I just hit commander lvl 40 and it sent me into meowofficer tutorial. It seemed like it was going to give me one but it at the moment when she said that she would quick train it it seemed like it would show up on the screen but the screen flashed and I never received the meowofficer from the free box. Here is a screenshot showing that I do t have any meowofficers at all. Is there any way to fix this? I haven’t tried to open the boxes I already received through regular gameplay because I’m afraid of losing them if this same thing happens.

I‘d have a question regarding to logging back into AL after the program was deleted.
It just so happened that I wiped my phone a few days ago and my backup got screwed up which ended with me having to re-download AL.
Last year or so it already happened once that I kinda lost my account but I was able to rescue it with binding it to Twitter like the AL support advised me to do.
So now I pressed the little Twitter button on the left side of the login-screen and was sent into Twitter, authorized the app and then went back to AL to login and was greeted with a beginner account.

The only way I could get to my account was installing Bluestacks on my PC. My phone is basically in AL login-loop onto the wrong Facebook account.

The solution was to use the bluestack installment, to connect AL to a freshly made twitter.

If the notifs only happen on startup the phone forced the app in sleep mode, check your phone's battery settings to remove it there.

I didnt know how to put my newer lexington account on my newer phone with my amagi account
So i went on the lexington server and it created an account already binded to the same email as my amagi so then i realised that i had to go on my old phone and bind my newer lexington account to my yostar account but by then it was too late and i cant bind my lexington account to my yostar account with my amagi account because of an already existing lexington binded to the yostar account which i made by mistake so i need to unbind the one leximgton account to bind my real lexington account

I have 4 different devices and on PC [BlueStack] and 2 Android devices [one smartphone, one tablet] download is correct = Fast [in MB/s]. On one phone Moto E6+ is incredibly slow on Wi-Fi, and on LTE+ [in ~20kb/s] I don't know why is that but I know that changing Wi-Fi networks don't help and downloading AL from the beginning don't help too.

That's the think - if it only could be available a test server for a certain group of people to debug patches before they will be apply to work environment. I could gladly test incoming patches for let say 200 gems per day as a reward for my mine account. I can spend 8 hours per day reporting bugs for a little reward and to better experience for whole AL community.

A non-mandatory update is now available for Android and fixes the bug where notification would crash the game. There is also a hotfix which disables the notification system for those having problems. HQ apologizes and will be sending compensation to everyone.

usually means theres a sneaker file in your phone that doesnt want to budge even when you reinstall, try deleting then going through all your files for azurlane and delete any leftovers
