not how it works, bind gets migrated
ALL servers are saved in a bind
so it does NOT matter which servers you are logged into regarding your bind, theyre connected to every server
say you have 1 account on amagi, one on avrora and you bind in settings of avrora account, the ntransfer to new phone
it will bring amagi and avrora save data, while also bringing all of the blank accounts on the other servers
so what cs is doing is moving the bind, not the save data
dw about it, ayanami jp user they have not great english skills so even I, native english speaker, I dont understand 
theyre practicing, albeit confusing users in a help channel

So no matter what server im in, they can still transfer the stuff on my old account from another server to my account on another server
what CS is doing is merging the bind on the new account you made to your old account, there you login to the same bind you just used, but this time you login to your other account instead of the new one because they moved it to a different save
so server doesnt matter in this instance

So whenever I start the game and I'm in the menu to choose which server to play/login and the loading screens (with the different illustrations), my screen is very badly laid out, as in it's "zoomed" in, and i can't really see everything.
I have been to settings to change the size of the screen, but that only works on everything else except the startup menu and the loading screens (with the different illustrations). Does anyone know how to fix my issue? If it's possible

I think I just had a bug in the "shipyard".
The last 2 development missions of Azuma were unlocked suddenly.
And unfortunately I didn't have the reflex to take a screenshot of the game's notifications attesting to the problem.

That's fine, then you need to say when did you created your Azur Lane account, when did you last logged in, and to bind your new Azur Lane account to other menthod.
Example; if you bind your original account to Facebook, the Customer Service staff will ask you to make new account, then bind it to Twitter (recommended), then ask for your new account UID. If you ever made in-game purchases then please provide the evidence to the Customer Service staff as well, if not then it's fine.
This would usually take around 1-3 days of business, so be patience as the staff is also having hectic situation on their end.

I see at bug reports ppl blaming specific ships been the cause but I use an all HMS fleet Ark royal retro, Perseus, Centaur ,Cheshire,York retro and Swiftsure

My classroom is bugged. Can't finish classes and if I try to open the classroom page the game is softlocked in a perma loading screen

I collected the level 80 Cruise mission reward, which is the last fusou meta to get her at max limit break, but this is funny, when I pressed "collect all" it said I got a Gridley. Literally. And she is in my dock.

This always happens to me when I add funds to my Google Play Account prior to using them in the app. It's not just Azur lane but this happens quite often for me. So I just make payments directly through the app, i insert the gift card code as the payment method.
That also happened once when I added them through my cellphone and tried to use them on my emulator later. The credits took a while to appear to be used in game.

Interestingly, I'm testing AL in the new Windows Subsystem for Android and the app runs fairly well. The only noticeable issue is that I'm actually missing ships in my dock. I cannot replicate this issue on iOS (iPhone 13 Pro), Android (Samsung Galaxy S20), or Nox (Android 9). I do have most of them, but I'm missing odd ships like Illustrious and Taihou. A lot of the ships that I'm missing have Live2D skins, and it's not that they're not loading, the game actually gives tells me their fleet spot in my formation is empty on WSA. If I log in on any other platform, the spot is still taken and my formation is still intact.
A complete reinstall appears to have fixed the issue.
I'm on Sandy too, it might've been a temp hiccup.
I was only missing them on one platform, so that's why it struck me as odd.

I download the latest update, get the new content, complete with PV and levels, and everything seems to be working just fine.
But then, inevitably, I get a "Commander, your game is out of date!" message, and have to download additional content.
Why does the game do this? Why does it throw a fit about an hour or so into every new update?

Hi. I've searched the known-bugs but I couldn't find that specific bug. so sometimes when I load into my game (on emulator) not all my ships are "there" the dock counter is also way lower. when I log into my phone, everything is there so it seems like a display issue.
I tried asset repair and a full reinstall but it still happens. after 4-6 restarts the ships are all there.

yea but I don't want to restart 4-6 times. if my secretary ship is affected I get the infinite loading. I switched emulators and it started to happen.
it'd be useful to know what causes the issue clientwise
on my new emulator it always happened so far. but I don't want to switch back because it's only AL that's affected. and the emulator is basically "the best" (Windows Subsystem for Android)
it rather sounds like the game starts faster than the network connection can load all the stuff from the server and/or doesn't cache properly
it would have something to do with the install of the emulator, but the issue is very random and can be solved with a restart, so we just ask users to do that for now 
if it was just one restart, I'd be okay with that. but it's not. it's "RNG" is everything loads on the next restart. the thread is also almost a year old but appereantly the priority to fix this issue doesn't seem very high

best I can suggest is to update all software, and typically emulator is going to be more buggy as well as android devices, but it does happen on cell phones, but occurs less frequently and does resolve after 1 restart

well a lot of players have begun using it, but so far you are the only person to have an issue with the disappearing ships on it, and consistently too

in the future, playing on mobile device you will not encounter this issue, but if you do on emulator, just restart app
