i finally got my account back after a failed reinstall and bind code scare, but is there a known solution to the infinite loading screen after switching away and back to the app? that's why i tried to reinstall in the first place, but the problem remains

yes, this means if your summon a submarine fleet whose's fleet has meowfficers with mountain/flames, the buff also applies to the surface fleet

bluestacks is very resource demanding compared to other emulators, so if it's running too slow for you, I'd recommend using something else like mumu or ldplayer

I need help with my account. A few days ago I sent an email reporting that a stranger was entering without using the accounts that I have associated with AL. For security reasons they frozen the account and asked me for information, after 3 days they told me that it was already solved and that they could play on the account. but it is still frozen and they have not answered me again through the mail. Someone here can help me or should I keep waiting.

So I tried linking my account so I could play on another phone aswell, on the first page where you simply click anywhere to login I clicked on the little black box that says "yostar" and bound my email, then it just sent me to the first mission against Eugen and Bismarck.
Is there any way to reverse this?

i went and clear an unexplored zone beneath the siren stronghold
and when i finished clearing it, the siren stronghold disappeared
can someone confirm if you start out with 2 siren strongholds? cause i only have one left after i cleared the unexplored zone beneath it (i think)

And if you now go to a different zone (a port for example) and tap that zone where the stronghold was and tap the 4 squares in the bottom left of the pop up, stronghold is not an option?

Hello, I'm having some issues with my game. I'm farming the D1 map on the event and whenever i reach the boss, i can't get to actually battle that node because the game gets stuck on 98% loading. I've tried to use the repair assets on the login screen, but it didn't fix the issue. The other fights are loading just well, it's just the boss node that doesn't load

I'm at officer level, I can't promote anyone to the same level that I am obviously and I'm the only one left doing stuff in it, is there a way that I could get leader status perhaps?

My friend cannot log in to their twitter account which is binded to their azur lane. And no they dont have any other account binded. The thing is that it doesnt work for them, but when I tried log in with their account it worked. So is it a device specific issue or is it a regional related issue.

iirc even if the account is tied to yostar you can't use an android account on iOS or vice versa
count that as a shitty DRM... blame apple and google for not cooperating
safe to say... download an android emulator on PC and bind your account, see if it works

Yea that’s actually how I lost it but to be honest I started the game on apple and transfered just fine to android but the change back sent multiple games my music and books into the shadowrealm lmao
think it's because of the cloud syncing
it probably uses google/apple servers depending on platform
since they aren't compatible it won't work

I know some android games don't pull your data to iOS because they use google services to cloud save
Thankfully I got in touch with the dev team and they are working on it and are trying to see if they can force bind it to a new account

I binded my account to my new phone, only then did i learn that my old accoutn did not bind, and now I'm stuck as im afraid that my old phone if i bind it may replace my old account from my phone with nothing because i made a new account on the lexington server on my new phone

As long as you have bind your account in game then yes you can play it on any device by logging into your account on the title page. But you can only log into one device at a time mind you.
If you're asking to switch your Facebook bind, then you're going to have to either bind with the Yostar account, or Twitter to unbind your old Facebook account with your new one.

Hello, I have 2 Surugas and can't limit break one of them because the other does not appear in the list of ships to be used as material, is this a known bug? Reloading the game didn't solve the problem and it doesn't appear to happen with other ships.

I really want you to double check, but if you still can't find your account, but you remember your UID, server you were playing on, and your exact username, along with information only you will know (commander level, ships you have oathed, purchase history, etc.) you can contact customer support and they should be able to get your account back for you

I emailed support about this but it's taking forever to get a reply so I thought I'd try here. I'm level 39, and while 3 of my ships were in a commission, they somehow got the status "in challenge mode" and now I can't use them in a fleet because they're in challenge mode, but obviously I cannot access challenge mode until level 80, and I am level 39. So they're stuck like that. What should I do? It's not in the known bugs channel either.
You can see in the screenshot suruga, portland and ranger are "in challenge mode" and in the 2nd screenshot I cannot access challenge mode because I am too low level
what do you mean by you can't use them in a fleet
also, the "in challenge mode" status also appears if you place the ship in the suruga raids fleet
remove the ships there and the status will also be removed, but you shouldn't have any issues
They are not available to be added to any fleet, commission, etc. And they are not in that fleet, the ships in that fleet do not show "in challenge mode" in my dock. Example screenshot, akagi and the rest are in this event fleet but do not show the status in the previous dock screenshot
But just in case I cleared that fleet, and the problem isn't changed
akagi, kawakaze, and ajax are assigned to fleet 1, and that is overwriting the message. if you remove them from fleet 1, it should also show "in challenge mode"

Okay you're right that was it. The "in challenge mode" status hasn't gone away but now that I've cleared the event fleets I can add these ships to my main fleet and commissions.
So I still don't know why it has the challenge mode status but at least it's not preventing me from using them anymore.
Also this might be in need of a translation tweak, to imply that they're not in the actual challenge mode, but an event fleet.

