As for those who already bought it, and then bought it again after the maint, then they should have an option for a refund. Players still have to provide uid and the receipt for it to happen though.

Seeking a refund via the App Store may Infact lead to your AL account being suspended. I’m unsure how they would handle that for this issue, or if AL even does that, but it’s a common practice, and better safe than sorry

I was one cick of buying a 2nd one, If I did I would cut my loss because most of the time its not worth getting a refund. (To much time and most likely don't give you a refund.

since its taking awhile to get answers from emails is it possible to get compensation in gem instead of requesting refunds so its a win win for both side? since googleplay refund policy can be a dick

Hi, so the twitter post implied that you need to email for a refund if we already purchased, implying we should buy it again. I did that. But now I got an email telling me to go to apple / google? And then they also mentioned compensations but the email reply seemed to not say anything about that and just said you should have you pass sent to you and that's it.

If you've made multiple purchases, go to google/apple first to get the duplicate one(s) refunded yeah, if they don't help get the refund, email AL customer support back again so they can help instead. Don't know about compensation, but seems they're still busy fixing the pass for people at the moment, they'll make an announcement later if they're going to give compensation I guess
