I'm trying to download the update for Azur Lane on my Mac. I've been playing AL on my M1 macbook air, using rosetta and downloading the game via the app store, under the iphone & ipad apps tab.
It's not there anymore however, so I can't play on this system. Is there a reason for this? It worked perfectly before and was really convenient instead of draining my phone battery dry all the time.
They disabled the ability to play the game on M1 Macs for some reason, they've been entirely silent on why

How to fix notification still not working?
My friend doesn't really know how to speak English and we are French and so he had a big problem is that he was in guest mode and he disconnected from the game and relaunched the game with a yostar account so he no longer has access to his account because he is with a yostar 0 level account and he tells me that he cannot log out of the yostar account to be able to access his account in guest mode. I have never played the game so any help will be taken with great pleasure

a lot of my ships get deleted but i don't do anything
So I just logged in to the game and found some of my ships were missing. Removed from my formations, dorm and dock. What could be causing this? I see that I still have them registered in the fleet tech, but they are completely removed from me account.

Check your system settings to make sure AL isn’t being put to sleep by Android settings

Does the game slow right down if you have it open for more than an hour or so for anyone else since the last patch? This never used to happen but the performance is just terrible since this pre-event started.
yes its always been that way, mobile games meant to be open idle for hours or they will cause tremendous lag

So... i just installed Bluestacks 5 Pie (beta) (fresh install). Installed AL and everything, and then tried to login to twitter, and the game gave me: authentication error 100222. So... what am i supposed to do now? Unfortunately, my current account is only binded to. my Twitter account.
I also tried the same on BS Nougat one, and the game gave me the exact error

My PR catchup missions restarted. I just completed PR 1, and I just pressed complete on the last mission but I saw "claim" a bunch and decided to just spam press without reading it. Essentially I got 170 more combat data packs for series 1 and after restarting my game got locked out of PR 2 with all missions being restarted for PR 1.
Is there anything I can do about this or do I just have to do the missions over again?

Hello, couple minute ago i play al and in the middle of the game, the game stop and got notification on my screen that the server was on maintain. will it affect my account ?
Because sometimes in maintenance notification there's a warning that you have to quit the game before the maintenance begin
So I have played AL on both mobile and Bluestacks account transfer has been a breeze. Recently I got a weird error message when I tried to boot up the game. No problem I just did a fresh reinstall. When I booted it up I tried to connect my account and it had completely reset. I tried reconnect but now it just reloads a restarted game. I had nearly completed the campaign and was into the end game content as well as buying some gems. Now whenever I load my account it sometimes gets an error message but usually just loads into the restarted game.

my AL on mumu, has been absolutely buggered since last mandatory update, randomly crashes, hangs up at 50% loads and fights just freeze (while still running) and won't respond to any input

So I just got a new device and I’m unable to transfer my account. I already had AL bound by Twitter on my last device. I tried to login via Twitter on this device and selected Aurora yet it starts up like a new game.
I always registered through Facebook and everything was fine, I used one account, but when I decided to download it in order to register faster, how did it happen that if I register through the application, the game will create a new account, although I already have an account and when I deleted Facebook, then I entered my old account again.

Upon completing my first Weekly that would award me 100 "Specialized Cores," it gave me a notice saying "Resources or items that exceed the maximum limit will be lost. Do you still wish to continue?" Having had almost 6000 cores prior to purchase, I thought the message was a bug, and clicked [Confirm]. I did not receive the 100 "Specialized Cores," and I'm already on to the second Weekly reward which grants 100 "Specialized Cores." It is giving me the same Warning Message. I'm scared of attempting to claim any further Weekly Rewards.
