hello, I'd reached out to Yostar tech support regarding my recovering my [non-bound account]. I normally play on my phone, and tried to download it on a new device (tablet).
when I try to start up AL on either device, it takes me through the intro/tutorial missions (even with my normal server, Avrora) selected. The Yostar email advised to bind my account in Settings > Account but I'm afraid it might bind this fresh/new account, as opposed to my normal account.

Hi, I got a question regarding gem purchase. Although my account is in JP version, and Iām aware that this server is meant to be for EN version help only, I still would like some insight on this situation before sending a reply email to the JP customer service team.
So, I purchased the 5000 gems with the double gem bonus on the 15th, a day before the reset. The 10,000 yen went through the Apple payment and I did not get the gem. 4 days later, I contacted the JP customer support, and they said that the Yostar store is still processing my order, so I waited more. Itās been a week now since my purchase, and I havenāt gotten my gem yet. Is it supposed to take this long, or is there something going on that I might be missing?

Heyy. So today I bought the '2021 party dress lucky box' and for some reason it said I cancelled midpayment. While I didn't. The amount still got deducted from my bank but I didn't get anything.

When I check any item/pack in Akashi's shop that costs $, the displayed price by Google Play, that converts it to my local currency from USD, is significantly higher than it should be based on actual exchange rates (20-25%). Is it because of a tax of some sort, is Google taking that cash for themselves, or what's going on?

You need to wait until the pending sign disappears. It will generally take about 2-3 days for it.

Not entirely sure, I don't really know if they have limited hours they respond to emails or if they have international support staff as well

just tap on the yostar logo and put in your email, then hit generate. Your account gets an e-mail with a code, that you put in and then hit confirm. You're now logged in again

In server selection menu there's a button on top that says 'Results found'. Click on it and it will scan all server for account

I like to keep my dock themed. Not cluttered with ships I don't want. So I retire ships I don't want. But I am not able to retire some of the ships that are cluttering up my dock.
Could someone from support manually delete the ships for me? I Don' care if I don't get the materials from retiring them.
Organizing the dock is the most satisfying part in the game to me.
