Hey I know that this might sound like a complaint that will fall on deaf ears, but has ANYONE pulled an event ship? I've rolled on the banner and done some 45+ builds and haven't gotten a SINGLE event ship... Has this happened to anyone else?

How does one go about unbinding from one phone to bind to another phone? So far it's told me that I'm unable to unbind from my phone so I can't bind to another phone
To bind to another phone, you just need to login via your bound account setup on the title screen and login on the server you were using. As for removing it from your old phone, an uninstall will work

@grizzled pumice I didnt really understand the sentence properly but correct me if I am wrong, I think u mean once u got the data collection thing from the red missions on top which give 30 prints at end. The ones u get from the missions u have to exchange them in prototype shop and check u select series 1 print.
I mean before that u need to use them in depot first something like that and then proto shop
and once u get the blueprints u need to go to depot and click on use and select the ship u want the blueprints for

Hello, I've come to ask if there's a known solution to the game "desyncing" when it's left in the background. I would get notifications for completed commissions but upon entering the game, the timer on these would still show some value. Logging in and out resolves this issue but I'd like to know if there's an existing alternative. I've checked for Battery Optimization on my device and removed AL, and did the same for background activity restriction but to no avail

Hello, over a year ago I played a lot in Azur lane and after that I stopped. And after some time I wanted to return, but I could not log into my account, and recently I found it in the list of players and I wanted to somehow restore it, transferring it to a new one tied to a face book (the old one was current through the Play Market). One good person responsible for the RU community suggested that you can create a new account and restore the old one to it. And also said to contact EN tech support. Account info: some of the most loaded were Belfast, Akagi and kaga, Warspite, PoW (Prince of Wales) z23 and there were cranes and girls from Fallen Wings. The nickname is now mkleLLIa, on the account that was lost - mkle. Server - sandy. There are also old screenshots of my account. If possible - consult on this issue and tell me if it will be possible to somehow restore the account. Sry about my english, im not to good on it ❤️

Hm...if you already repaired assets, try clearing the game cache and restarting the device to see if that can help. Tho if that doesn't work, the next would probably just be a reinstall as it seems like some kind of file issue maybe

So on my phone I am having this issue where every time I start up Azur Lane it shows the credits and then it just stays blank with a tile design on both sides of my screen.
My phone is a moto g fast with Android 10.
I have tried reinstalling the app, clearing the cache and data and it also hasn't done anything.
Well there were issues before w/ Motorola tho that was usually just an issue w/ Android OS version. Can you check to see if there's any OS updates perhaps?

Umm... i just done update on play store, and then they said "nesesary data is lost preparing for downloading, after the download complete the game will start" i don't really remember but that what they said something of that sort (i read something about chache too)...

No, there's no issue. It's all just RNG about who you get

Yepp. The ship you pull is just all based on RNG. Sometimes you'll get them easily and sometimes it'll take a lot of cubes

@coarse root Restart your device and network router. Or use a different network connection if possible to see if that helps. If it doesn't, use a free VPN to see if that solves it
@errant moss For the ships not being correct, that's just a desync. Restart your application and redo the fleet and it should ideally correct itself then. As for the Sirens, it really depends on your fleet composition, but it would really need evidence to show this happening.

Yeah, the Siren is only in 50s for the level while your ships are around 100. So it's just a case of you being overleveled against that enemy

Well some general, simple tips would be to make sure your sounds are turned up in the settings menu in game. And if you're on iOS, make sure your device isn't in silent mode

@sick bramble Hm....could be a form of corrupted files? If you're still having the issue, try restarting your device and clearing the game cache just to try it out and see if that helps. If that doesn't work, you could try another fresh install to see if that changes anything

Yeah, unfortunately it does seem like some kind of file error. You could try just restarting your device a couple of times to see if that could randomly fix it (as it has before in the past for some errors). But it's not a guarantee. The last resort could be a reinstall if you'd like to try that route. Though if you don't have your account bound, you will end up needing to contact customer support to retrieve your account once you get the game properly running

no there is not, when staff are asked to recover an account/remove binds, they must ask for additional information to prove the ownership of your account such as when did you make your account, your first oath, who can you recall in your fleets etc
as long as you dont give away tons of information about whats within your account, it should be fine

You will just need to bind to Yostar in the settings menu in game. Then after binding to Yostar, click on the option to unbind your Twitter account

Hi. So before buying Independence's party dress skin, I noticed it was priced at 800 gems instead of the usual 780 gems for a non-L2D skin of her rarity. That's when I noticed that it had an animated background option with fireworks. Bought the skin but now I can't find a way to set her as a secretary and use her animated background. Setting secretary background to on uses her non animated background. Setting it to off just shows the base. Previewing the skin again in the shop, I can choose the fireworks background.
Same issue with Indy's party dress.
Hello, I was playing B3 today and I unlocked the 3rd last cutscene from the event. It was in a different language, and i couldn't understand it. I played B3 again and i unlocked the second last cutscene, again in the different language. I played B3 again and unlocked the last scene, same thing. I have not unlocked D2 or D3. In my memories, the last 3 cutscenes unlocked are in that language, while the other ones are in english. I dont know what went wrong nor if this is the right place to ask for help, but thank you for your time in reading this either way.

@craggy olive it would be nice if you could resend it, but I scrolled up anyways, no there is not a way to get your UID without being inside the account (unless you have screenshots of it or sent it elsewhere)

No, it's not a bug. You're able to get the cutscenes just by completely B3

@pale copper no, server transfers are not a thing; especially between jp/cn/en
so i'm having an issue where everytime I try to log in, i get an error that says "Unknown Error:-1" it does this everytime i tap to log into the game.
You need to log into your bind option from the main screen of the game and it should fix that error

I tried the other servers and my account did not pop up
please contact customer support then, since you dont know your UID just tell them you dont have it
be sure to give them your username and any other factors like what server you recall being on and an estimate as to when you started the game
if you have a bind on the account they will let you know, if theres no binds, they will help you recover it

I think "Eigener Raum" would be better, cause "Eigenen Raum" seems a bit out of context.
"Eigenen Raum" you would use when you wanna say e.g. "I have a room for myself." it's in my opinion bad grammar. 😋

Okay, if you had it bound to Yostar, please do log into the Yostar bind function from the title screen of the game (be sure to use the same email in case you have multiple ones), and after you get the successful login prompt from that, choose the server that you previously played on as your account stays on that server that it was created on (such as Amagi, Washington, etc). If you're not sure which one it was, just try fully logging into all of them
