Anyone here knowledgeable in Bluestacks? Mine just broke today. All apps just open in black screen, including Play store and android settings. Tried reinstalling Bluestacks, to no avail.
Good day! I wanted to play Azur Lane through Bluestacks, but could not play on my account, which is on the phone. I didn't link my phone account to anything. By stupidity, I authorized a new account by linking my mail. I want to unlink my Bluestacks account from my mail in order to link it to my main mail.
Where can I go about unlinking mail? Better yet, delete the new account altogether.
You can't delete the account, but you can contact customer support and they can unlink the email for you so that you can use a different one

There are no cutscenes for 4 in EN, or 5 in any languages

My account is XxCrystalxX at Lvl 108.I am trying to load my account to another new Gmail account that I binded with my Facebook account. But I am unable to load it because my previous is still counted as a third party account. And unfortunately, I cant recall my previous gmail account that my AL account is first binded. So I ask to verify my new account to be transfered so I can continue and not lose all of my progress. Please respond...

However, Azur Lane is listed in my FB account's settings for app history and it's dated around the time I started playing on NA. It even lists my UID. Should I post it here or would it be better in private?

Hi! My ISP is facing some upstream issue and it may persist throughout the week. As such, it has become a bit difficult to login to Azur Lane directly using my WifFi connection. But it doesn't happen if I use VPN or Mobile Data.
My question is, is it safe to use VPN with AL? There won't be any issue right, like for example getting banned or something like that? Or should I stick to Mobile Data?

I did a hard mode clear and forgot to come back to it. Now this fleet won't return to port. It won't move and when I try to retreat the group using any available method they simply stay there after I call the retreat.

Technically, the tweet is still right because it's not stated that the catchup would be available right after the maintenance. Besides, the 25-day duration is more than enough to get the 30 prints so no need to rush. This is not a tech support concern but to avoid further confusion such as this in the future, it's better to rely more on the patch notes rather than a single tweet unless the latter states an erratum regarding the former

Dear Tech Support - is there any Guild reporting bur / potential problem, that some guild members are in stage of Guild Operation when fighting BOSS and some guild members are stuck for example on Peninsular RAID and cannot Join Operation because of not enough Monthly Attempts Available ?
That's a feature, not a bug. Everyone who is in a guild only has 2 monthly attempts.

Therefore some members can fight Boss and some are sitting and do noting [waiting to Monthly Attempts reset] ?
Yes. All guild members that are in the guild before the start of a month would have the same schedule of completing the 2 operations. Then, the new members would have varying schedules based on the monthly attempts that they still have (some may have joined your guild after doing 1 attempt in their former guild while others may have used up all their attempts before joining your guild).
In other words, nobody is missing out on anything even if you start a third operation this month which disallows your fellow members that have 0 attempts left to join. Or if you want everyone to have a synchronized schedule after doing your monthly 2 attempts, start the new operation at the 1st day of next month so that everyone has 2 attempts at that point.

if you want to login to your original account, login at the title screen and go through all the servers by logging into them

When it asked me to put in a name I put in the same name as my old account and it said it was already taken so I think the account might still exist I just donāt know how to get to it
If you had to do the tutorial over again, then that wasn't the old account.
Try all servers. Might take time, but it's bound to work if you logged in with the correct Fb account, same as back then.
If a server doesn't have tutorial, that means it's the old one

Ensure you bind your Azur Lane account to Yostar account or Twitter/FB, once done you can use an Android emulator and download Azur Lane from the play store. Once download click whichever of the three social option on the left see pic, click the server you want to login into (Sandy, Washington, etc), should be working

So Iāve been trying to login into my game for about seven hours now and have been unsuccessful (Iām on Washington). Iāll get to the daily login bonus screen, have an endless loop of loading Manjuu only to be kicked out with a server under maintenance notice along with the endless loading Manjuu. I checked my other game on Amagi and it loads in just fine with no issues.

I tired going to gameplay help for this one but couldn't figure it out. When creating a boss fleet for opsi are you allowed to select from any of the opsi ships in your fleet or do they need to be consistent with the already made fleet. When I am selecting my vanguard it only has ships from fleet 3 or 4 to choose from and I don't have any active filters while selecting
Boss fleet? You mean ark meta? Then you can only make from the 4 fleets in opsi. But you can choose anyone to take into opsi
thanks, so when I was pulling open the boss fleet menu it would only give me six ships three of which were already in the boss fleet. I tried removing all the ships and it decided to update and let me select from everyone. Maybe it wasn't updating from when I got the other two fleets or some other weird glitch but I managed to change it up and get access to all four fleets
Iām trying to get the game on iOS, but itās 3.7 GB, after uninstalling a few apps, it now requires an additional 1.7. On my android phone itās much less demanding, is this normal?
it should only be around 2.5gb for a fresh install (including downloaded files) on iOS
it should be slightly under 3.7gb but its correct generally the game can get up to 3.5gb as of now if there is a lot of documents and data for the app

the pldt isp is currently down and you may have difficulties connecting to Azur Lane
you can attempt to use a vpn, but if that does not help then unfortunately you must wait for your ISP to come back up

Our accounts is not binded on the google account. Make sure you've binded it on facebook, yostar or twitter accounts before you change devices

if you're getting disconnected on the game or is having connectivity issues because of your ISP (namely PLDT), contact your provider and ask them if they can do some TS or sync on your account
they may ask you to disconnect all of your devices from the router/modem as they attempt to do it, i had that issue yesterday and called last night
so far everything is back to normal, no lags, no disconnects, completely stable
Here my Suggestion if the Problem still Happening try to Contac the Costumer Service Directly
