However, this was not the case when I sent an email for my duplicated cruise pass and I have not heard anything back in 9 days.

Facebook is also telling me AzurLane has permissions since 2019 so I think this may be the best shot

Server list is always empty, except for a lv1 I've clicked through the tutorial because I thought at first I have to rebind the account in the settings

Recently, my game has been constantly..uhh...how do i say this... restarting itself. Like idk if all of the times i clicked something, but basically most of times when i click, it's just black screen all of a sudden and the game gets me to the "Yostar" title screen and then i have to login again. I would like to know if this is a internet connection issue or smth else. It didn't really happen like 3 days ago, but today, it literally happened to me 3 times in like 10 mins, and now again, so i figured out, why not see if this is a normal thing or not.
My phone is a Redmi 7, if you need to know on what device the game runs on.
Edit: after it happened, i switched to Cellular data, thinking it is a connection issue, and it hadn't happened to me again. So i guess it's a thing when i kinda have an unstable connection.

Is there anything I can do to unbind my deleted Facebook, deleted Twitter and old email from my account so I can use my current one? I'm locked out of my old email, my Twitter and Facebook are deleted, I got new receipts to prove I own the account, but customer services won't allow me to unbind or nothing. @clear heart e-mail them. It might take a bit but its doable. Having the account UID, commander name, and level of the account they can start the process. It helps to have any receipts of in game purchases to prove it is yours. Older the recipt the better. Follow all instructions tech support emails you back with. Seems daunting but don't give up. And remember tech support is there to help not screw you over.

Hi, i'm starting to think that my game is broken, it's more than half a year since i started 13-3. I unlocked more than 5 PR ships since then on this map, which is 15M exp, which is with roughly 7-8k exp for fight almost 2000 chances (but in reality it was even more, this is just what i'm sure of) to drop Dewey and still nothing... Is it possible that she just isn't in my drop pool? Should i reinstall the game or am i just THAT unlucky? 😦

Hi ever since yesterday I can't login to avrora server on my account I get stuck at the loading screen after "login successful". Reinstalling didn't help me. Tried on multiple devices tried VPN. my friend said that he submitted his entry on 13th oct
and he got the email that his entry passed the review from staff at the same day, and got published at the same day too
meanwhile my entry was submitted on 12th oct and until today there's no notification if my entry is accepted or not
despite the web said I need to wait max 3 work days for the notification whether it's passed the review or not

After putting my ships in Lecture Hall, I was told that I had no proficiency. I've been building it up and it's been draining for over a week (proficiency XP goes up a bit, then back to zero), but the ships inside still aren't done and I cannot stop and remove them. Am I missing something stupid?

Hello! I just started playing and it seems like beginner tutorial has bugged out. At first the achievement for upgrading gear didn’t register after doing it, and I guess tutorial was supposed to continue from there too. Now during stage 1-3 game showed me this notification and after I confirm it game goes to main menu. Checking the dorms doesn’t do anything. So I’m stuck not being able to progress in this mission.
I think this might be caused by changing from wifi to 4g network during the tutorial
upd: restarting the game fixed it, the tutorial continued

but that was only for LDplayer 64bits on 32 still works

because straightforward, if you bound your original account properly in settings page, then login at the title screen on the new device, it will transfer everything over fine, so I dont know where you have gone wrong right now

you probably enabled battery saver mode, when turning on auto search it'll increase your screen's brightness to 50% of max, and to do that it needs access to system settings
just go to the in-game settings and disable battery saver mode, it only drains your battery @void finch

@uneven sonnet you probably have battery saving mode enabled, go to the in-game settings and disable it and that should do the trick
