sometimes when i'm playing, the game just has loading indicators appear for extremely long times, and sometimes i even just time out and get booted out
at first i figured it was high server traffic, but it happens so inconsistently, at such random times of day when i wouldn't imagine there to be so many people online

Some of the Yuudachi's were bugged after finishing the retrofit. The devs unretroed all of them and refunded the items in the mail.

i think i've actually figured this out; if my phone heats up too much, the wireless antennas get a bit screwy and can't keep the connection stable enough for the game's liking
i've noticed that the connection issues aren't present if the phone stays relatively cool
so, basically, my ships lost ability to fight, restarting the game or emulator doesn't help

quite a few but only one WSA user came in here for technical issue related to it

Hello, I need help on removing the bind account of my facebook, because it's been banned, and I cant unbind it because it doesnt match the facebook account, here is the screenshot of my facebook banned

if you're using a giftcard from your country to buy something in a app that isn't available in your country it won't work
at least from what I've experienced, you can still make payments with card and google will automatically convert

In Exercises, I'm almost Rear Admiral Lower Half. However, I've been stuck at 1000/1050 points for the past 3 days, and I've done at least 50 matches since then. I finished a battle and saw it say +10 points in the post-battle summary, but when I look at my progress in the Exercise match-selection screen, it still shows 1000/1050
i wanna get into this game so badly but not having daily or weekly missions is making me wanna quit. commander level 47, 3-1 story mission, still only event missions. contacted support, all they said was "have you completed the main story line quest to unlock the missions". meanwhile my friend has a low level account on 2-2 with dailies and weeklies. im about to give up lol it's been a week now
You realise that means 1050+ points, ranking <1000. If it never changes you never dip under 1000th place
Except that every time I finish a battle, my ranking number has been going up, not down. I was at 1068 yesterday in seasonal, but after 9 wins today I'm at, like, 1147 or something like that.

Sounds like you're confusing your points with your ranking. At this stage each battle gives around 9 points so these values add up.
I was talking about points. Points are what ranks you up in the season.
I saw it give me 10 points at the end of my last exercise today, but I've been at 1000/1050 points fir the past 3 days
But you must rank under 1000 to get exercise promotion.
People are just bullying me then cuz I just dropped 100 ranks in the past 20 mins when I wasn't even playing.

trying a reinstall looks like device transfer doesnt move the 2gb install file so it just boots to a black screen.
base app should probably have a way to detect that & redownload it.

Is anyone seeing Oil Consumption Weirdness? I am running D1 on clearing mode with only Perseus and Shimakaze, a 24 oil fleet, but the game is subtracting 45 oil every single battle. I am not using the 2x oil item 2x rewards item.

take U-96/U-37/U-81 for example
each sub uses 7 oil, so 21 oil for 3
24+21 is 45
I do have subs, but it uses the oil whether I call the subs or not. Checked that.

For more clarity, I went to a node that was out of sub range. Still used 45 oil.
Completely removed the subs from deployment, and it does seem to have fixed the oil issue. Does seem weird though that it cost me the sub oil whether I called in the subs or not, or was even in sub range. \o/

He is using Bluestacks emulator for AL on his computer, and he had to hard-reset his computer, potentially losing his account (he could not bind account to Facebook or Twitter due to home circumstances). I have his username (Yama Tsu Dao), and his commander level (54). Is it possible for someone to recover his account for him?

When i created a mew account and search my name it only shown up a lvl 3 account
maybe this was already addressed, but make sure you're on the right server on the login screen. If you uninstall/reinstall the game, it defaults to a certain server which may not be the one your old account was on. Switching to the proper server should get you back where you were

@gentle siren idk how it's now, but in past it used to be possible to recover account if you forgot to bind it, and then reinstalled game
But if you unbind all accounts, nothing SHOULD happen, and you SHOULD be able to just bind acc to something else

You have to make a new account and bind that to Yostar or Twitter
Then they can take that and put it on the old account
So, login with Twitter or Yostar, play through the intro stuff...then what

Yeah the worst part is getting all of the receipts from when you first started the account because if you don't have something like that they won't do anything with you

Just try emailing them and getting the new account. The worst thing that can happen is you have to wait a week or so for the Facebook login to start working again
Just make sure you have a secondary binding on your old account when it comes back up if that happens

