@lyric lodge All of the ships I use are max so they aren't doing commissions. As for the second solution, yea. I have at least done all actions within my knowledgeable extend regarding support ships from allies to try and fix this game breaking bug.
I already put a trello up for it, but above all I'd prefer it if there was a way to work around this bug.

Hi. I am not sure if this question has been asked, but what are the minimum phone requirements for Azur Lane? I have a Huawei Mate 10 Pro. It works mostly fine, but there are slowdowns during Operation Siren, boss fights and when there are a lot of torpedo barrages. Is there anything that can be done to make the game run better on my phone?
BTW, I used to have slowdowns when changing characters with the Plugsuit in FGO NA, but the slowdown disappeared later. Don't know when exactly.
Anyone else having issue with missions not being listed when going into any of the ports in operation siren?
Only 2 of 4 ports have mission (I notice NY and Liverpool seem to always get the ! regardless of the actual location, more research needed)

i've checked both and none ever have missions for me. not sure if there's a certain area needs to be cleared first or not. but i've not a lot of the map and still nothing.
There are 4 "usable" harbors. NY, Liverpool, Gibraltar and St. Petersburg. 2 of them generate quests a day it seems, and only after finishing the story

I tried to buy gems and when I pressed the one of available options it wanted me to confirm password to accept the trade but I typed the wrong password few times (somehow even tho I typed the right one) then I reset my password to new one but when I press the option again it didnt show up anything beside a Error message such as "Network Connection is turned off: 200330"

Found a workaround when not being able to do guild operation boss batle
- Clear main fleet
- Try to engage without ships
- Swap to SS tab
- Return (All ships will for some weird reason return)
- Engage

I have let my fleet clear hard level in normal campaign and then prolly forgot about it (i think, my phone battery died while it was on the "mission complete screen"cuz i fell asleep)
and now the timer run out, the stage is cleared but I get "System Error 1, Invalid Input"
and i can't do anything at all with my fleets cuz they're stuck in the battle
oh wait it somehow fixed itself by trying to join event map somehow (also shutdown and boot up the game twice before doing it)

I already asked the Android forums about my unrelated issue
But Azur Lane doesn't work on Android 11
In Android 11, write permission to Android data folder is denied, and Azur Lane could write to it for the first time. But second run, it loses access to it's data folder or most of the data folder and does not load properly
Also the Play Store version is even less usable as it doesn't download the OBB file and the game therefore does nothing. It does, but the game does not see the OBB
Or is the game acting this way because I got banned for playing Kancolle and Azur Lane together on PiP? (Weird way to show I have been banned)
And if I clear data, and of course, it fails to delete the Yostar folder due to it not thinking it is from Azur Lane, this happens (Uploads video)

I used the helpshift previously but didnt get a response at all at the start of December. At this point, it seems like they dont want to help me retrieve my account that got compromised. I mean, the rest of the gem crates are charged as advertised according to google, and I do live in a state void of these kinds of sales tax, at least to my knowledge.
The 19.99 crate is charged accordingly by Google.

I'm having a problem with 4 ships in my port. I want to retire them but when I try it says "Failed to retire ship: 1: Invalid Input,". Relogging hasn't helped and it's been like that since yesterday with those 4 ships.
Apparently its ships in guild operations, but the error is just borked. Can you confirm? (Alternatively could be desync and restarting fixes it)

A pal of mine is experiencing crashing incredibly frequently, example in that it "crashes like 10 seconds after I load in". He's tried re-installation but no cigar. The previous assumption was that the issue was tied to his RAM, but he believes that to be unlikely based on the fact that the issue began to occur after a rather minor update. He's attempted to use BlueStacks, but Azur Lane ran incredibly slow, and he's incapable of activating virtualization.

Is it possible something not right with difficulty on Hornet at siren operation stages? I talk about story stages. The enemy is lvl72, while my fleet lvl85-90, and hornet alone sometimes destroy everyone. It's only rng if someone survives it and I can finish the story mission. I had no problem with any other enemies, I was able to kill lvl 80 little (1 triangle) fleets with my lvl 60 fleet, I was able to beat every enemies at lvl 80-88, but even my lvl 95 fleet 2 times got destroyed by Hornet. Is it possible this is thanks to bad coding or something in game?? As if hornet would be lvl100 enemy while shows up as lvl72.
Before anyone asks, yes I play manual, not auto mode.
I repeat, this happens on siren story mode maps, not on challenge maps, siren facility maps or siren event maps. I barely was able to finish chapter 2 on Operation siren, I have fears to even start chapter 3 if I get Hornet again.

Technical question ma dudes. I want to buy a new phone but because I need it really soon my options are just a few... so they have different CPUs, like Snapdragon 675, Helio P70 and Helio G90. The question is, do you have a phone with any of those CPUs? If yes, please tell me if azur run smoothly on them. I had a phone with the Snapdragon 710 and the only time i got 60fps was in the UI. In battle it dropped to like 30-35.

Switch to your other fleets and move them out of the way so your "stuck" fleet actually has space to escape to.

Those aren't a bug due to another fleet blocking said endpoint for the current, so it treats it like it's a normal square then with no issues
Hello, yesterday I bought a s20 FE, and I've realised the combat screen is offset a couple frames to the left (i can almost see the main fleet and the imaginary line that separates both sides of the battle falls roughly on the torpedo button when it should supposedly be in the middle of the screen). Modifying the UI display size doesn't seem to fix it. Do i have to tweak some settings in my phone or what should i do?

