Hello, I'm having an issue updating the game on my laptop. I tried reinstalling it however, nothing has changed, the downloading of the update only goes up to 3/6111, and it will restart. I'm not sure if there's a problem with the update or with the emulator I'm using

Hello, may I ask about strange request? Can you swap my opened "Gift from Ning Hai" for opened "Gift from Cleveland" or just delete them? (This is from event 7th day Consecutive Login Reward 1.1.2019 - 1.24.2019). Don't laugh so loud, this is just my perfectionism. Hello, I don't know if this is the correct channel to ask about this. I'm sorry, I'm a little lost.
My problem is that the Bridal Z23 bot doesn't take my image (it's not NSFW, it was taken with the AR camera, it shouldn't be breaking any rule as far as I know). I sent it from both my phone and my PC and checked my UID and server, I don't know why it wouldn't accept my submission. What should I do?/Who should I contact?
Is there a bug or something with the commissions that have cubes as rewards? I've gotten roughly 6 in the past 10 days or so. But I've gotten almost every quick finisher that possible.
Also, some of the yellow "?" map locations are not doing anything. No coins, tech boxes, nothing. They just disappear when my fleet gets to them.

Yes. She is last years skin, EN just didnt have the ship released so she got removed for us.

Hey, so I started having this problem with updating my game where the update will start, go to like 3, and then black screen then restart the app. Basically i cant update the game and I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I'm still having issues with the PR research lab, twice now, my Georgia's dev level has just not gone up. She didnt level up to 15 the first time, so I had to waste another 10 blueprints, just now she didnt go to 16 and it still at 15. She is supposed to be at dev level 17, but the lab just eats my blueprints. These things are really hard to come across and if this keeps up, I'm gonna end up using an extra 500 blueprints than necessary just to get Georgia to dev level 30.
checked my shipyard and it kinda went to have the same problem
I spent all my time during the last Sardegna event getting all 30 of those blueprints, and 20 of them were just eaten.
I've got an issue with oil use, I don't know if anyone else has been getting this issue.

Oil reserve is 499 and tital usage is 62 from the ships you see.

If you call a sub into battle it counts towards oil cost, but if you don't they don't cost oil whatsoever.

it should show that I was using 78 oil when I used subs as well
it doesnt show because you might not call submarine support something along the line yeah
and because the cost of oil was shown before the battle
yet that cost is still only for the main ships, if you decide to add subs that extra cost should show up telling you how much extra that will be

I can't move to other map unless I clear the map first which I can't clear it I didn't expect enemy is lvl 120+😂
You don't need to do that though. Do you mean you can't escape that map, or you want to move to areas past that map but the stronghold is in the way?

you can try restarting your wifi router or using a VPN, but overall there is no fix

all the other commands like that are part of Belfast, I guess the weird UX of the game carries over to here too at times

Hi, about 10 minutes ago I bought the 9.99 gem pack in AL on Bluestacks. I had received the message for 'Payment in progress. Please be patient.' after the google play pop up appeared and left. And I still have not received the payment of gems. I tried turning the app off and on again on bluestacks but nothing has changed. I am assuming either the transaction wasnt actually approved and the payment never went through. Or the payment went through but the gems have not arrived on my account.

both facebook and Yostar, and i know the yostar one works because i was able to previously recover my data back in january of 2020

its the same mail i have used months ago
same for me too, smae email as the last recovery attempt back in 2020
type the code (or copy paste) it into where it asks for the code then enter, since it delivered successfully there shouldnt be any issue
then try to login to the server you recall your account was on, if its not there, you'll have to try all server again 
i did, but when i went to log in it didnt pull any of my old account information, and had me continue to the tutorial

really strange, well just know your accounts arent lost causes yet 
sometimes there is a bug where it will take a few minutes up to 30 minutes, for it to actually retrieve your information
but its very uncommon 
well you wont need AL installed to contact CS, but once they recover your account then you will need it installed at that point

Q: What are the map/box drop rates? Does higher world hard mode has higher chances for dropping higher rarity blueprints?
A: Drop rates are unknown and due to being server-side — cannot be datamined. The only drop rate confirmed by devs is 0.75% for Akagi/Kaga (individually) on 3-4.
Hard mode drop rates are not known, but community research and drop rate collection suggests that chances are probably higher on higher worlds.

i have been trying to reinstall bluestacks to start playing AL again
but every time i try installing bluestacks the pc restarts at around 95~100%
a guide said to use a BS remover to completely remove every bit of BS from the pc so i did
now i don't get a sudden restart anymore but instead i get a blue screen of doom towards the install end
guide also mentioned i should try installing in safe mode+networking
but i don't have ethernet cable just wifi and wifi is disabled in safemode
(i would try to ask this question on bluestacks discord but the place is deadder than a graveyard)
It's difficult to be able to suggest anything with only that info to go off and not really within the scope of tech support here, perhaps you could try installing a different emulator like Nox or Memu? @timid ledge

Ok there is something not right with the Event builds. I never see anyone get Ying Swei from draws, while it's rate up. I already spent 250 cubes too and got SR but never her. Isn't possible the draw is bugged? I mean not just me, but never see notification about anyone get her. While on other events rate up girls was "pop up" all the time on notifications.
ying swei wouldn't have any popup notifications in the in-game chat because she's an elite; only super rares are notified in the chat

Yes, there are 300 in total split across all PR1s. Once 300 blueprints are reached the selection can't get changed, because there would be no point for it to happen.