You need to bind the new account to either a yostar account or a Twitter account

They can rip that binding off the new account and slap it on the old one if everything works correctly

its weird in my case, when the massive fb outage happened I could still get in the game no problem but now I cant because my phone had a weird failure of sorts
hopefully they get back to me, the one thing I havent done yet was try on bluestacks so Ill do that when I get home
Im with you on that it wont work, but since I used it can could log in during the big fb outage, who knows, Im not home for another few hours so if it works Ill let you know, maybe itll help with your troubleshooting, worth a try in my mind

Is there a way to force unbind a twitter/Yostar account? I have my main account bound via Facebook currently and when i try to bind with something else i get a message saying its bound to another account not to my main
it has to be your account to unbind it
so you can login to the accounts and then give them information to unbind it
but it sounds like you already dont have an alternate means to login back to your account right?
I would just suggest using a different email for yostar

Facebook binding has broken likely because of the name change going on
If you dont have your account bound to Twitter or Yostar, you need to basically make a new account with one of those two, complete the tutorial, once you can access your UID you need to email customer support with your new account and as much info (ideally your UID, account name, level, etc.) so they can recover your old one
check above messages for the email and more info
That screenshot above from ExZhonya is a good example too, I got that same email from them
bear in mind, it took a few hours, can possibly take a day or more based on how many people ran into the issue
usually making new account before support tells you to will confuse them
its just to just follow pin and email

no need to remove it, as long as you have access to it through other binds you're good 
Usually having a multibind tends to help in case there is an issue with how you bound your account before. The FB issue is a prime example for it now

Been having a lot of bugs in the past week, thought it'd fix itself with bluestacks update but no luck(playing on latest x64 nougat build).
Infinite loading times when the main menu screen shows up with notice, pressing on tactical class not working and when going to academy then the building it shows up 1 skill + chinese characters while loading infinitely, freezes in the middle of battles happening at least once per map.
It's actually become unplayable at this point. Tried everything: restart bluestacks, restart pc, install azur lane on a fresh bluestacks install (used wipe tool to remove everything bluestacks); don't know what the next step is
so any clue on how to fix these issues? cause im all out of ideas

when you login to a new install, there will be no my character icon, try pressing the button that says Results Found (strange I know) and it should do a quick scan for you

yeah the character icon is local so when you move devices or reinstall the app it wont show up until the next time you login to the server

yeah its a newer feature that was added pretty quickly since most account issues are just from people not logging into the right server
but its not very apparent its a button
try doing a file repair at the title screen using the cog button if restarting doesnt help

you dont have to scroll an eternity to find them, you should be able to search keyterms like google/google play/yostar unlimited etc

itunes and google play always sends email to the email connected of all invoices, if that was somehow disabled, let the support know you dont have access to such dated receipts

I'll just ask a cs member I usually contact sometimes to look over it, sometimes staff members are new so they follow policies more strictly and some others see a lot of lost accounts and will give some leeway if they can provide enough info of obscure things

Hi. I need help with my account because for some odd reason I have been able to get over the MAX Oil currently at 24,985 oil and the MAX I can have is 4,400. Before a few updates I was able to go over this limit but because I've got 24k I can no longer claim Any mail or anything that includes Oil. the max for your storage before it wont regen is 4,400. there is also a hard max limit where you cannot get any more oil (your 24k part). If you want to reduce your oil you can just buy a ton of food for your dorm

What do you mean you can't log anymore? On title screen press one of 3 buttons to log on account you binded (fb/twitter/yostar).

Same thing happened to me when I received Unicorn skin before I farmed her.
You can't see skins for ships you don't own. But if you unlocked skin and then you received ship, skin will be there waiting.
As for Yuudachi retrofit item - check depot, items tab. Look for item called Eau de Barbecue. It's yellow bottle. If you can't find it you missed it.

I tried to download the game from play store (I'm on android) but once it hit 100%,it just got blocked, I also tried with arknight (wich is also a yostar game and it's the same), so I think it has something to do with either my android version (which I can't update because my phone is a Huawei) or the fact that azur lane is censored in China.
But either way, It didn't download, so I resorted to use an apk of the game and then I downloaded it from here.

I created this account at the time with another cell phone where I was not doing well and I did not play much on it other than maybe just the tutorial so it has nothing important or valuable

Nope, logged in and still got thrown to the prologue. Right server and everything
I had recently moved phones and said AL was outdated so I tried the update and it game some error for why it couldn't log in
So I unistalled and reinstalled, logged into the twitter bit on the right server and bang back to prologue again
@river talon is there any link to the CS? The one in the FAQ appears to be broken?

the only cause of this usually is when someone forgot to link account. Maybe you link into different twitter account?
And now its throwing me into Amagi? where do I go to contact support? That FAQ link be broken?
