Hello - I stopped playing the game early this year but never uninstalled it, at least as far as I can remember. I've logged back in and my account seems to be gone? I've swapped between Facebook, Twitter and Yostar logins but can't find it anywhere.
Any way for me to track it down? I do have a transaction history with the shop, if that helps.

Hey something similar happened to me. And there were some hidden traps that I had to willingly activate for it to give me the spoils and complete the map.
One of my guildmembers is having this issue. He already tried several troubleshooting options. The only thing he has not tried is reinstalling.

Hello, I've been having "network errors" and "connection to server lost" issues for the whole day now. I've been using data and I know it works because I can open other games and use this app, but reinstalling/opening and closing the game just doesn't work. Is there a way to fix this? The game was working fine yesterday on both WiFi and data.
Stuck on a final Siren boss in the Stronghold. three of my fleets are basically staying on the boss and I can't move or do anything, I can't attack or move or do anything and any press results in a "Can't escape" message.
I feel like, it's because third fleet can't move anywhere from the boss due to the way being blocked by my other two fleets and the teleporter.
Literally can't do anything, basically.

i have an old samsung phone i used to play on as well for about a year and about 1 month ago it started experiencing crashes in screen transitions and loading screens

well it sounds like the samsung is just a hardware issue and not a game issue, but bluestacks emulates an android so if you can please find the information as to which android device its emulating and the OS version on it @odd hatch

Operation siren portal is not working
- Map: 100% siren stronghold
- All sirens are killed
- Noticed that the portal is not working so I decided to kill off the remaining nodes
- After killing all the nodes, the portal is still not accessible
Anyone else find something that works for them to fix this? Other people in my guild have contributed today so it's not affecting every person. Another user above said it worked after they repaired the game, but I tried that and it didn't fix the error. Happening on both my phone and Bluestacks.

The bug with not being able to submit System error: 4:Not Ready Yet, has suddenly resolved itself for me. I didn't really do anything out of the ordinary, just after a couple hours I noticed the options for what I can submit had changed and it let me submit.

Not only that, but even after defeating all the enemies in the area (more than 20 enemies) I noticed that those victories weren't being counted towards my exploration progress
Yeah, obscured zone (and probably Abyssal) doesn't count towards progress. I hope that's a bug.

Probably it resets on the next day with the same time you did. I got the same issue as well.

anyone getting this in OP. siren, trying to move one of my 4 fleets but no matter where I click it won't move and that error shows, sometimes I can fix it by moving out of the map and back in, but this time even a game reboot and nothing, i kinda...need that fleet, onyl one right now that isnt crippled, currently its also sitting on a mysterious merchant square upon map start but a few other times it wasnt sitting on anything

^a you went over your fuel cap, you just need to burn it out to collect fuel, that's normal

n oworries i have the same problem. you simply went past your oil cap and as mDS64 you merely have to burn it all till you can. since i dont play much im always past my oil cap and cant collect comms with oil nor the mail stuff lol

Not really a technical support issue, but i suppose this is the most reasonable place to put this question, i accidentally just bought a 3rd tactical class slot on accident while trying click on a finished one (was distracted), is there any way to "undo" this purchase? I know how limited gems are in this game and i just burned 500 on accident for something i'm never going to use, someone said i can ask but it'd be a long shot, so i was just wondering if this was possible?

My Enterprise (lvl 120, fully maxed, etc.) doesn't earn experience anymore, even when other level 120 ships in the same fleet do. I've removed her and swapped her back in but that also didn't seem to fix it. Is there a cap on how much XP a ship can earn/contribute to school after getting to lvl 120?

This is the third major patch that I can’t log in for several hours post patching. It happened with Muse event that lasted literally a full day, it happened again with the last patch for Guild 2.0, and it’s happening now with this patch. Hello, I recently installed Azur Lane on a new phone but it won't load, when I opened it for the first time it asked for storage permissions (which I allowed), then showed the Yostar logo and after it faded away, it shows a black screen with borders and does nothing. I've left it open for a while, reinstalled it, tried to install it through QooApp and APKpure and it still does the same.

Been waiting for more than 1 hour now. How long does it take?
Since, well quite some time actually, about 4 months? I seem to be having a lot more connection issues than before then. No matter if I'm on wifi or 4G.
Basically if I minimise the game on my phone, and reopen it, it struggles a lot with updating the session. Sometimes it has to reconnect 5 times before it actually works, sometimes it doesn't sync up properly I'm "connected" but I can't finish commissions for example.
To fix it, I can try to log out and log back in, but that often leads to "Network Error" and the same connection issues. Logging in works 100% of the time, but after that it starts going wrong.
It always works if I restart the game though.

i'm not sure if this is an issue with the game or octopus, but when running the game with octopus i don't get any sound (OS: android x86 8.1r5 K49, with libhoudini, running on virtualbox 6.1.8 with hardware virtualization enabled), if this isn't the right place to ask for this @ me and i will delete this, if you have a solution, please @ me as well

@carmine hedge read the topic and list with failed attempts. i already tried swapping those out
Currently it seems hopeless so Ill just wait things out. I think previously using the enemy sub that's now unavailable broke it entirely and may even break boss battle in future guild operations. I haven't done any attempts on the current boss so far.
I found a bug in game. Cv/Cvl can't do dmg in scroll board how can they get MVP. Azur lane staff please look and fix it.
I think theres a bug in where if your fleets are next to the boss and you lose, you can't escape in stronghold
Tried moving one of my fleets but keeps saying can't escape.
Got it working by restarting
@warm raven easy way to fix by yourself is switch your fleet to Richelieu move her down and switch to ur nagato they will be able to esc
your currently-engaged fleet needs one free space beside the boss for it to be able to retreat
It wouldnt let me originally because the fleet fighting the boss lost and couldnt be placed anywhere

Have an issue where the dialogue isn't displaying properly on suzustuki's skin. Been a constant and have tried restarting the game a few times to no avail.

yo after siren patch my game just freeze after 10 min of playing and have lag for 10 sec every click i do . i click attack and atk is after few sec i click dorm and dorm open after 10-20 sec like wtf i bought gems to working game and you destroy it? reinstall dnt helped and restart help only for few mins

Guys, I got a strange phenomenon that occurs over 2 days now :
-WHen I went on Sirene Ops, the operation is there, like everything is normal. BUT, when I select anything, like my zones or even hiryuu meta boss or others, my game is loading infinitely (I stayed over 15min~). FYI : My connexion is great I guess, ~234mb. My phone is a redmi note pro 8. I don't think is even connexion or phone problem
-When I'm doing another thing, like checking my ships, upgrading gears, finishing quest, doing some campaign mobs. I had NO PROBLEM. It's like that only sirene ops is buged.
Do someone know what happened to my azur lane? And what should I do then? Delete then Install? Recheck my files?...
