iirc i believe the lv. arrow to show highest level ship girl should be be facing up not down. down would have the lowest level ship at the top

You use either your Yostar account, or your Twitter account to login on your new device, and make sure you select the correct server after doing so from the title screen

Excuse me, today i wanted to buy some gems but i keep coming across an issue, I play on an android device so I use google play to buy gems, after i click "buy" I need to put a 5-digit code i get on my phone number, after that it sends me on the same screen but not saying anything other than "Verify its you Purchase Authentification" and it has 2 options: the submit button and the resend code button but that only refreshes it without doing anything. I tried everything: google account password, the code i got for the first verification, phone password etc. I didnt find any solution for it and google support said they couldnt help me. Last week it worked just fine. I dont know if it fits the chat theme but if someone came across this issue and/or knows how to fix it can he/she tell me how ? Edit:its not just on azur lane but im desperate so thats why im asking on the AL discord

I'm getting like, 1 to 2 seconds delay on every action that interacts with the server in some way (ie. moving on a map, collecting resources, building), but only on emulators (perfectly fine on my phone) - this only started a few days ago, and I have also tried reinstalling Azur Lane, Bluestacks, tried different versions of it, and tried other emulators and I still get this issue
And there's also 5+ seconds of being unable to interact with anything on game startup - as above, only on emulators and still after trying reinstallation

IS THIS a JOKE??!! I barely able to don't say the worst words. Update notes saying, easier way to get the ash coordinates. I go to the map where I get easy task: collect sinking supplies. But as soon I entered map, I got this enemy!!! Lvl 120, 100"hp" and super buffs. Against lvl 79 fleet???? I have a lvl100 fleet, but while before update I was able to fight even if they got sank(got repair), now I can't because of low resolve or what... I can't fight now only once per 8h, and I can't leave the map too... I really lose my patience with this operation siren bugs/changes/mishaps etc. Fix this thing finally without any dirty tricks!!!

I did every tutorial, but got nothing about this. But now I'm stuck on map, because can't change it.
There's nothing you can except beat the boss to leave, but if it was an abyssal zone TB would have told you that there was "A near certainty of a powerful enemy being here, do you wish to proceed". You could have chosen to retreat with one of the options there, and if it's a stronghold all you need to do is go to the edge of the map to leave.
No stronghold, only one single boss, nothing there just her. That's why I can't increase resolve too. I was thinking to get the supplies and leave, I didn't know I can't leave after. As I said, there wasn't tutorial "story/mission" showing how these boss maps works.

What you've described is an abyssal zone, you were told first when entering the zone that there is a very powerful enemy and you should prepare for it, and then TB said there is a very powerful enemy here and once you reached the first siren blockade you were given an option to retreat. There's no way you shouldn't have known that there was going to be a powerful enemy and you did have a different option than to just fight the siren to leave.
Okay, let's see. We get TB the whole time when story things happen. I get TB saying a new thing I never seen before. How I supposed to know this is not part of the storyline?! You always blame customer for bad game design and not proper tutorial? Great. This is the first time I thinking on leaving a game because of support. Aw and when I entered I wasn't able to leave. If it was a bug or work that way idk

Hello fellow commanders, i want to report a game bug a have in my account, so before update is begin i'm in the middle of operation siren in-game siren mission where i go to to another map through portal, in the map it's like a puzzle that i must bring a matrix to the right place, but i realized there will be an update so i left it 1 hour before update start, then after update i comeback to operation siren, but something happen, after i click 'return to map' there are screen text like usual we must click it to dismiss it, but in my case the screen text is only re-appear even after i tap screen many times or just tap 'skip' text, i already try to fix this bug like go to settings then click fix assets and try to clear cache and force stop through android app setting, but nothing change, if anyone know how to fix this pls help me, here is my Screenshot bug, that's my bug report

Issue with BlueStacks not recognizing accounts
I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this issue. Recently AL updated in blue stacks and on my phone. Before I was able to access my account just fine and now it refuses to log in as the account I own. Does anyone know of this issue or how to solve it? I have checked everything from passwords to codes to the server and none of that is the issue.
Just to clarify the account does exist as I can log out an log back in with no issues whatsoever

You know the little person symbol next to servers when you view the whole list, yeah it doesn't exist, it's like it made a while new account off an already existing account but login on phone is normal
little person symbol is generally entirely irrelevant unless you arent having account issues

Hello, I'm getting an error 100180 when trying to log on to azur lane jp client. I do have my account bound on twitter, but getting fuddled up about getting past the sns requirement. I have not tried on another mobile device, but issue is occurring consistently on blue stacks, nox, and mumu. Is there a way to get past that error?

I've actually been having the same problem as @lofty ore has been having. The only difference is it happens frequently and everywhere in the game. OP siren, event stuff and normal content, even sometimes when I'm sitting in the menu. It'll say connection lost and ask me to click reconnect. I haven't had this problem until about a week ago. My internet is fast and reliable. I have tried to use my data, and it still does the same thing. Also sometimes my game will freeze and I'll have to force close it and reopen it. My phone is pretty strong too, it's a Razer phone 2 so it's hardware is more than capable of running the game.
I have tried reinstalling the game and it still does the above mentioned problems. I'm not sure how to fix it, so any advice is appreciated.

If you enable debug mode, it days 'No packets to send.'
It happens a lot if your connection dropped for a second or two and didn't reconnect right (or there's a memory bug and sends a corrupt packet).

For some reason I can't login to AL with my Nord VPN active. I'm connected to UK servers, but when I load the app on my Mac (using Rosetta not Bluestacks etc). I get "login successful" following by jumping Manjuu and then "network error".
It just won't let me past the log in screen.
Never had this issue with an app before.
It must be something to do with using a VPN because it's fine when I disable it, but I prefer to use a VPN for privacy.
I use Nord VPN on my phone however and it works fine with it there.

I have an issue where if I try to login to the game with Facebook, it uses the wrong account to login, so I have to use my Yostar account. If I attempt to rebind my account with Facebook, I get this message "The third party account does not match with the one bound to this account: 100210".

Does anyone else have the issue (its a minor problem) where if you let your phone screen turn off or go idle for a little then open up the game (wake up screen) it says Connection failed or some error like that. Hitting "Confirm" seems to fix it. But I was having weird lag and issues with certain menus not working after that happened a few times and I think it could be related.

Try going into the settings for Bluestacks and seeing if you can try changing the phone the application is mimicking not sure where the settings is but I know it exists you could look it up. Also Bluestacks prob has a compatibility mode. I figure the issue could be a simple matter of settings so maybe other people have a similar issue you could look up Bluestacks issues on Azur Lane.

I installed the game yesterday, played a bit but had to reinstall the game. I read that unbound accounts would be deleted but for some reason I can't choose the same username anymore. It complains about it being already taken.
Does the automated deletion of accounts take a long time? Or is there some file on my phone I need to delete for the username to be available again?
