This is such a pain because the twitter post implied that we should get refunded then buy again. But that was not the case and we should've just waited. Now I have to go through CS
You should first try refunding the duplicate purchase through google play/app store, if they don't help, email al.cs@yo-star.com for them to help with the refund.
The twitter post said to contact them through email. They would have followed up by asking for proof of purchase, user ID and server you play to confirm your claim. Afterwards your pass would be activated in game just like a lot of ppl in here. There was no mention/implication to buy a second one.

Yes there was "If you have previously purchased the Fair Wind Cruise Pass, contact us at al.cs@yo-star.com for a refund and compensation." That tells you to get a refund. How else would you get a second one after you refunded? You'd have to buy it. That's the implication
Otherwise the tweet would say "please wait if you already purchased the pass"
Did you contact them before buying a second one? or did you just pre empt the second purchase thinking a refund was coming?
I contacted them asking for a refund. They responded asking for details. After confirming the details they said to wait. Then 2 hours later my pass was activated.

Well the pass finally unlocked but in technical terms i still have't paid, the money is still just "reserved"

The pass should be added to everyone's account that had an issue earlier now, or should be within a few hours. But they're still busy fixing the pass for some people's accounts, and it's like way outside normal working hours for them currently, just check #game-news later to see if they announce anything of the sort I guess

so I did request for a refund and it is showing in my recent payments as "refunded" but still haven't got anything, guess my bank is still processing that
If you have only bought the pass once but just hadn't received it yet, it should either already have been added to your account now, or should be added within the next few hours or so. Send another email to customer support if you still haven't received it tomorrow.
And if you made multiple purchases and need a refund for the duplicate ones, the customer support instructed players to ask for a refund through google/apple store first, and if they don't help, send another email to the AL customer support so they can instead help.

You unlocked the pass then. You have to do the missions to unlock the other rewards in the season pass.
You should be able to go into the pass and press collect all to get some of the items up to level 16? And then the rest are from completing some fairly easy cumulative and weekly missions for the other points to complete the pass

Hello! I was wondering if payment charges are being delayed? Normally when I have been buying the trade licenses I get charged and notified immediately on my credit card's app. Today I renewed my trade license and bought the fair winds pass and haven't been charged/notified yet but still received the items in game. I just wanted to know if they were delayed because of all of the issues that occurred earlier or if this was a bug and I didn't get charged at all.

Hello I have a problem with logging into AL on my new phone. I tired connect to facebook before starting the game so I could go straight into the game without playing the tutorial but I think it just binded the new account to my email and facebook. I have tried unbinding the new account but it does not let me. Is there any way I can get help with this situation here?

Google was quick to refund my money (I was one of the people who double purchased the pass yesterday) Didn't even took half a day. For those who double purchased I suggest requesting a refund for the 2nd purchase you did on Google Play (use a pc, not your phone/android device). Just tell them that the pass is one-time purchase only and it was because of a bug that caused it

stay logged into AL on your phone, and try to enter on your new phone, it should kick you out of the server if its the correct account
it just sounds like you are logging into the wrong server, which can happen
so please double check your server on your original phone, then switch the server on the new phone to that one

that looks like the debug sceen. it happens when you hold the right side of the screen while pinching the left side. pressing hide should close it for you.
When I was on debug screen I don't remember what I press but after restart the game I lost my game data and download 2.7gig again

So I have a tech question.
I was one of the individuals who bought the trade winds pass during the broken time, and it gave me all of the rewards minus the 300 gems.
I tried messgaing the support email, but got no response yet.
What do I do next?
The 300 gems are part of the premium side of the pass. To get the rest you do the missions on the pass to get weekly points to level up the pass. This is how battle passes commonly are. 300 gems are split into 6 50gem rewards scattered throughout the pass
It showed 300 gems on the pass itself before purchasing.
Aren't you supposed to get those first and then unlock the others from the pass itself?
When you unlock the pass, you get 1500 exp which is equal to 15 levels in the pass and the ability to get rewards from the premium side. The other rewards are unlockable in the pass including the yorktown skin, some t4 books, upgrade mats etc.

What I was saying is that when you buy the pass, before you click buy, it did show 300 gems + a bunch of T4 Skillbooks and stuff.
I got all of those, but I did not receive those 300 gems...
Those are what you can potentially gain from unlocking the battle pass. if you scroll through the early levels of the pass you have already unlocked you will see all of the items you got immediately when purchasing. You got 15 levels worth of rewards.
Even I got 100 gems from immediate purchase, as well as a bunch of other stuff. If I look though the future rewards, there are 4 more 50 gem rewards spread in the later parts of the pass.
I was misled then.
I was understanding that you got 300 gems now, and 300 by grinding the pass.
The description confuses me, wish I'd never bought this then.
These are all the premium rewards you get from the pass once you unlock all levels. 300 gems in total if you get all rewards.

i have bought Cruise pass two times. after receiving email from CS with "Fair Winds Cruise Pass is now fixed and you should be able to receive your purchase in the game after restarting it." i have restarted my game couple of times, waited a little and log in again, and Cruise pass was not active. so, after 20 min from receiving email i issued refund thought Google play for both passes. but, around 1 hour after email from CS Cruise pass got active(1500 points and all). i have send email to CS about it and asked what should i do about refunds for both passes. there was no answer from CS. but right now Google play have accepted both refund.

