Hello. I think I found something weird. I tried to munitions through the shop button at the home page after logging in and the game is just stuck while loading. At first, I only restarted the game. I tried going there again... same results.
I tried waiting it out for more than a minute and nothing
I can access the munitions through HQ > Academy though
Okay umm... I experimented for a bit. It seems I can access it through the shop tab again, but only after accessing it from HQ. Maybe it got stuck after playing for a while
Hello team, I'm having issues with the rewards after clearing levels on hard mode (D1, D2 and D3) on event map. No rewards have been delivered after clearing them nor reaching 3 stars.
Edit: Worth to mention that D3 is not cleared yet but it has 3 stars

@lyric jacinth rewards aren't 'delivered' You redeem them in the tasks menu. Are they listed there as uncompleted? Can give a screenshot of how events tab of tasks looks like right now?
They never appeared in missions tab, the only one that appeared was the one from clearing D3 with the furniture as reward. It never showed up the others as missions.
It only ever shows the lowest. So clear A1/C1, complete that it gives clear A2/C2, rinse repeat till SP. Same for 3*
I've seen in a wiki that the rewards are the following:
D1 clear rewards are 1 wisdom cube, 600 coins and 400 involuted seal
3 stars is 500 oil
D2 clear rewards are 1 wisdom cube, 600 coins and 600 involuted seal
3 stars is prototype bulin mk2
D3 clear rewards is black dragon's commemoration
3 stars is battleship retrofit blueprint

Did you tie it to your fb account in the setting menu or did you do it on the title screen? If you did it in the setting menu in game, you would have your account pop up using the search function to make sure which server you were on
If you did it though the title menu you're going to have to talk to support about recovering your account then

Try completely closing azur lane, the go into settings from the main screen and then hit repair assets iirc

I need help with the app, I had an issue with sorties not loading so I binded my account to my twitter and yostar and I deleted the app, I then reinstalled it and I tried getting my old account back onto azur lane via twitter on the start page but that didn't work I can try the yostar one as well but I'm afraid that if I mess that up I will lose my account forever, does anyone know anyway of helping me with this.

its a caching issue, all it takes is a restart but yes it is a heart attack and a half

After latest updates installation (updated from both Play Market and in Client) once logged in I'm getting "Invalid input._1" error and all the battles started get frozen at %93.88
I was moving around my fleets - and the game got stuck when I moving Heinrich around. So I closed out and re-opened and when I open up my fleet tab - it shows Heinrich floating in the back and goes into infinite loading. I closed out - repaired assets - and it just keeps happening.
I can enter the game but as soon as I go into fleet tab - it goes into infinite loading
nvm - i fixed it by going into commissions and selecting heinrich - which forces her out of my fleet.
Is there a bug with leveling Morrison in the dorm? Mine is stuck on 56 and my Ticonderoga is 63 already (I started her about 36 hrs later).

Hi so I have this weird problem, hopefully you can help me. I had 2 Bulin MKIIIs to use on New Jersey before I got NJ. They didn't show in the Limit Break menu no matter what I did, even if I messed with the Locked/Lvl filters. I decided to get a new MKIII to check if that one showed and that one does show, allowing for Limit Break. So my question is, is that normal? That you can't LB a UR ship with a Bulin you got before getting the ship? If not, what should I do?

when you delete the game, did you make sure all files from azur lane are gone before reinstalling?

Hey I have a super weird bug. When I try to log into my account via the AL app or the facebook light app from nox, my facebook account doenst exists. When I go into a browser and log in from there, the account is there. What can I do now?
facebook lite is very buggy, I believe uninstalling it should prevent the issue from happening in azur lane

For future reference: Facebook let me log into the account with false log in data: i used the wrong suffix of my email address @bright cradle.de instead of @gmail.com => the game didnt find the account because it was the wrong email address. But facebook let me log in for some reason. I found out about it by logging into the account from a fresh browser without history or cookies from facebook. Hopefully it helps

Yes
Log in on the title screen with how you found your account, and then do a search for which server you had activity on and then log in with that server

Usually that means you have to uninstall and reinstall the entire game if memory serves
Just remember to log in using one of these three way to bind your accounts, and then do a search for an account on the server you were on in the second screen

hi, i'm stuck in this zone for three days in operation siren - can't reach teleporter (surrounded by obstacles) so there is no other way of leaving the zone, no additional weather devices on map or any interactable objects. Sunking all enemy fleets didn't help either. It seems like some kind of bug to me

While yes, mapgeneration is bad, they dont fix it since they added the exit button workaround inatead. Doesn't help if loot spawns bad but it'll help you

The desync thingy, though - is it just some freak accident? I mean - how rare is it? And whether it's something that "just happens" or could've been something I did.
It's like the connection to the server slowed down enough that it isn't synced up with the client side

yes from the top left button next to "minimap" from order button select Fleet Deployment but I think you need to be in port in order for that option to work.

