i'd suggest to try another emulator.
or, try to install twitter app, log in to your twitter account, and see if it makes a difference if you click the twitter login.

If you assume that you feel "someone else is causing all these problems"
you might try checking your account login history with the account that you used to bind your AL, and see if there's suspicious login.
Some time ago I had a similar problem, because I had loaned my account to someone to take care of my account when I went on vacation but suddenly that person disappeared and made a mess of my account, ok support fixed the problem, I unlinked my facebook account and passed it to my personal email, but somehow it seems that the guy still has access to my account
I don't know if there is a way to take away the access or something like that because to this day I still have problems eliminating oil and items
i think the best thing you need to do for now, is to bind your AL with your fb/twt/yostar, and contact cs to unbind the rest.
I did that but like I said, it seems he still has access, maybe like the emulator USES because he has multiple accounts.
And that's why I still have mine saved

Azur Lane has cloud save on device as well, that's why people can login even though they lost access to their bind, as long as they don't uninstall Azur Lane app.
i think the best thing to do right now is to find a way how to get your account back and you're the only one who have access to it.
I never met a situation where you can get your ships back if it's gone "for a reason".
it's like asking if we can get our gems back because we accidentally buy oil/coin with gems, they can't refund what you already did ingame.

Bc the last time we asked customer support about them remotely logging the account out of all devices to make sure no one else is on it, they said they werent able to. Gotcha. Well unfortunately that would be the reason then as per official staff. At least 2GB of RAM is recommended minimum to run AL w/o consistent crashing. Even though it might work for some people for some time, something could eventually trigger it to not run properly anymore

@inner wave unfortunately the black screen is a form of connection error, for you to already troubleshoot with your router and get no results tell me the game only wants to run on something like mobile data or even under a VPN

@lament meteor the only errors that have correlation to the translators are unintended typos, otherwise please stop coming after the translators if you believe something was translated poorly and instead send feedback to @fair shell

Is it just me or did the game just became incredibly laggy after the update?
It seems a lot of people have this problem - including myself. For most people the error appears as soon as you try to send the 2nd fleet. It really is annoying.
What I think is happening is that the server doesn't count the 6 hours correctly for some reason. So your game allows you to assemble the fleet based on your system clock, then communicates with the server and the server returns an error, as it believes the 6 hours haven't passed yet.
So in short, if my theory is correct the fix is to wait for the fix, unfortunately.
Akashi spawned under my fleet when i entered the map and now i cant move that fleet

It doesn't seem to be a prominent issue, so the problem is probably either just a delayed sending or something on your email provider's end... if you don't get anything at all, then you might have to contact CS.

Hello, I have a question with promoting members in the guild. I tried gameplay-help but I just got buried by messages. I know that the old system I just go to members and promote them, but now it says i need 100 guild tokens. Thats the circle tokens with the anchor in it right? If so, I have way more than 100 to do so. Or does my member need 100 guild tokens? Is this some sort of bug? Or am I just doing something wrong? Please help thank you.

when you reinstall it should clear all cache so it shouldnt remember a facebook account until you sign in again
Yeah, it didn't, so I logged into the Facebook account and it made a new account
So I checked the Facebook account and it turned out it was the first time it had been authorized

I'm not sure if this is a common issue, but Operation Siren, seems to be loading very slowly, and having a lot of loading hiccups, and a couple crashes. I play it on a computer Emulator over my phone though

So I'm trying to do Challenge Mode before it ends in a few days, and the game keeps crashing when starting the fourth battle (Cleveland). It goes to the loading screen, and the progress bar says 50%, but the chibi character is stuck all the way on the left. I end up having to close the program, but when I do it ends the challenge run and I have to start over again. Any advice?

I'm kind of having a minor issue here. It's the Gear Lab, whenever I tap on a material, the game hangs up and doesn't show the details of whatever material I tap, but the bgm still plays.
Even when I minimize the game.
I closed all apps, then did the repair then kept moving the "cursor" over the screen by moving my finger while it was D/Ling
Apart from perhaps trying a file repair, there doesn't seem to be a known solution for that at the moment.
I can't fight cleveland in the challenge mode because the game freezes up and the loading bar stops at 50%
Can I do anything about this?

so i redownloaded the game after deleting it due to lack of space and irl stuff from a couple of months ago. for some reason, the game crashes when i'm in the title screen or the load screen at 99.05%. a little help?

