What emulator did you use? Some of them save game files.
I haven't used memu but, i've heard that customer support does help you recover files. For now i'd suggest you back up your data so you don't lose it while getting help. There's a rumor of memu being notorious for wiping itself. I don't know if it's true but just letting you know

also when I started the emulator 2 days ago which the emulator was working but I got a message of corrupt data which the emulator was working, I uninstalled the file already saved but no case and I had to download it again
and there it was when I found the ID of that account that was deleted
If it's corrupt and you found it, maybe cs can do something about it.

I was wondering why there is a discrepancy with the price for the 39.99 gem pack as displayed, but once I attempt to pay it is increased by a dollar, it doesn't happen with other gem packs
That's something from the Play Store there since they say, yes it's that price, or no it's higher/lower than the said price
It only happens with this specific pack though, the last time that I bought it there was no extra charge
The price change is mostly though the Play Store so there not much they can do about that part

I was wondering if I could unbind my Yostar Account from AL? I just moved to an iPhone and synced AL with my Apple ID since I don’t plan on using my old email anymore.
Something similar happened to me before. I fixed it by uninstalling the app, downloading the apkpure app, and then redownloaded AL from there.

did you log in with the same twitter account? if so are you 100% that you choose the correct server after logging in? the "last played on" is sometimes incorrect so just ignore that and go by server names
my friend had a similar problem, he logged into his account on a new device, and though his stuff is gone cause the server we play on is Washington but under "last played on" it sowed a different server and he didn't notice before i told him
it will always be “incorrect” (its not last played on a new devicd)
it will default to amagi because the game doesnt assume you have an account alrrady

any form of automation not provided by the game isn't allowed, but keybinds are allowed, such as binding WASD to move up, left, down, and right, etc.

I'm having issues figuring out which email or server my account was in. I quit back in 2019 and am returning. Just a bit ago I found an old screenshot of my UID at least and I have my gem purchase history as well. I didn't want to spam login attempts too many times in the case it triggers something. What can I do in this situation?

No you don't need to redo the tutorial
There is also a button to search for which server you were on after you log in with your bind that you used
What's the character symbol?
The character symbol shows what server your account is on
Sadly I haven't found any of my emails having that character symbol. Might be bound to something else

if you have any photos or videos saved on your internal storage, you can move those to your sd card
apps like youtube or discord or your web browser might also have a ton of cached data you might've not cleared
you could also disable apps you don't use like google play movies etc.

I updated to the newest version today, and just to test, I booted the game. It's stuck at the manjuus jumping and Loading... while seeing the main screen (currently the SS girls). I hope after the maint this changes, if not, yikes, reinstall I guess

just from experience most al's bloat like that because the device doesnt discard old files from past events and decides to keep them

These collection items are never part of the set, so with those paramers you wont find it.

You can have a save on every single server using the same account. That's not an issue. If that's what you mean.

Same thing happened to me, if you're on android, I downloaded the apkpure app and reinstalled the game from there and that fixed it. If ur on ios, then try just reinstalling from the appstore. If those two dont work, then idk

because I was gonna delete it as there is a lot of cringe posts that I made in that account
yes, unbind in the settings and you can change to a new account
note you need multiple binds in order to do so yourself, if twitter is your only bind you will need to contact CS so they can remove it for you

I’m getting freezing issues when playing on my iPhone 13 pro max. It usually happens when I press a button that loads me into something else. Like at the end of a battle and pressing continue, or going into a battle, or going into the dorms
all your account data is stored in the game's server, so you don't need to back up the app
though, make sure your account is bound to yostar or twitter or facebook so you can access your account in the future in a new device etc.

In previous events, their haven’t been any gears that only has effects for one ship (as far as I know), so I naturally assumed these gears would work with any of the event ships.

Getting a black screen when loading the game on bluestacks
It's worked in the past
after the Yongshi Manjuu Yostar banner, it normally jumps into the loading screen
but now it's just, black screen

It appears I figured out my issue. My company's wifi was messing everything up
I had the "This application keeps stopping" message pop up. After restarting the emulator instance it went away and the game started loading/working.

ran into an odd situation, when i booted the game on my phone a little bit ago and some of my ships were missing, whereas booting it up in an android emulator they were all there.
edit: they're back when viewed on my phone. i repaired assets on main menu, but it said "no exceptions" so i have no idea if that fixed it

Hi there, had an issue last week where my Opsi shops all restocked except for NYC. This week, I had cleared every port's inventory except St. Petersburg, but none of them restocked. So far I have tried restarting the app, no change.
"Shops have eight random items for sale and rotate every 3 days. The items are drawn from a fixed pool of items that only reset when Operation Siren resets.
The maximum amount of items in a store is 42 (St. Petersburg). Every reset of Operation Siren has atleast 9 refills of the Port Shops. This means if you buy atleast 5 items per port each reset (3 days) you're guaranteed to empty all shops by the end of the month. "

likely it won't boot either since a chunk of data will still remain in internal after moving it to external
if you still want to try, azur lane can run on a rooted device so you can try moving azur lane to sd card that way
note that running games on a sd card can damage the card

than your internet router probably needs to get restarted. If that doesnt fix it than your internet is either really bad or its being dumb from your providers servers being overloaded. happens more often than you think.

