crazy? No more to collect from phase.

ugh, i just had something weird. i had a little over 20k oil in my storage. i completed 3 daily hard missions (just boss fights) and went to play opsi since it reset, and suddenly i noticed im down to 15k oil
looks like you did receive them and used them dude. once u buy it it's enough points to claim 15 tiers of rewards, u did that on the picture already. also you should not post such sensitive data on public discord

Is anyone else having problems with auto search not launching battles?
It has been happening to me since yesterday (on both nox emulator and android phone ) where my mob fleet moves to a node but the battle doesn't start and doesn't let me tap on anything. And yes, I have dock space available.
Closing and reopening the game seems to fix for some time it but it's quite annoying.

@eternal stream as for the payment, if it's bound to a bank of sorts directly it may sometimes slow down the process at times. Other times it's just a bad connection. I've had this happen to me once before and I tapped on the same purchase I made in-game and it gave me the gems without asking for payment
So if the payment went through and you didn't get the gems try and tap the button to see if it will give you the gems without asking for payment, it is asks to confirm payment the best thing to do is contact CS

Just do the second half of that pinned item I responded to for you with your bind and check which server you originally played on. If you don't remember exactly check every one until you see your account

only have the facebook link code, receipts from google play purchaces and the server i played on, and possible ingame name

If it's a story map, not really
There is not story quest where im exploring, i've used the 5k oil map to unlock all zones after reset, then used the strategic serach in both ways(explorable zones and secured zones) but it stop after clearing the first map

Ever since that update, certain things that require a click/tap (like entering the dorm or moving a fleet on a stage map) now happen with a delay of at least one second (sometimes even longer) after the click/tap. The battles still run as smooth as they did before the update, so I really wonder what it could be
