@brazen creek typically rebooting over and over is a result of a device that cant handle the game.. but your device seems to manage it fine and given you reinstalled and it didnt help and these other solutons, you might want to contact customer support to get a more specific solution since they have more information 
we have a couple of users from vietnam, but typically the game doesnt run smoothly with connections in SEA
but you said changing connection and applying VPN did not help which is what helps users who cant connect to it

Huh, it seems that my notification problem was fixed through re-install, also restarted my phone afre deleting the game to get rid of any possible lingering files that might get left behind. At least it works while phone screen is on.

Hello staff, I updated my game yesterday for the notif bug yesterday, and it still doesn't show the notif properly
It will only appear if I just start the app but not when i am using it

I can't delete my account at all. Trying to make an alt for the rally request but my phone saves the random account with a random name no matter how many times I uninstall the game.
Looking it up it just says to uninstall and no account should be there. Otherwise I would need to contact Yostar to have the account be deleted permanently?

The game is in horizontal screen mode then when I click buy and the google purchase UI goes up, it goes vertical and thats where it stops. I dont have time to click the button for purchase

So I logged into the game today and I'm missing stuff. For example laffey retrofit skin, that asset is just missing. Repairing assets in game settings said it needed to grab about 452MB but when it was downloading it was switching in between 0% and 1% and then said it finished somehow. So data repair in the game isn't working for me

theres a number of reasons for a black screen
and the most common is connection, so we work through those ones first
and the rest gets ācomplicatedā and users dont do it correctly half the time 
so i accedently signed up with apple if i get to 25 and change my name will it be avalizble on the account i want to use

sorry to bother but I think I found a bug with New Jersey
its about her level cap
I was told she was supposed to work like Shinano and be able to reach level 100 without limit breaks
but she is working like a normal SR ship for me and I can only level her up to her current limit break
i bought gems but didnt receive them and still got charged
I was on Lexington and logged into that one

The first cutscene refused to play past a certain point, even when I skipped and replayed it later; and after the boss fleet showed up, I tried to fight a mob fleet and got stuck at 99.29% on the loading screen.

Hi. I bought Boise's skin, but it doesn't have an option to use L2D. L2D is updated to the latest version. Both repair L2D assets and repair assets return with "no exception". The rental skin was the same way. Should I try deleting assets like what had to be done with the loading bug? Everyone I've spoken to says that both the rental and/or purchased skin L2D works for them.

I bought Boise's skin yesterday, but I have no option to toggle L2D on it. I've checked both the L2D assets and game assets, and even deleted the assets and reinstalled them just now, and still don't have the option to use her L2D. When I rented the skin it was the same way, no L2D option.
All my friends who also play AL have not had an issue with Boise's skin's L2D, whether a rental or a purchase. I've done everything short of uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I would like to know what I can do (as it would be nice to avoid reinstalling, just don't want to waste the time) to figure out why I don't have L2D on that skin but everyone else does. Please help.

Yes, it's fully updated. I had to do the optional app store update because my notifications were bugged/causing the game to crash in the background before the event update dropped. The L2D version is also at the most current version as well, v.238

if you mean the notification issue from the prelude, yes it was fixed when this event started. I am not sure if the event update or the 'non-mandatory' update in the playstore fix it though. Notifications are fine for me now. Got to hope the current maintenance dont break it

Is the app sleeping when you're not playing? That may be why it's not sending the push notifications until you boot the game up.

You have to go into your phone settings. There should be somewhere where you can see sleeping apps, or search for "sleeping apps"
Makes sense, most phones did offer that option when reporting Azur Lane as "extremely unstable" that week, would explain a lot

What is it with AL's matchmaking in excersizes, it's like every 4th refresh is a suitable battle while the rest are opponents with a much higher commander level and much higher level ships
I noticed Merit can still be earned in losses, but I don't want to run battles with unsuitable opponents affecting my account history or something
