When you open the application, it will start normally, but when you open the Twitter authorization, it will return back to loading and if you do the authorization again, it will crash.

For the loading and L2D displaying issue, players could proceed according to the following methods

Please try to close the game and reopen it. And then, don't log in. You could see a "Setting" button at the top right corner when the login interface shows.

Click it and select "Repair L2D" and when it's done, select "Repair Assets"~~~

If that couldn't help, Then, please log into Al and Click "Settings"--- "Audio"--- "Clear Assets Data" and then log back to the login interface and Click "Repair Assets" again.

Putting an app to sleep just means that it never runs in the background and is only ever active, when you open the app actively. That also means that it won't post notifications anymore in most cases

if you want to make it go away right away, then put the app to sleep.
Then go settings > device care > battery > background usage limits > apps in standy/sleep > search for AL > tap and hold it until it's marked and then "remove"
to remove it again from the sleep list. But watch out that you marked it in that sleep list and don't accidentally uninstall the game. Or wait till the warning goes away by itself

Right now, every time you get a push notification the game crashes. Even if it's in the background. Then your phone trys to relaunch that app in the background. That's what's eating battery.
tl;dr: it's advisable to deactivate them in game under settings -> Options -> notifications
until yostar fixes the game

The notifications are bugged, so you really shouldn't have need to do that. It would not have helped. The only one that can help you with binds and account recovery is support itself

@sand torrent @tranquil coral You have to clear the asset cache completely and redownload it all (over 1gb worth of files). That will address the loading issue, but there is an issue of you no longer getting notifications and for me my auto-search in OpSi doesn't use recovery items anymore.

For anyone getting suck on the loading screen here is how you fix it.
log into Azur lane, go to settings-Audio, hit the "Clear assets data", reopen azur lane and wait for the download to finish. i had the same issue and this worked for me.

Whats the problem? Theres a login guide in the pins. Which step you got issues with? Logging in, or right server? And last resort you can always mail support and they will assist woth account recovery.

I have the same problem with the battle loading screen. When the battle loading, it stops around 99%. I tried to restart the game several times and tried to restart my device. Tried to reconnect to network/internet with alternative source but nothing helped. Yesterday everything was good and today i could do commissions, research and time consuming things but now i tried to do some PvP and i got the bug. the way to check whether you really login into your account is to tap/click on the 'no result' button on the top of the server selection. It will scan the servers and show you the server you have played on and the exact cmd level too
