So I had an error and purchased two Microlayer lucky boxes yesterday and tried to get a refund through Apple support which didn't work. Does anyone know where I should contact to get a refund one of the purchases? I only recieved one of the packages.

I tried to purchase the Microlayer Medly Lucky Box 2021 pack but my iTunes wanted me to input my CCV from the card. After I did that the money was taken from my ITunes balance but I didn’t get the pack and every time I clicked it it just says error now. I reached out to the AI help bot ingame but after I sent it the Screenshot of the purchase, my server, UID, IGN, and amount of the pack that was purchased I didn’t get a response from the bot. Hoping to get this solved before the current banner ends so I’m just checking if I did something wrong or if I just need to wait now. Thanks in advance!

Hello, i've binded my account to Apple and FB. My app was crashing every 3 minutes or so i decided to delete the app and reinstall it knowing that i have binded my account. After i install everything, i went to login using FB and it seemed to work but when I choose which server, i dont' see any of the "your Character" icon on the server i was on (Amagi), tried using Apple to login, seemed to work but again, no "your character icon" next to the server. Do i have to start over? Did i miss something?

the teleporter is inaccessible
and I can't leave in any other way as this is an obscured zone.
I checked every single tile around it and I can move on none of them
I killed every fleet around the teleporter but none of them were blocking a tile

So there was an ingame update, about 30mb just now and after i login the game then doing sortie using AutoMode, it request the permission to "modify system settings"

you probably enabled battery saver mode
it changes screen brightness to 50%, and to do that it needs to access system settings

So I'm playing on a new cellphone and I noticed that the cross hair is being covered by the gray bar. In my older cellphone this doesn't happen, I could move the cross hair to the other end of the screen without this happening in my old cellphone. I googled how to fix this but the process was kinda too complicated for me to understand since it required a computer to do the fix. Fyi the new cellphone I'm using rn is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, hope that someone could help me because its more challenging to aim like this