@unique snow if you binded your account to any service yostar/facebook/twitter etc, you're safe to uninstall and reinstall if ever necessary
and the account data can be transferred through multiple devices, but only one device can use the account at a given time

Like I dont even get how, because I started my account as a Guest and they bound their Apple ID to my account. I can see them using my gems and starting missions and everything, and they changed the account name. I can't unbind their apple ID from my account because that requires me to log in to their Apple ID

if they tell you that theyre fixing bugs and it might fix your issue, it might be because its wide spread issue and they are trying to fix them all within the next few days but it is possible yours just wont budge and needs to be fixed manually

after following the "Login to a bind" steps, he restarted the game and found the "Your character" symbol on one of the servers, however, when he joined that server he noticed the data on that account does not match what he had.
now, he doesn't want to try getting his old account back, but i'll say what he did and what happened because maybe a similar problem might happen again in the future to other people.

You can get the loading screens to crop correctly by going to options and turning on "Auto-Adjust Loading Screen Aspect Ratio". The title screen I don't know how to crop correctly.

I had this same issue, weird!!! Did you create your account first as a Guest account?? Your best bet is to look up, if possible, when you downloaded the app (assuming first time downloading = when you made the acct) and email yostar support about the issue, they'll eventually unlink the account.
yeah i made the account as guest and had to re do the tutorial twice because it kicked me out before picking the starter ship. i contacted yostar but they haven't gotten back to me about the linked account yet. And then while waiting for their response i tried to unlink it and it wouldn't let me.

each time it kicked me it said it was because someone else logged in to my account which shouldn't have been possible at the time

Yea this was the same issue I had; it's really really strange. You can't do anything about the other persons bind unless you can log into the account they bound i.e. their facebook account, so you're pretty much stuck waiting for yostar support to respond and unbind it.
theyre only working weekends due to chinese new year, please note on regular times they will not work weekends and only business days 
try logging into your twitter account outside of AL (like browser or in app,) and try changing something like the profile picture

@dapper crown you are using Specialized Bulin Custom MKIII? you must use universal( the purple one) or prototype mkII (the gold one)
In op siren it somehow always skips the pre-fight menu
That menu in which you can disable auto combat and stuff
and see the adaptility and boss skills
you have clearing mode on

Not quite sure what you mean... it might be you overlooked something left to clear the zone? (or you're in obscured and need to use the exit button or teleporter) That's all I can think off, might want to show the error message otherwise.
Zone is fully cleared, but i can't move to another because game says "Must control surrounding zones", but i can't, before this moment i left 2 zones to clear later, but game blocked them to clear too
Yeah, you really need a screenshot here. It can say that if you're in the wrong screen (the overview one rather than the movement) in which case you just need to locate your fleet and move it... but I can't say for sure here.

Azur lane used to run smoothly on it but now I can’t get past the games first loading screen.

It's impossible to turn off notifications for meowfficers and oil received, even when the option appears to be turned off and the game is restarted.

Reminder the displayed ships don't have any sort of Rate up, they're just the latest ones to be added to perma pools, so there's no guarantee you'd get her even with triple the cubes
The server list only shows up after i login. Also i forgott which server i played on 😅
You know those facebook/twitter/yostar buttons before you login? That's how you login with your old acc
If you've already logged onto your yostar account there should be a small symbol on the server in the server list which you have an account on so try opening the list and see if there is an icon on any of them
Yeah thats the problem. I logged in and it said i have no accounts on any server and it created a new account on a new server. So my old account is gone.
Well try logging into all the servers other than that I would advise contacting the staff since they're really your last hope
but thing is the yostar account should never ever overwrite itself making me think you used the wrong email

You need to login to your account for the little "in this server" icon to appear. Why they make so many people think their account is gone, I don't know, but it should be right there once you login the proper server.

If you got your UID the mods can check if its properly bound.
I can't really check that, my old UID pretty much got deleted after some issues with my old computer.
Just to make sure, you do login to Yostar account on the login screen and THEN pick the server right?
No it just immediately took me to tutorial.
Also when checking around the screen it doesn't even show my UID when selecting servers.

Well, for you aswell, if you provide your UID the mods can check if it's properly bound. If not, you need to contact support

hi any admin can help? I realised some of my ship affinity has drop below 200 overtime. The only time i used them is during opsi. Do dying in Opsi reduce their affinity? I noticed it because once i max their affinity, i will change their ship name

I'm playing on the server "Washington" on my second account after losing my first. But I don't know why, but I wanted to restore my first account. I know the nickname, but I don't remember the UID of the first account. I lost it because my Facebook account was blocked (I didn't use it and it looks like it was hacked and then blocked). So, is there any way to restore it? His last activity was more than a year ago.
So I bought a Note20 Ultra, and I need to transfer my account to new phone. I have my account binded to Twitter and Facebook. When I downloaded game in tried to login via Twitter, it just started an entire new game. Idk what to do to transfer my account to new phone. Thought it was doing it correctly..
Then i unbinded twitter and facebook on my account and tried to re-bind them, and now its not letting me.
