Hi, I was planning to bind my old account to a yostar account instead of using facebook anymore. Will the binded account not be deleted in case there is a maintenance once it's binded to a yostar account? I was worried since you usually warn us to bind our accounts to either, facebook or twitter before each maintenance but I wanted to bind my account to a yostar account instead of using facebook or twitter anymore. Any thoughts?
you can add multiple binds at a time so just bind to yostar whenever you'd like 
not binding before maint does not mean your account will be deleted after

Your AL data won't be deleted, but your FB bind will need to be manually removed beforehand or else you'll have to contact CS for them to unbind it on the backend.
And as well, you'll need to bind your AL account to another source in case you ever need to recover it

hello, when I load the game this morning after the patch, it goes to the main screen (with the new image of some shipgirl holding a mine on the ground??) its says loading with the 4 manjuus, then it kicks me out and goes back to the page with all 3 logos of the company, then it loads, goes back to the shipgirl image and kicks me out again, it loops like that since 7:52

I intended to bind my e-mail to the one with the most progress, but I bound it to my newest. I want to unbind it, but I don’t know how. I apologize for the wrong explanation before. i have a problem after last maintenance. if i reopen the app after some hours the game keeps getting stuck on the loading screen. if the break is really long even after 2 minutes of looking at the loading screen it never recovers. i tried repairing files and it happens whatever i use mobile data or home wi-fi. before maint it was never like this
might wanna try repairing assets and seeing if anything changed
If you bound YAS to AL, you have to contact CS if you wanna unbind it
Try clean the Cache, if it doesnt work, reinstall the game. Generally speaking its the network issue. Cuz the majority of players could log in as normal

If i uninstall and then reinstall on the same deivce, do you think it will save my data
it's not recommended, since you might lose your account, but I believe it will save on android as long as you don't reboot your device or change your device id, or remove any files left after uninstalling
It most likely wont, unless you have bound your account (as it recovers the data from said binds, not your disk). Support can help you recover it though if that happens.
I’d say there is a 1% chance that it keeps your account as its happened before but its chances arent good enough, you’ll have to reinstall for the error you have

ingame? if you are logged in already it shows in the bind option ingame. I just logged in to my fb, open AL, click the fb icon and it get the bind account and I check right server to log in and just go in
the only different one is the yostar option irrc, it sends a code to your email that you have to type in.

Guide probably should be updated woth server scanning, so you don't need to log in to every server to see which holds your account though
send the gpa number of the google receipt to CS and describe your issue in detail

They already give my account back, im only give them the google receipt information and account server since its the only detail i remember. Im glad they response quickly
So...this is embarrassing. I have account information on 2 different servers since I had changed phones and taken a break for a few months. I didn't remember what server I was originally on so I started again on Lexington. Not that big of a deal, though I had ships from the Polaris event last year on the original server that I was kinda annoyed at losing. Now I find that there's a server scan option and my old information is still intact since I had bound my accounts.
Is there anyway to possibly..merge the two?
no it's not possible to merge accounts
blast...that's irritating. Bc I had gotten roughly to the same point I was at on the old server on Lexington, and had gotten some skins and 1 or 2 ships from the Dadelian event right before it ended.
So its either continue on Lexington as I have been or move back to the old server and buy the skins I can get again. None of them were event exclusive thankfully, just...money.

Yea, u have to bind ur AL account to YAS and then u could log in through that YAS in different devices
and u wont lose ur account anymore unless u deleted the YAS

So I have a weird issue where sometimes I log in and some of my ships are completely missing, and then I log out and back in, and they reappear. But when they are gone they are GONE. Out of my formations, classroom, exercise defense... I'm worried it will be permanent at some point

I need some help recovering my account in jp server. Already sent a mail explaining everything in detail and only received automated reply in Japanese twice.
Unfortunately we're for the English server only and only have support contact for the EN servers. You can perhaps try using the Fan Community server (listed in #welcome) to see if they might have to workaround steps that could help you

was the voice update within the settings menu. But I'm not 100% sure if that was an internet issue or not. As it was fine coming off the wifi, but all other devices are connected to it fine with no issues. So this could just be a complete non-issue

I've had the issue with downloading the Play Store update causing battles to hang and certain characters to not show art when set as secretaries - but doing an asset repair from the setting menu has cured the problem and I can play normally again...
So after my first asset repair (which was 6mb) I still could not access settings
I ran the play store update, 600mb, now I can access the store but battles hang at 99.XX%as well as other bugs like no secretary
I ran the asset repair again, 451mb, which has not seemingly improved anything
asset repair has fixed the battles hanging issue for you @slim ravine?

