Is there a way to check exactly when my account was created? I am logged in in-game, and i need that info to unbind my mail which i lost access to.
the only way you can check is it you have a screenshot from an anniversary event, otherwise no you cannot get the exact date unless you happen to know it

I have my account binded to yostar and I reisntalled the game both on my phone and computer (via bluestacks) and neither is picking up my account. I selected the correct server. It's making me start from the beginning

check the pinned message then try logging in again using your yostar account bind
if you click the yostar button in the login screen, it'll prompt you to enter the email that you used for binding so that you can generate a code
the code will be sent to your email and then you enter that code to access your account

I sort of have a question related to a Yostar account in terms of binding: does the account have to be created first before attempting to bind it?
There is no actual "account" created for Yostar binding. You just log into the AL app on your device, go to settings, go to Account in settings, and choose to bind with Yostar. And it'll only require an email address

so my operation siren is bugged. I cleared out everything in the Northwest Passage A, but the game doesn't give me any stars and i can leave and come back with out any use of action points. The enemies are gone nothing to kill and it's stuck so i can't move on to the Northwest Passage B

I exited the game yesterday just the moment I ended a stage and now my fleets aren't able to retreat by any means and the stage says it has been completed. Any idea on how I can fixe it?
I tried starting another stage, using the retreat option in the lvl, assigning the ships to commissions, exercises,... Etc
Nothing works, they remain in that stage whatever I do
It's really improbable that it is a connection issue, as I've tried with WiFi and mobile data

Guys I think I permanently bricked my Op Si map until the hard reset. Above Monarch is a fleet in combat with a siren that needs to retreat, but it has no valid square to retreat to.
I can't leave the map and reenter (fleet in combat), and I can't move either of those fleets out of the way (spams me with "Can't escape" and returns to the fleet in combat)
Rebooting should allow you to move, and let the fleet escape

so my friend, Sea Conqueror (that's his name in Sandy server), recently has been hit with the 'unknown error:-1' on the title when logging (he told me he hasn't bound his account, but does have his UID saved tho but not sure if it will help here)
I believe this error only occurs when your account is bound

the error is when your bind's token expires, otherwise its not possible, at least ive yet to see this error occur with a user who has no binds

Hey, I've got a problem - I got a new phone, logged in for the first time, and I've lost my account data. It was bound to Twitter, but even after selecting Twitter from the title screen on my second boot, it's still trying to start me off at the beginning of the game.

Did you log into the correct server? Your account stays on the server that it was created on (such as Amagi, Sandy, Washington, etc)
Ah I think that was it @spring grotto - for some reason the game automatically logged me into Amagi, but I'm on Washington
Yeah, the game just auto defaults to the newest server upon a fresh install. But glad it got all fixed tho

weird... my wifi seems cannot connect to AL's update server but when the update is finished (via mobile data) it connect and plays via wifi just fine

What's the point of changing skill names and descriptions if there aren't any improvements? 


So just got a UR gear design from one of my port shops any idea where it ends up? i cant find it in my item storage in or out of the operation siren menu
If it's one where you get to choose which UR print you get from it, it goes to your OPSir storage till you choose which one to get from it. But if it's a UR print that's already decided (such as AA, Main Gun, etc), it goes straight to your depot

So only on daily challenge, battle freezes like this. Any other battle is fine... does anyone else have this issue and know how to fix it?

Im assuming its not possible to send a request to undo a skill training slot purchase? The third skill slot is right under the menu when you're pressing skill books and I accidentally fatfingered right next to the skill window and it purchased me a third skill slot I really didnt want q_q

Okay found them. My pre-patch 5SR and 2UR are still under OPS items, the new 5SR and 1UR I found got added to depot on the main menu, but do NOT appear under the OPS depot tab (even if the schematics you get from them do, as all other gear lab stuff). Not fully sure that is intentional.

