If I'm buying gems pack for 10$ - it's 690 rubles. But if I'm buying battle pass (for the same 10$) - it's 890 rubles. Can I find the explanation here?

The pass simply adds 1500 coins to your completion and unlocks the premium side. You can collect any Unobtained and unlocked rewards any time

I believe they should just send the pass directly to the accounts if they have purchased it before the maintenance. As for those who already bought it, and then bought it again after the maint, then they should have an option for a refund. Players still have to provide uid and the receipt for it to happen though.

A lot of apps and games will ban/lock your account when you seek refunds of in app purchases through the App Store
Seeking a refund via the App Store may Infact lead to your AL account being suspended. I’m unsure how they would handle that for this issue, or if AL even does that, but it’s a common practice, and better safe than sorry

So the fair winds pass is actually $10, while your 600 gem pack is converted to less, if I understand correctly

So i see this like this new stuff (like new pass) have normal conversion but more popular stuff like gems have better conversion

On average it took 2 hours for my pass to get activated after responding to their email. If after 12 hours they haven't done so on your account I suggest re-sending the email.

other games have done battle passes, and all of them had the same mechanics. A free side, a premium side, rewards unlocked by doing missions, usually weekly, sometimes with additional daily.

And then they also mentioned compensations but the email reply seemed to not say anything about that and just said you should have you pass sent to you and that's it.

If you've made multiple purchases, go to google/apple first to get the duplicate one(s) refunded yeah, if they don't help get the refund, email AL customer support back again so they can help instead. Don't know about compensation, but seems they're still busy fixing the pass for people at the moment, they'll make an announcement later if they're going to give compensation I guess
Basically the commission doesn't actually exist, but your game didn't quite refresh, just restarting the app will fix it