You seemed accidentally turned off the text box
The loading screens ARE in the files, they are just behind the old ones (and as result don't show up). Yet to see if today's second hotfix resolves that. EDIT: Seems it did. EDIT2: They overlooked one though.

I've tried to Bind Yostar account to my game. I use the code it send to my e-mail to log in but the account I log into isn't my account. Actually I think you can get your spoils, from where you are right now don't move the fleet that you're controlling atm, just move another fleet on the first arrows, then yet another one and you should be able to grab the chest with that fleet

Heyo! So.. I have a really frustrating problem that's basically softlocked me from Operation Siren. The entire map keeps filling with ships higher level than my ships, I'm unable to leave the map, and the enemies just keep spawning
And I don't really know what to do anymore
The other corners of the map are filling up every few moves and there's really close to nothing I can do
I didn't know if this belonged in #gameplay-help or not but at this point I'm kinda softlocked from operation siren, and am completely out of ways that I know of to get out of this issue
attempting to leave the zone with another fleet results this, and more fleets just spawn every few moves like mentioned, can't do anything at this point

Who here has any info on this mysterious guild issue. There's an application and as the guild master I tap "accept." Then I get 2 error messages that disappears as quickly as they appear.

I cant take a screenshot because when it happened the messages were gone within 2 seconds of appearing.
Since I run a guild it's either that person was either accepted by one of your officers already and it's a desync issue, or they applied to multiple guilds and got accepted to another there

tbh i don't think it really would make a difference, opengl is pretty universal in terms of platform, directx typically is better for just windows

I had the same problem. If you want to get a refund, contact apple or Google. If you want yostar to manually fix it, you need to email or click the icon on the bottom right corner of the home screen just below the settings icon. I think it was the help icon to contact yostar. It lists the things you need to provide such as uid, usd amount charge, screenshot of your receipt, server the account is in (amagi, etc.). You won't get a reply immediately but it should get resolved within a day or two as long as you provide everything they need. Not sure if you can get gem packs that are limited time only past the date. If it's limited time only and it got resolved let me know.

This has happened to me. I contacted Yostar through email. You do charge back for one of the purchases through google play store's receipts. If you wait too long it will expire and you will be non-eligible. In that case, like what happened with me, you can send a screenshot of your receipt afterwards in the email and they'll give you gems worth.

I can't move Azur Lane to external storage properly on my Android Samsung J7, 2017 edition. When i try, the app itself (from settings) says it moved 2.09 gigabytes to my sd card. My system says it moved .01 gigabytes to the SD card, the opposite of what should have happened.
I do not have the internal space to play the game otherwise.

hii guys, I have an issue regarding my account binding problem, got myself a new phone but can’t log in on it, I also can’t do a single binding in my old phone.
is this the right channel to report it? is there someone I should dm instead? got screenshots to share..
when I try to bind it just popped up that it was already used for an account. I suspected this is because I accidentally created a new account when attempting to login on my new phone.
I bind twitter account on my old phone, but when I try to login on my new one it just straight created new account.
when I use my other emails it says“access token verification failed” 
my life is just a heap of misfortune

Hello, I lost my old phone with my account in it. It was bound it to tweeter and I thought that I could just reconnect in there with my new phone but I just get a beginner account no matters which servers I log into. Could you please help?

Hi I had a bind code and (I thought Twitter bind) to my JP account. Reinstalled to see if I could get rid of that loading... bug after switching apps, and somehow ended up with a new account. I input the saved bind code after I got through the tutorial and somehow ended up with... THE SAME NEW ACCOUNT. please help? The screenshot of the bind code literally exists before the new account it somehow got bound to was created.

Also can email them at the above address, you should be able to have them unbind your mistaken fresh account so you can bind correctly to the actual account.
Also, did you bind the twitter account on the loading screen of the old phone or in-game when you were logged in, and did you login with the twitter account on the main screen first on the new phone?
Did you login to twitter on the main screen before trying to login to servers on the new phone?
You need to login to the bind account using the buttons on the main screen I believe, not after logging in to a server
I did. Twitter brings me to my twitter app where I authorize access, then it errors out. I input my bind code into the main screen and it "worked" but I went in and it was the new account I just finished tutorial on.
Well in that case you probably should email the al.cs@yo-star.com for them to check if it's binded correctly or to bind the correct account
I'm having an issue where the loading screen freezes at 99.36% wheenebr I try to get into battle

@quaint raven yeah, I login to twitter in the main screen before going into the game but I still can't seem to get access to my account
