Ok, I've had this happen before and it just happened again. I started my game up and suddenly ships are missing. My class at the academy had three girls instead of five -- and I always do five. My fleets in Operation Siren have holes in them when I always do four fleets of six ships. I go to the dock and I have about 100 ships missing. I have a minor heart attack.
Then I close the app, start it again and all is right with the world.
This time, I took before & after screen shots.

But I think that would be a little too much spam.

Nope. Everything went back to normal after I closed the app and restarted it. I was not hacked unless someone removed those and magically restored them.

Restart the game, changed the fleet and nothing changed
It doesnt show ships in fleets. Usually they are in some hard mode setup somewhere

Everytime I enter the game the event PV plays and when I do log in it shows as if it was my first login of the day, notification window pops up, the "new skins" above the shop icon, even Veneto's position gets reset (yes I changed her position cuz dialogue box covers her entirely)

Hello, I can't seem to put Amagi-chan in a fleet despite her being in the docks. When I go to the Fleet setup, she's not in the first row like she should be. And when I sort by Sakura Empire and Elite, I still don't see her:
I can only surmise that the issue lies before I logged in, I had a full dock, so the game probably thinks I don't "have" her despite her being there.

Hi, I'm a relatively new player on iOS, and right now I'm trying to buy the Daedalian Hymn's Lucky Bag. After pressing buy, it shows the loading animation for roughly ~30s, then a window saying "Payment in progress. Please be patient while we send your items," pops up. After I press confirm, nothing happens. If I try tapping on the pack again within a few minutes, it says "Purchase Failed.19: Please retry later." And after that, nothing happens. It said an Apple App Store prompt will appear, but I never got any. I tried the same thing with any other pack/gems, and it did the same. Can anyone help me out with this?

Hi I’m a kind of new player. So yesterday I wanted to buy a lucky bag with my credit card, but there was already a different card linked to my Apple ID. My sound doesnt work
Sometimes not at all and sometimes the login screen has sound but it loses it when I log in
I tried repairing assets, I tried fixing any problems that could be because of the emulator, and I checked all my sound stuff
I cant see any reason why there wouldnt be sound

It's on an emulator, there is no ringer
And I can hear the sound when I tap on apps so it;s not the emulator itself

but I can hear the music, even though its super messed up

But it keeps sounding like someone's trying to play the music using a nail and a chalkboard
Game now takes 5 minutes to load things up and plays distorted scratchy sounds
Guess I'll just go back to playing the game silent

ya thats what i been seeing over Reddit and stuff and none of the info they request in game are helpful as i can only accurately give them my name and maybe the server i was on and i feel like if i remove azure lane from in my Facebook settings it would delete everything

Not sure where to put this. But I'm getting a new phone tomorrow and just nervous on losing my mobile games. I have Facebook, Twitter, and Yostar linked to my AL account. And I'm making sure I have access to them. I shouldn't probably worry about this but I can't access my Yostar account? Not sure if there are two places to do this like their store and I dunno where to go about the in game Yostar. Which ever one I went to, it says my email is wrong, yet in game I am using the one I put in game so long ago when the Yostar function just came out.

im a little confused by what you mean by where 
With the Yostar account bind
you login at the title screen like any other bind (facebook, twitter etc)
the data for YAS is within the game so it doesnt translate anywhere beyond the title screen and the account settings screen
