i was doing a battle, then the game put me into the main screen saying my account is logged into another device. then, when i closed and reopened it put me back into my account as normal. is this a glitch or did someone actually take my account for a few seconds

I need help with login. I’ve read the pinned message, other people’s messages (obviously not all of them so I could have missed smth) but can’t find a solution. I’ve been playing azur lane since the very first collab with neptunia and have level 100 ships, spent money, etc. I recently bought a new phone and have also had to offload the app a while back for space. I’ve brought the app back before from offload and logged in but now I can’t. Even though I’m connected to the right Twitter it doesn’t get my account. It found an account that I accidentally made a while back but not my main one. (I’ve tried all servers) idk what to do I don’t want to have wasted money

did you try to buy multiple trade licenses? maybe you can't get the gems multiple times but I'm not sure. You might want to consider writing the tech support an email with this issue to get sure.

Hi, I've binded my azur lane account to facebook last year (i checked fb and the bind is still active since 2019) but I was unable to log into my account, got booted into a new one instead. Could someone help w retrieving it? (I have all my IAP receipts if that helps)
the gem from the trade license is added immediately to your account. check again if the number of your gems already increased.
I didn't try to buy it multiple times. It always become unavailable until there's 7days left, so I don't,and won't be capable of that.

Not really. Just go back to your previous server. I tried checking before on the other server and the progress were saved.

You don't need to reinstall. Just check on what server you are on.
as in, if i logged in and it wasnt the server I was in, then to try and check another server I have to reinstall

The icon only appears after logging into your server profile after a fresh install. It def. Would have been nice if it appeared before that, seeing how often this happens (and some people genuintly think they lost their account even though its 1 click away)

Somehow i've unlocked chapter 3 but not 2 and 1. This occured after i started the questline and the initial cutscene didn't start so i tried doing the first quest with food from the dorm to see if it would roll a cutscene then, which it didn't. this has happened for a few ships as i decided to start all the ones i could to remember which ships to use. is there anyway to resolve this ?
Ships affected are Ajax, Hammann, Akagi, Cleveland, Yamashiro, Glorious, Saratoga, Centaur, Taihou, Bailey, Shiranui, Concord, Souryuu, Shangri-la and Repulse

I'm logging on to a new device so I tried logging on with a Yostar account, after generating a verification code with my old email I logged on fine and switched to my old server (Sandy) but it still starts me off with the tutorial.
I also tried logging in via Twitter which I thought I had bound to my account but that starts the tutorial too.
Is there anything else I can try? Idk if it's possible to overwrite an old save by screwing around with the account transfer etc

Yes, all of them start with the tutorial and none have the little profile icon

They only ship to a limited number of countries currently. If you have a freight forwarder in one of the countries listed, you can buy the items. Otherwise you can't.

My dock filled up while building ships, I chose the expand option which took me to the store, I purchased the dock expansion twice. I returned to the build screen and got the dock full message again. When I exited to home screen and went to the store from there I purchased again and dock expanded. I was charged all 3 attempts and only got one expansion. Please make this right.

@oak rain you will always get gems for rolling a skin you already have, you might have missed seeing the extra gems
@sinful yoke yes I have tried restarting the device and logging back in. This was the first time playing this game for upon logging in for the first time I used the Yostar log in method but when I did, i logged into an account that had already been used and leveled up to 14 already.

to be safe, i've already changed my email password in case i was compromised, but this person is still playing the game using my email for the yostar log in. idk how that is possible

it is not uncommon that users purchase depot expansion instead of dock expansion, you can contact customer support if you think its a mistake but if it says you did accidentally purchased depot expansion, unfortunately they cannot revert it

The black, Black Friday box didn't drop a skin. Did I misread it and there was only a chance of a skin? Because the white box was super obvious about the new skin.
No both had skin drops when I bought them
If you already own the skin it drops, you'll get its value in gems instead.