i'm having an issue with doing the asset repair. it says 450-something MB needed to download, but after a few seconds at 0% it goes straight to game about to quit, please restart. and the log screen shows some 404s

I think the repair assets button is broken, I pressed it and it says it needs to download 451mb to repair after checking. I press the confirm button and it is somehow finished in an instant. Helena was missing art in equip-selection screen, sortieing w/ her in fleet causes freeze on android for me as well, already patched and optional updated and repaired assets 
lol i also checked, my taihou and langley assets are missing
so in short, it seems like:
store update bonks assets -> tries to sortie -> gets error due to being unable to load ships due to missing assets -> the stuck at 99.xx% issue
I sortied with Suzutsuki and Shinano and it let me in
seems the game crashes with the botes it can't connect to
the blank CG ones that can't be repaired

I dont have the battle issue after the playstore update myself, I did ingame update->playstore. But 1 issue I encountered was I cant see the ship in acquisition screen, I can hear the voice, see the text but I see a empty spot on where the ship should be.

im not sure how to get the specs of a chromebook but I am sure you can find the specs (or find how to find them) on google
but typically chromebooks are not suitable at all to run azurlane and typically dont meet the requirements

Thanks for the response. My chromebook flips into tablet mode and runs apps like a tablet. I've been able to run more than 90% of things that I could on my phone.. this game runs pretty good but likes to crash between battles when farming, hopefully a future update makes it better.

@graceful pier @random wraith @steel raven We added a new option in Setting where you can clear assets data and reinstall the assets, this should clear any problem with aseets repair. Do note this will require a large amount of download and should be used at a final option.

Please try fully closing and re-opening your game to make sure you have all the hotfixes installed. If you do, please install the new update on the App/Play Store and try the new "Clear Asset" option in the settings menu

Yeah, it seems like push notifications are causing them right now. Staff are gonna be looking into it 
If you'd like, you can try turning them off in the settings menu for now to see if it makes it stop until it's investigated
During that time I even minimized the game and came back, let the game run on screen lock, which throttles performance and it didn't crash
It's not crashing for me, but I'm still not getting notifications when tasks complete

I just repaired assets and it pulled down files, I have a commission ending in about 9 minutes, I set a timer to see if I get a push notification

A commission just finished for me with notifications disabled, no crash
It crashed on me the moment the countdown hit 0:00 (notifications enabled), so add me to the list whose game is crashing when it attempts to push a notification

Hi, I updated to the new client from the play store and it works fine on my phone (galaxy note 10+). I did the same on Nox on my pc and the loading screen ALWAYS stops at 99.80%

Hm...can you try using a different network connection (such as mobile data or wi-fi), restarting your network router, or using a free VPN? Just to see if it bypasses that issue

before I actually got here (well, except for the VPN which I just tried, but no biggie)

Farly sure the "failed to update" requires a reinstall (dont format your phone though)
Reformatting your phone means your phone is reset to factory settings, default, you lose everything @neon umbra
You could try waiting a while to see if it clears up naturally in the case it's a temporary network issue or as Hassat mentioned try to reinstall
First Back up your All Important Data and Bind your Account on YAS Facebook or Twiter

I'd just like to add that the game works flawlessly on Noxplayer with Android 5, with the same Play store update and notifications on. I'm baffled.
it's more of a convenience matter, but ever since the update(play store + ingame download) i no longer receive push notifs from the game. i tried playing with every game and phone setting. still nothing. i also tried repairing assets and l2d.
Hey guys I need some help, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game on my phone due too the bug I thought it was my phone doing it and wont let me get my account back. i have it all linked to my social media but when i tried to fb log in it took me through the tutoria?

i think if you already logged in, you only need to choose the right server

I had uninstalled/reinstalled and tried to log in, it put me in avrora when i was in Lexington
ok, if you restart the game and choose lexington before doing anything else you should be good
there should be an icon next to servers you have some progress in

Hi all, Ive suddenly been stuck with loading screens for Battles. I can log in and do just about everything except for entering a battle (eg: exercise or campaign). The loading get stuck at 97-99%.
Is there something wrong with server or my phone?
someone in bug-reports said Options - asset repair fixed it for them
I tried running that and didnt work. Im currently trying to clear and repair it

hi, sorry for intruding but.. i come across this weird issue where certain characters simply vanish on home screen or in listings.. i got two updates in game and one from play store. tried to repair the game asset does no luck.
That looks like a update situation when an event or something 1st comes out, bc that would sometimes happen to me but wouldn't last long