Ive done assets repair, clearing cache and force stopping to no avail, is reinstalling advisable to renove crashes?
And it crashes 5x a day since maint and completely at random in the middle of walking through operation siren

I don't think you really have to worry about that, as long as it's not persistent and you can fix it with a restart, it should be fine 
Im in the annoying puzzle mission where the siren towers rotate and you must smuggle the thing between and the game crashed like 3x already only by walking between those. Its quitte annoying

How much free space for playing Operation Siren in long times without laggy?
Im having redmi 5a phone with 10gb (clean sized) and 2 gb ram.
Those specs should be fine, are you having performance issues?
If play OS in long times, the gameplay bcome laggy, i have 800mb left in my internal.
I can't say if it's the cause, but you'd generally want 1gb of free space for good performance. Otherwise, probably just restart the game every now and then if you feel that the lag becomes too much.
My iPad has exactly 2gb ram yet operation siren still crashes the app every 20min

But sorry, I have no idea why it's happening so much on apple devices. Please be patient...
Okay, but sometimes when the game is too laggy the game goes blank then freezed, not only in OS features, In guild 2.0 is laggy too if i stayed in that on 8 minutes.
Try to reset your phone. Atleast in my case, my iPhone tends to not clear the cache and it just refuses to think
Shut it down and leave it off for atlesst 3-5 minutes (long enough that it doesnβt boot right back up) and 80% of the time that fixes my lag and slow loading
Itβd be interesting to see the overlap of people having issues on iOS since the new update and people running it on iOS devices with low free space or less than 3GB of RAM

yep, my account was bound on facebook, but my facebook account got deleted. So when i tried to re-register my facebook with the same email, it seems that it lost the old azur lane account
After a full reinstall of the game, the problem persists. I am not allowed to enter NYC in OpSi or everything is locked down
i still remember some of my account details though, if this can help with the account recovery

Please help me with fixing my OS story missions. I was doing the 4th or maybe 5th mission and after completing everything on the mission I got kicked off the mission map with no new missions. Because of this I can't progress and unlock ch2 etc.

So tomorrow youβll obtain the next reward and so on. You can kill as many enemies as you like in one day but only receive that days rewards

So i equip my baltimore with the Sanrui gun, since for CAs AP is generally better and Balti converts her guns to AP. however, today in a Siren Stronghold i saw that she was shooting HE shells. before today, she has always shot AP. has anyone else experienced this?

For the Ashes Showdown in the Boss List, I keep getting "Coordinates have expired. Please try another target" ,but I go down the list and it just says the same thing? What am I doing wrong?
That just means the bosses that you've selected have already been beaten, but since the list is not updated in real-time it does not reflect that. Since people usually finish these early-stage bosses rather quickly, your best chance is to immediately challenge one when you enter the Boss List. If it's expired, either refresh or reload the list.

Are some zones meant to not have loot boxes at the end? I get a message to pick up loot but the map is empty.
Did it specifically mention "spoils of war"? It might be you need to pick up hidden caches first

i tried doing it with facebook as well but it just says "your previously logged in to azur lane with facebook, would you like to continue?" and when i click continue it crashes

How do i gain access to my azur lane data if i disabled my twitter account and forgot to reactivate it. Also thats the only thing i put my data on
I had Twitter installed and logged into, for facebook I just signed into my account. Idk what I changed but it just worked now when I tried Facebook tho
I guess it just crashed from a bug and once that went it was fine
What if your Twitter account is disabled

Thats not the move screen, can you enter the map your fleets in then move to the sodes to get to move mode?

Map ist clear
Go in the map, tap the edge tile, tap outside, then tap the map you want to go
So... I got an interesting bug right now. Got a fleet hard stuck in a hard mode. Beat the boss, game hung up, I went to bed because late at night, timer ran to 00:00:00, now the ships can't get out, can't retreat, can't move, block me from doing hard/normal mode... interesting.
And restarting the game fixed it.

I tried to disassemble proto gun, it asked me to type the name but everytime I click it, it just closed
One thing I forgot is my guild didn't get to do the last mission that is boss fight, it just ended and maybe that's why I can't accept a new mission cuz I should be doing boss figt
The guild is notifying me but when I go to guild it shows nothing

Divine Marksman + in PVP does not target the most faraway enemy
if the farthest enemy is a CV, then she will not be targeted because of the new CV stealth mechanic