Hey, I've been having some issues for a while, I assumed that it was temporary like the Summer issue and would be patched but I've basically been completely unable to launch the game at all for almost 3 weeks now (since the last mandatory update). The juustagram pictures are not matching up to the conversation. The sand castle conversation has a volleyball dive picture and volleyball has a character thinking that manjuu are dumplings

Okay, finally annoyed enough to post this. This screen keeps showing up all the time. I have deleted the cache, repaired the game, and reinstalled it and it has never stopped coming up. The game stops responding or crashes constantly on my S8+ and it doesn't matter where I am. Nothing else has any similar problem.
Generally, I'll grin and bear it, but this time it has made the game almost unplayable.

@tropic stirrup and logged in too? The only reason I can think of that it's making you start over is either you switched off your server or logged out accidentally. Nothing is wrong with your account if you're using the same one on your Blue Stacks, so I'd probably just go into settings, log out then log back in with the ID I bound the account to. See what happens. It might have done that for you when you logged in on BS anyway. Good luck.

It is not a serious problem, but it is far too consistent to ignore. I have noticed after about the third second of every single battle I have done in 3 different servers for 2 weeks, this game lags out for about 5 seconds. Then it will go back to normal, and sometimes the lag will even choose to come back. I am unsure whether it is the game or my device being from 2016. But it is a very consistent problem.

So I have these weird problems, any help or advice would be appreciated:
everything works just fine when using mobile data (well sometimes there's a longer loading but nothing serious)
when playing over my home wi-fi, some actions sometimes cause disconnect chain that either never ends, ends with various invalid errors (and the game looks like the action never happened, but restarting shows that it went through) and very rarely, after a few reconnect attempts, continues normally
some actions causing this are: sending ships on commission, opening mail, starting new research, disassembling gear through enhancing or retiring ships and some others
my wi-fi otherwise works perfectly fine, no other device or application has any problems, it's only azur lane and it's immediately after confirming those actions (not even any delay, it immediately says disconnect)
I have full control over my router and my public IP is static
these disconnects started ~2 months ago, nothing changed in my setup and everything worked perfectly fine before that
I have tried checking data integrity and even tried to do a full reinstall

Make sure you're logging into the correct server. Your account stays on the server it was created on (such as Sandy, Washington, etc). If you're not sure which one it is, try fully logging into all of them.
It defaults to the newest server if you have no logged in account. Which probably isn't your server if it starts the tutorial.

Hey there. I took a 6 month break from the game and now I can't seem to login back to my old account. I'm really sure I had it bound to either my facebook or my yostar login, however using either of those now just sends me back to the tutorial on a brand new account (I'm definitely selecting the correct server - 100% positive of that).

I don't believe so, no; I can provide other information such as name, server, acc level, approximate beginning date of the account and last login, a list of ships (most of them at least), but yeah I don't think I ever saved the UID anywhere

Hello. So, I keep getting "unknown error:-1" on my phone. I live in Russia and it was fine yesterday. I've tried clearing cache, as well as using vpn, but it didn't worked. I haven't tried to reinstall the hame because it'll take way too long to redownload all of it with my current connection speed and strength. Any advice what should I do to fix it?

I log in successfully then when I go to try and get to the main screen it says loading then network error. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, repairing assets.

according to website its powered by games.lol which claims to be a emulator in which case id just use nox/bluestacks since i can't find enough evidence games.lol is legit

I honestly thought that the website was the official one. So I told my guildmates that AL has finally released the official PC version and they were so excited. Everything was going smooth until I noticed that the official website was a different one.
Now, I don't know what I will tell them.

no, you follow the "how to login" portion where you have to login with the same email through the title screen rather than the settings menu
it is the same process in which you need to generate a new code and use that new one to login

you can clear azur lane data / cache, but when it's on login screen, tap on facebook button and log in your facebook there
also don't forget to choose the right server, otherwise you gonna started with tutorial screen