I was doing a hard mission on 9-4 yesterday when the game closed unexpectedly. After reopening and everything my fleet is stuck in the mission. Boss has been defeated, there are no enemies left on map and when I try to retreat to close out it does nothing. If I try to move I get system error: 1:invalid input. I can do like the daily challenges, but am unable to go to any other story or event maps. Should I delete and reinstall the game or is my fleet stuck on 9-4?

Must be some issue connecting to their servers
It could be a hiccup. Streaming on your laptop doesn't count because they tend to preload some clips so little interruptions won't get noticed. Torrenting would give you a more exact figure if/when your connection drops.

I recently bought a new phone, just a tad longer than my previous one, but I've come to realise that the combat screen, now has a grey bar on both sides and seems to be shifted to the left (the bb aiming point starts almost outside of view, I can almost see my backline just by moving the vanguard around... to put it simply, it's not centre aligned). As it doesn't seem to be widespread, it might just be some client side network hiccup. Try restarting your device, switching to another network connection if possible (such as Wi-Fi or mobile data). And if none of that works, you can try using a free VPN to see if that solves it

Hm...well it could be client side or server side. But as no one else seems to be having this issue currently, it could likely be just a client side hiccup from your ISP in some way or form. But it is hard to say

Perhaps try another free VPN just to see if the other one was a fluke and try restarting your Wi-Fi router/modem if you haven't already. OR if nothing else works, you could try contacting your ISP technical support or reaching out to AL customer support and provide them your information to see if they can help you pin down the issue
If the RAM requirement is 2GB currently, my pal should be able to run it with a Samsung SM-J727V unless I'm missing something. Any idea what could cause the constant and consistent crashing then?

Just rather poor optimization from the OpSir update to be quite honest. Even on my newer iPad Air that has sufficient hardware, the game will crash multiple times in one day
And if it's exactly at 2GB of RAM, it will seem a lot worse more likely
He sometimes is only able to be on for just a few minutes, I pray that this mandatory update provides some heavy optimization

Azur Lane doesn't even open on iOS devices with less than 2GB of RAM, just immediately closes
That being said, I doubt the RAM requirements will increase any time soon due to the RAM constraints they have to work with on iOS, since Apple feels no need to pack gigabytes of RAM into their devices compared to Android manufacturers.

@torn mason had the same problem today. it may have to do with being into the game while reset happen (at least that's the only thing i did differently today).
Leaving the game for some time (logged out for 30-45 minutes) solved the problem. Hope it works for you too.

I brought up a pretty major issue with them back on Tuesday and responses from them have been pretty lackluster/non-existent. I've even stayed up EVERY night so far waiting for their emails (since I'm aware they're based in Hong Kong)

yes, it's the right channel. if it's a fresh install you're using, you won't see the icon next to the server in the list as your device (emulator) doesn't have any local data for the game. if you've bound your account to twitter, FB, or YAS (your email), you can login at the title screen and select the server you were playing on.
oh. but will the game accept the modded emulator or will my account get banned or smt? cus apparently its an older version and the game might detect the mod as a bad thing idk just wanna make sure its 100% safe for my account

Dear support, I report an unbeatable obstacle in Operation siren. Properly a place, that was supposed to be lvl2 corrosion. You can see on screenshot the map, and the boss that is lvl104! My strongest ship is lvl100, I have only 2 of them, most of the ships between lvl80-90, how I beat this then? Not to mention I can't leave map and I can't collect ashes coordinates elsewhere. This needs to be fixed!!!

Looking back, I probably also should have mentioned the 94 boss in the 64 story, 104 boss in 74 story and 124 boss for the 94 story (ironically the chapter 3 "simon say" puzzles do not seem to offer such newbietrap bosses). I have an issue. I'm not sure if it's a bug or a phone issue though... so that's why I'm posting it here. Whenever I play azur lane everytime it causes my home button, back arrow, and tabs button to stop working on my phone entirely. And it only does this for Azur Lane and no other app. Anyone else have this issue?
The way I have to fix it is with restarting my phone if I want to stop playing the game and do other things.
I'm not sure how others might reproduce it because it may be an issue on my phone's end.

The video shows an error with the deployment of the fleet, not a single ship is displayed. Constant downloads also appeared.
have you tried restarting the app?
@strange hare i'm not 100% sure on this, but the game checks if the game files themselves have been changed. ie, a nude mod. instead of what system the game is played on. if you really want to though, you can reinstall the game and try playing with a new account and see if it gets banned because of the modded emulator. and just to be safe, i'd suggest googling if your pc can enable virtualization. how to activate it in the bios differs a bit from from gpu to gpu afaik.

But in game it's said that My account is linked to the yostar. I don't understand please help it's cause I will be getting a new phone soon and I don't wanna lose my progress

to fix this, remove all the ships that u have currently deployed, add 2 of any of your own ships that were not deployed, then start the stage. Then back out of the stage and you can re-add what u want and it should run

Just downloaded the game on android and I can't get past the loading screen. Loading bar is full but nothing is happening. Been waiting for an hour. There is also no indicator that it is downloading anything.