According to reports (haven't had this issue myself) after a reboot it should allow to go to other fleets and move them (the one affected will still be completely stuck of course, and you should not attempt to move it or get locked again). That's what I gather from other people's postings anyway. Worth a shot?

You cannot gain the completionstar from a safe zone. Community workaround is going to the bugged zone, clear it, go immediately to an obscured zone, clear that and take the teleporter. The teleporter will take you to the dangerous version (first run) of a map, where you can get the uncollected spoils of war and collect the missing star
@empty vessel I ask you to try reboot, not sleep mode. I ask you to try to move to another fleet and NOT interact with #1 in any way... in that vid you do both, so it doesn't really help to see if those options have any effect :/ I'm trying to help but I think the language barrier might be too much here 😦

Ending up with 10/10 once I cleared the final PvP, but once I restarted

Is this normal? I thought we can get 3 shipgirl enemy at once, but I get 4-6 everytime I fight on Operation Siren, and they easily destroy everyone. Why every second update messes up something in Operation Siren?
Pls fix, because even lvl 78 enemy can kill my lvl 95-100 fleet!!! Why devs always forget new players.... We can't make a lvl120 fleet that fast!

Yes little confusing the 2 channel what to choose, but I still say operation siren too hard with difficulty to new players. The problem, even story mode needs nodes that lvl90-100 to clean up first because saying that and I can't finish story mode because my fleet is weak for it. I'd understand if this difficulty would be out of story mode, but in story mode is unfair.
Would you say that your ships gear is pretty decent?
Depends on the chapter. Ch.4 is 94-98. The only truly thing screwing new players are the terrible "optional" non-optional puzzles with +30 level bosses.
Not only those anymore. The 2 screens is, my strongest fleet and after only 1!!! Fight on lvl94-98 map that needs to be cleaned or I can't start next story mission. Ridiculous!
For gears. While playing 1 month ago now, I got gold and purple gears only, at +7, and every girl have purple repair kits too, and blue fire extinguisher. Before the last update I was able to clean the maps for story mode without bigger problems, but now.... No comment. This is why I wrote here, to give a hint the game is technically difficult. Maybe with bad coding, or something else. I have no idea, but wasn't like this before.

yes, only after I re-login did the error goes away
but after a while it happens again
those errors are desyncs, as long as you close the game when you go afk/restart it every time you come back, it should run as normal

I'm currently stuck in 7-2 hard mode i've timed out hours ago but i cannot do anything related to the campaign cause it will just default to that map despite it saying boss defeated everytime i enter it. If i try to move i get system error: 1: invalid input. swapping fleets does nothing and trying to retreat or enter a different map does nothing either.
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but does the UR anti-air design plan have an unusually high chance of appearing or am I really just that unlucky? In the past few days, this is the only UR plan that I kept on getting in the Abyssal maps. I only got the UR aircraft plans by exchanging the UR ? plans from the port shops. Edit: The main gun and the torpedo ones were obtained from the Meowfficer nodes.

go to contact in game and you'll see where it says i paid for gems but its not appearing you have to give your username server and proof of purchase

I took a long break from Azur Lane and wanted to come back now. But I realized, that the Twitter Account I bind my Azur Lane account to does not exist anymore. Is there any chance, that you can help me, with getting access to my old account again if I can provide information about past transactions I did? I have the gpay account I am using (including gpay username), transaction amounts and dates.

I have the same exact problem and when I sent screenshots of the transactions, the support email said it wasn’t enough and they’d need username and the twitter handle of the deleted account. Screenshots of transactions are likely still helpful to prove you’ve put money into the account but it’s not enough on its own. I hope this was helpful as it was just from my personal experiences with the same situation and how I’ve approached getting help for it
Damn, the account is lost then for me I guess. Cause I am not 100% sure how the name of my AL account, nor the one of my Twitter was. Maybe I can find old E-Mails with some information. I will try to gather those! Your info definitely helped, thank you!

But it's supposedly fixed with that device so I'd put a report in #bug-reports with your device, and whatnot, so it can get pushed to trello to be looked at