If you're storage is on the brink of full than that could also be causing issues. Not sure it also happens on iOS but on my old S10 it would lag and crash games because the storage was so full.

It might be due to lack of ram or processing power since when I also used 7th gen ipad. I had frequent crashes happening. Now, when I use ipad air 4th gen, I don’t see that happening.

I actually ended up fixing it. Turns out I just had to go to all the game booster/plugin/etc. apps I found when I searched "game" and just stop them from displaying on top.

Umm, just downloaded bluestacks 5 and ran into a somewhat softlock during a meta fight. The fight just kept going. Timer didn't go down, all out assaults procing and all. I ended up closing and reopening the game but now 60+ ships from my dock have disappeared including shinano and Roon muse
I've checked on my phone and the ships are still there, but they aren't there when using Bluestacks 5. The softlock had my ships frozen in place, presumably still firing without any visuals to indicate it. Same for the meta ship as well. I couldn't move or fire torps, air strikes or salvos
azur lane isn't stable on bluestacks 5, so I'd downgrade to bluestacks 4 if possible
as for the ships missing, you might need to restart the game several times for it to fix itself
Ah, thanks for letting me know. I tried restarting and it did bring them back, but it just seems like Meta fights are the cause of this. Specifically the soft lock that I've shown and been able to make happen twice now
to get a more permanent fix on missing ships, use the latest bs version or use mobile

Hello, I had an older account that I linked to my twitter account but deleted the app a while ago. I had re-installed it a few months ago to make sure my account was still there and it was. However I moved to a new phone and tried using the same twitter account that I bound to my account and now it doesn't show my account on the new phone or the old one and acts as if it's a fresh account. I had a LOT of oath'd ships so I hope it's not lost forever.

Ah, yes, i am using Iron Blood Vanguards. But the thing is, i went the full ten battles of exercise, and storyline mission but the porcentage just wont go further. Also, as i mentioned before, the "data Collection II" has a legend saying i need to finish "data collection one" in order to progress, as per the screenshots above

Hi, I played the game since 1 year ago but I didn't update the apk in a while. I updated the apk today but when I tried to log in, the game brought me back to the tutorial, probably losing my account. I don't remember the issue code. the vpn routes through your isp first before you connect to eu or na country so it can still be blocked even after vpn
and I almost guarantee if you talk to your isp about it, they will have no idea as well
so best bet would be to report it as a bug (debug screenshot included) and try to provide as much information about your situations
So it means if day after tomorrow patch don't resolve it, I can easy drop the game... Nice news...

Does anyone know why AL is down this morning. Been trying to log on since 7am eastern time, and have been getting the "server maintenance" notice, or just unending bouncing manju's. Does anyone know what is up? I am on the Washington server.

Well, every once in a while, it lets me log in, then kicks me out pretty much as soon as I land on the main screen. Everything worked fine last night, and early this morning, like 4AM eastern, then later in the morning i tried to log on, and it has been a hash of manju's, error messages, or logouts for no reason.
I just got an error 100401, whatever that means.
I get to the game screen, but its still covered by bouncing manjus, even though my secretary is still commenting as usual, but I cant actually play. And after a bit, it will log/kick me back to the login screen, which it just did, and it says login data expired.
And now a Network error 100401 again.
Hopefully tomorrows patch will resolve this

True. I was able to figure it out with the help of the Azur Knights server and that error message just meant that "hey use your oil bc you're hardcapped at 25k"
If I bought a gem package that charged my card, but errored out in game, would I need to reach out to Apple, my bank, or to yostar support for this?

I created a yostar account on my hq 125 account, but when I log in with the yostar account on the server I normally play on it sends me to the new player tutorial.
Then, when I log back into the game normally, I can normally access my hq 125 account again. I tried doing the bind yostar account option and verify my e-mail again, and I get this error message:
"The third party account is already bound with another UID: 100200".
How do I access my current hq 125 account through the newly made yostar account?

Hey guys, i want to unbind email from azur lane account, but i can't do it myself, and tech support on email is telling me to provide date of creation of account and refuses to do something without it. Are there any options for me in this situation?

i have this exact problem.
It only happens when i'm connected to wi-fi, if I connect to my mobile data it logs in fine.
