as long as you have your account binded, it is safe to redownload the game
it seems to be the app store is not showing the latest version for you, check if the app store is up to date and it is set to display the latest app info

If you are experiencing slow download speed, please be patient it is possibly due to your ISP having trouble connecting to us

When i try to download the update, the game just restarts and i'm asked once again to download the update (I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game, clearing data/cache for the game and the playstore without any success). Am i doing anything wrong ?
yeah, the only solution is to go to bluestacks
I'd venture a guess and say the download servers are borked. My game downloaded fine on Bluestacks but only gives errors and 30kb/s download on my Android phone.
the restarting issue isn't a server issue

Is anyone else experiencing super slow download speed?
I had to reinstall the game and now it's going at like 50kb
after the update, push notifications (completion of missions, research, etc.) stopped working. android 8 crash "AL" at the time of receiving the notification. android 10-the notification just doesn't come. the same thing happened after the last optional APK update, until the fix was released.

I've been downloading for almost 5 hours now, my Internet speed is 100mbps, but this download hasn't crossed 50kb/s all day
My whole accounts gone when i log in it just starts the tutorial

I had to delete my app to make space temporarily. After redownloading I can't access my account. I thought I bound to my Twitter but even then I can't find my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can share with you the name of my account as well as the Twitter I bound it to. (If i did it correctly months ago)

Out of curiousity is Azur Lane back to crashing again? Its crashing far more frequently for my tablet than before. I was hoping this update would stop the 1-3 times of crashes per day, now it is far more frequent. Samsung Tablet.
I'd assume it's the low memory space, I had slow download speeds on my phone, but on my tablet, no download speed issues
no its not i have over 20 gigs open on my phone it mightve been something in the update that didnt go to plan which is why they asked for screenshot with log mode open so they can see whats going on

My app closed after about 1.1Gb completed, started back the rest of the download now

just wait for more info for now before doing anything (reinstalling). looks like the old crashing issue, iirc last time when it happened it was related to game notifs and those were unavailable for a while
if your game is crashing randomly, try disabling the in-game notifications

how would I go about reporting a issue with the UI in regards to ipad pro/iphones without home buttons? When ingame you get a thin white line at the bottom of the screen, before the mandatory update today this bar would go transparent while in AL, its now a solid white. I did some reading and people had mentioned it has to be coded to go transparent from the app developer's end, so they must have missed it with this update.
