I found what seems like a bug in Azur Lane, from "Universe in Unison" event, coming from the music 祈りノウタ. This bug triggers every time I play the event and what happens is that the music first starts off at a normal volume, then becomes softer at an alarming rate, until it is barely able to be heard. Note that the tapping sfx is unaffected.

Thank you, but I had tried this method before, and as I informed you, none of which I tried to login (email, facebook, twitter) was not.
So every time I tab to a different app in iphone XR, the game loses connection after a while - sometimes nothing works after reconnection and I have to try a few times to reconnect in order to get the game working again.
Is this normal?

If you made sure to fully try logging into all the servers, make sure you're using the correct email/social media account in case you have multiple ones. If you made sure of both of those, go ahead and contact customer support for them to help recover your account

So the boss fight for SP5 keeps crashing once Roon & Taihou attack. I’m not sure what to do. Do I need to download the live 2Dupdate on settings (or is that for the skins and not stages?), clear cache or repair data? I want to be able to finish the event and get these points.

@west crest It is. You will just need to unbind the current one. Although if it's the only bind on your account, you will need to place at least a 2nd bind on your account as the game won't let you unbind the last bind on your account

Well as long as you have enough information of your account (such as in game name, general commander level, etc), it's still possible to recover it. Just give them all the information that's possible and see what they tell you

it does not adjust to DST regardless if it matches same timezone for the original location, theres no need for the extra layer of confusion

The Twitter account with all my progress was deleted, So I was trying to bind my new Twitter to AL and it gave me a fresh start. 
And when I try to unbind the fresh start AL from my new Twitter  it keeps on giving me an error message.

Okay, if you tried binding your account on the title screen of the game, that would be the reason you lost the account. You only retrieve accounts on the title screen. To bind, you always use the settings menu under "Account".

If you paid on iOS, Apple charges tax on all In-App Purchases in Canada. Google does not.
I highly recommend making your IAPs on an emulator at home if you live in Canada due to this.

i got no problem with pc emulator but my tablet, the game wont load
on tablet, the game doesnt even finish loading bar and skip to the loading screen. halfway loading screen, it loops back to intro screen n the loading screen again only half bar then skip to loading screen n loops back and repeat
so i can't even do repair file ingame since its looping and repeating this. emulator is not a problem... i tried uninstalling and reinstalling on tablet. doesnt fix it

Hi, I was willing to ask how do I change my account on facebook? I have two accounts I was logging in in my alt instead of my main. And I keep logging out and can't change accounts to log into.
I kept pressing "Disconnect Facebook" and it was unable to disconnect.

I tried another way by removing my alt in facebook and relogging in, I logged into my main account and It was an unknown account named "H3LLB0UND"
I do not recall having this account binded with my main account, So I redownloaded AL and logged in and I was finally in my real main account. I'm still questioning why that account was binded with mine.

It's said verification failed because this email is already bound to another account
And there's no other option than making a new account
can you try restarting the new device and try logging in again? while it uses the same process as making a yostar account, it can recognize one that is already made
make sure you are using a newly generated code as well, they do expire after 30 minutes

Are you sure you selected the right one. Did it deduct 200 or 100 gems?
On the left of the main menu, enter either one of them, then your server you were logged in. Note the little "have a ship here" icon doesn't appear till you actually log in the server.

@split knot Take a look at the number in the bottom. You either got 3x 1 item, or 2x2. Duplicates stack.
did it long, long ago, mb it still is that way, you just have to do x-4 to unlock next hard modes
also issue was fixed once i loged on pc
on the phone reloging and restarting did not help

I had an account, and I swore I bound it to my email, but when I accidentally deleted the game and redownloaded it just gave me a new account. I made purchases to my old account as well, and I still have the paypal receipts as well as the google play order number.