first is about the "Cruise Mission"-> "S.P. - Mission" -> "obtain a total of 100 weekly activity Points." when will a player get this points? I've all cruisemissions "week 1" done, but in "S.P."-Missions, still "O weekly points". is this a bug or what?
question 2 is about the "Fair Wind Cruise Pass"-bug-compensation, what mentioned in the Facebook Announcement about this bug.
the question is, when and in which form the compensation will come?

not tech support but im guessing for the first question is that if you previously collected your weekly mission points before the cruise pass implementation, it wont count those. but it will count next "week's" points, which begins monday 00:00

Yostar account doesn't have a password I don't think? when you go to login with it, you just put in your email, and they send a code to the email you use to login with that bind

Yeah, it happens when your previous session wasn't closed properly and you try logging in again, it most likely doesn't actually mean someone else is logged in

If the appstore says the payment is pending, you have to wait until it disappears. After that, if the gems still don’t come send an email to cs and they will thr gems.

Got something weird. When I try to use the repair assets option (iphone 13), the scanning finds that 12,3mb of data needs to be downloaded, but the 'bar' progresses until 1% until notification to restart the game is displayed. After clicking on 'confirm', the game closes and after doing this scan again to make sure nothing needs 'fixing', the same amount to download 12,3mb is displayed again (it is like an endless loop). 🤔
The lecture hall was updated the other day, you don't need to put specific ships in anymore, nor take them out, since they're not actually in there, the ones that show are just there to look nice, they're randomly picked.
Now you just need to have exp in the lecture hall, and it will produce exp books at a certain rate, which you can use to boost a ship's exp at any time.
Is there a specific issue that you're trying to fix by repairing assets?

another account binding question, basically, when I went to retrieve my account data on bluestacks I made the mistake of using the retrieve data in the load screen rather than the bind account in game, and now I can't seem to access my account. They can still recover the account without the UID, so just email them with as much info as you have, like server/in-game name etc, and they'll ask you for the info they need to verify, if you have like purchase receipts that makes it way easier, but otherwise they can still recover the account usually if you know enough about it, so still worth emailing them

I too got the same request when I turned on 'Auto search battery saver' in the game settings. Turn it off and it will go away.
Yeah it's so the game can lower brightness / fps (on phones that support variable framerate) to save power if you have that option turned on. Just turn it off in the game settings yeah
That thing needs access to system settings so that it can change the brightness level during auto

Send a mail to al.cs@yo-star.com and attach the screenshots of your in-game profile screen and the settings page that shows your bind to that mail. They will unbind it for you.

I don't think you can cancel it. Did you check the side missions tab to see if it's in there?

I think it's emulator problem. Reinstalling emulator should fix it but I had different problems though. The entire dock is missing, fixed when i reinstall bluestacks

if you're trying to connect a yostar account, it doesnt matter what server you login to to connect it, but you must login to the right server to access your main save file
since binds will save all of the servers for you, even if theres no account on it

they can merge the binds, just make sure totell them the information of the account and the email you used for the YAS etc

I'm guessing the game can't detect that i'm running an older iOS device where it still has a big bezel around it cause it is optimized for the newer iOS devices without the bezels

They can almost always be recovered by Customer Service as long as you have enough info
Well,Problem is, i onlzy got screenshots of unboxing / marrying a ship and not of the actual MainScreen which kind of is a Problem
If you remember your account name, roughly when you made the account and any other info Customer Service can usually get it back
try using ONLY your ship, go to battle, retreat

If you retrofitted her before she was max-limit-broken, then this login reverted it.
(You weren't supposed to be able to do that in the first place, but a bug let you do it.)

They're refunded to you, you just have to limit break her and then modernize her again.

I seem to be missing a LOT of cognitive chips. Used to have tens of thousands, I believe. Now I am down to around a thousand. I have awoken many ships but I don't see how I could have spent that many. Has anyone else encountered this?
awakening a single SR from 100-120 uses 2200 cognitive chips. It only requires 5 100-120 SRs to drop your cognitive chip count by 11000
it will internally display youre bound to facebook between you and facebook, it would not show other people that you’re using your specific account to protect it, that would be pretty unsafe

how does auto search choose a fleet to fight with
i had 2 fleets
i set my first fleet in the first slit and second in the second
but i wanted my second fleet to kill the mobs
so i put it in the first fleet section
but when i start the battle
auto serach just choose the other fleet i dont want to use
k lemme rephrase that sounds kinda confusing
i got a mob fleet and a boss fleet, how can i make auto search use the mob fleet
do you see the roles tab at the right before you enter the map?
you click on it then designate which fleet does what
escort = mob
flagship = boss

No, it was there to protect SSR and UR equipment. Largely because many accidentally scrap precious equipment by mistake or in a fit of rage, only to regret later and complaint to YoStar.
Personally I rather have this than having a risk of scraping my hard earned equipment.
My Yuudachi retro item is gone. I retrofitted her at 5 stars because I saw it was available. Now the retrofit is gone, and its limited to 6 stars. what's bad is the retro item is gone along with my bulin
