DD gun main gun is always better than CL gun main gun on vanguards
so if your CL or DD can use a DD gun, it's best if you use a DD gun instead of a CL gun

Also wouldn't the pen and shell size on the DD guns mean they do less damage compatibly?
Pen means nothing in this game, lower calibers do have lower damage, but the reload of dd guns make up for lower damage to create a greater DPS than cl guns. Also the prototypes are the best in the game. Edit: It's not exactly right to say pen means nothing, different ammo types and armament types have different damage mods against different armor types, but it's also not exactly pen because wildly different calibers have same mods

Mine began working now. I first tried running a repair on the files which you can do by clicking on settings when you are prompted to log in. It did not work for me, so I had to uninstall the entire game from the phone and then re-install from scratch. After some time passed, it would then work.

@sharp shale it is a known bug that sometimes notifications just do not work at all, there is no need to send to support, it will fix itself after a patch and sometime it will break every other patch for some odd reason, android phones a bit buggy

I believe sometimes on ios but it is very rarely and usually its an everyone issue
iOS is a lot more standardized than Android in terms of notifications so it’s harder for it to break on only one device

Just wondering if this only happened to me or if it's intentional. I did all my PR1 missions and unlocked the PR2 missions, so I logged off. Once I logged back one 10 mins later, half my PR1 missions reset, and the entire PR2 mission line became locked.

to check if your processor supports virtualization, open task manager, go to performance -> CPU and check if there is Hyper-V Support. if it says 'Yes', then your processor supports virtualization
to check if you're can enter UEFI boot mode, press Windows+R, then type 'msinfo32' in the search bar and then press enter. under BIOS mode, if it says 'Legacy' then either your motherboard doesn't support virtualization (even if your processor does), or you're in legacy boot mode

the search bar is also case sensitive, so make sure they're typing it exactly
for example, if my username is 15ice, they have to search 15ice, 15ICE will show a different user if a user that goes by the name 15ICE exists

I bought trade license gem pack, around 6 hours ago, the proceed said "transaction successful, please wait for the item". Till this minute havent got the gem I purchased.

Got a problem with my notifications, I don't get push notifis for azur lane. I tried pretty much everything but nothings working, I enabled all premissions for azur lane, I checked all settings in game, I tried to repair assets and when that didn't work I cleared assets data. That didn't work as well, I tried reinstalling the game-needless to say that didn't work as well now idk what to do anymore at this point
Do they appear if you start the game? Then the app is set to sleep, you can disable that in your phone's battery options.

Alright azur lane wasn't on the "sleeping apps" neither on the "deep sleeping apps", but I added it to the "apps that won't be put to sleep" tab. Gonna share if it changed anything

I remember losing my account as well, albeit for other reasons. The best shot you have is remembering your username + which server it was on. If you remember your twitter username, that would be helpful too. I assume you don't remember your UID, so all of what I mentioned above is essential. AND make sure to be very clear with your reasoning, think that's all. (And if it wasn't obvious, it's important to email them all this information. Thought of adding this little side note to be extra clear)

My younger sister is having trouble with the log system in azur lane , he linked her fabook to get her account back after deleting the game . and when she did so it said "the password you put is old plz put your current password" she doesn't know what it's for so the best option would be to reset the account password. But when she did so it said it will send a code via email to change it yet . It's trying to send a email to a account that isn't hers or a account she doesn't even have . And I think she lost her account . This probobly aint the place to ask but if anyone here knows what might be wrong do tell me

why the heck I always get a black screen when launchin azur lane on my new pc? It has AMD Ryzen 5 5600x virtualization mode enabled. Tried with Nox 32/64 bit and Bluestacks 32 bit. GPU is RTX 3060ti
So just to clarify, BlueStacks is able to launch just fine and download and install Azur Lane?

Hi I have a problem on the the meet and greet mini event, the fans waiting seconds, it should be 15 sec but it dashes from 15 to 10 to 0 in 2 seconds. is it just me?
Update: So I think I found the problem, for some reason the frames just drops then the seconds in the fans went sprinting to 0.

hi! i just picked the game back up yesterday (still just starting out) - i was lazy so I didn't bind an account just yet, but I went to do so now and found an unknown Facebook account now listed as being bound...?
I've tried clicking on "Disconnect Facebook" and logging in to my own Facebook account, but I am told that the third party account does not match the one bound to this account. I'm really at a loss as to how this random account got bound to my app lol, but I'm just hoping I can get it removed.
I've now bound my account to a yostar and twitter account now, but I'm unable to remove the unknown Facebook account. How might I be able to unbind that unknown Facebook account? Thanks for any help!! 
I checked the FAQ for unbinding an FB account I don't have access to, so I know I need to verify my account with the profile and settings screenshots. Should I just DM those screenshots to a Yostar staff member here, or how should I go about doing that?

to get that effect you need multiple emails to get different accounts on the same server, which isn’t permitted

Having a issue where no matter how much i fill my dorms, when it's done I never get exp it just goes empty and tells me to refill it.
your ships are either max level or not limit broken
they're level 13
This is after a full course and 2 royal gourmets
and this is all the exp it says they got
it shares the xp between the ships in the dorm, if you had 1 ship in there compared to 2, the one ship would have been level 26
When you go into dorms after a while when it's filled you get a menu that shows how much they leveled up, they don't level up unless the menu shows up from what i've seen. i never get the menu that actually shows how much exp is gained.

I click on auto search and Clear mode... My 1st fleet goes towards the first battle... And stays there.