So today i logged in, the game crashed. Logged in again, Made my choice on the PR catch-up, it was FDG, crashed again. Made a repair to my app, download és 400 MB, and wooosh, all of my FDG blueprints are gone. I Just lost around 100 BP to FDG. Any known solution to this? I dont want to farm a month again for them.

@carmine hedge could you try repairing assets? in the title screen, tap on the gear on the top right corner then select Repair Assets
if that didn't fix anything, go to the in-game settings, go to Audio, then select Clear Assets Data, and it'll reinstall assets data for you

if you don't remember the credentials to your bound account, there's nothing you can really do but wait for a response from customer support, they have been pretty busy recently with many accounts being mistakingly frozen
if they still haven't responded by the end of the week, you can try sending a follow up message
The auto response is all i have gotten since Tuesday no update or word if repair ticket has been generated

when you originally bound your account, do you recall binding it at the title screen or in the game settings?
Most likely Title Screen since that's the only place I know I can bind my account
then you overwrote your account instead of binding it properly in settings
if you can recall your username at the very least, and an idea of your server, contact customer support and they can help you recover your account

Pretty sure there's a bug in this latest event. If you use all 15 free slots, then when it says "do you want to use the emblem" you click "no", it then let's you use oil like its been refreshed
And doesn't take away any challenge token either
#bug-reports is the place you would've wanted to go, but it's not a bug since you can run hard infinitely anyway, you can just use tokens to enhance your drop chances (To the lvl they are in the first 15 tries a day)

I recently made the change to the 64bit version of LDplayer so that I can have an Alchemy Stars setup, but I haven't been able to log into Azur Lane since. Despite my best efforts, I always get a black screen when starting the game.
I've tried:
Reinstalling
Clearing data
Enabling permissions before starting the game (straight to black screen)
Starting without any permissions allowed (asks for storage permissions before going to black screen)
Changing allowed RAM usage
Changing allowed Core usage
Changing emulated phone type
Manually giving it a surplus of disk space to work with
VPN
rapidly running out of ideas/previously posted suggestions here
Made a temporary setup for it on Bluestacks, but that emulator runs like trash so I'm back to trying to fix this
Disabling storage permission while keeping the others enabled got me this far
could you try downloading azur lane from a third-party app like APKPure or QooApp?

Looking through my old screenshots going through the campaign, mission maps definitely have the mission name in the map file. As yours is called SW Ocean Ridge A without a mission name after it, that's not the mission map. Can you use the zone change mechanic to switch to another map? What map does the mission point at?

Did you log in onto the correct server you were playing on?
On the loading page click the black sidebar toowards the left with the words "yostar" on it, then input the email you had binded your account to and have them send a verification code. Enter the code and log on to the correct server. If this doesnt work yoou would have to ask someone else sorry

For me i feel that your best course of action now is to contact yostar and have them help with your lost account. It happened to me before and they managed to recover it but you have to provide the details of your account (UID, Commander level, player id etc.)

OK I found some enemy fleets in the "secured" map.
That's still not the mission map though, which you would need to progress the game. There's no mission in the zone selection menu then I presume? If the red marker is still on that map, and traveling to NY and then there doesn't load the mission maybe support can help :/

Where? And you're sure it's a bundle. Just buying disk 1 and 2 at the same time isn't the same thing. You can always try support, show you got both disks, but can't make guarantees, not sure what their policy is on that.

the game wont let me sortie, it just selects the ship to attack and then gets frozen there and does nothing, if i try to restart the game and attack then it just gets stuck at a loading screen that never goes past 90%

Hello. Has anyone encountered a bug where they will not receive any credit for completing PR2 catch-up missions? My “easy rookie” button is shiny after clearing 10-4 but on the mission window it still has a blue “go” button.

it'll still contribute to pr exp grind though, if that's what you're looking for

it might appear often if you're using a weak connection, but if it's a really long loading issue to a point where it's unplayable, then it might be a separate issue
