Game thinks you have more tech points than you actually do, known bug. Pray and restart is the only fix atm.
@carmine hedge For that error, it's an issue w/ your tech points not being shown correctly. If you don't mind though to help figure out the cause of the issue, please do take a log mode screenshot when you're getting that error and also a screenshot of your archives

Last night before the server went down for maintenance, I tried to purchase some gems, but got an error about a network issue. I tried again and it said it would restore the purchase. When I logged back in again before maintenance started, I saw I received twice the amount of gems I was expecting, but looking at my purchase history I was only billed once. What should I do? I don't want to get banned for getting more gems than I paid for.

As for the slow update issues, it seems to just be an issue w/ the SEA region. Unfortunately just most likely server load from the region. You could possibly try a VPN to somewhere like the USA, just to test it out and see if it helps the issue

I can’t even open the game, every time I try to open it, a black screen shows for about half a second and the game crashes. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone, redownloading Azur Lane, but nothing worked. I kept getting the same result
Try updating your OS to the most recent version.
So I think I have narrowed my problem down quite a bit, my ping is fine and my WiFi is strong/data is 4g. Whenever I tabbed away from the game and tabbed back in I would get a network error 100% of the time, which forces me to switch networks (i.e from WiFi to 4g and vice versa). Staying on the same network does not help with the network error. I did not have this problem up until perhaps the last few updates etc. Any comments on this?

@desert marsh okay. If you bound in the settings, then just log into whatever you bound with on the title screen of the game and then log back into the server that you previously played on

@fresh sundial For that issue, unfortunately that seems to be from Google Play, not AL. So there might be something wrong w/ the payment option you selected (such as not enough money, not supported in your region, etc). I can only think to suggest stopping and restarting Google Play services, using a different payment method if possible, or contact Play Support

Well there is no password of Yostar binds. It's just a one-time use authorization code for verification.

im using an emulator, nothing is logged in in here. do i have to logout from everything on my pc?
theres a limit to how many dorm furniture from each category can add to overall comfort
for example only 1 wallpaper can add to comforot, so unless your new wallpaper exceeds ur old wallpaper comfort wise its not gonna offer extra comfort @clever stag

These blueprints are dropping in A1 but doesn't appear in my depot for craft. It's the same problem in the research; when I receive one blueprint, it's like if I received nothing because there are 0/5 units in my depot and I can't craft a single unit of that torpedo/aa gun. Maybe it's not a good item, but there are players who like to collect guns or equip their ships with historical equipments.

For iOS device crashing issues:
-If you have an older iOS device (specifically 6/6s or older) or a device with 2GB of RAM or less, unfortunately your device is no longer supported and will not be able to properly run Azur Lane.
- If your device is a newer model and has more than 2GB of RAM but still crashing, please make sure your iOS device is updated to 13.5.1 as this solves many crashing issues.
- If your device is newer and updating your iOS to 13.5.1 did not stop the crashing, please do contact @spring grotto
Dont know if this is a glitch. I am trying to make a 4th fleet with Jean Bart and Dunkerque as the battleships, but they arent showing up, but i do have them as my Jean Bart is level 30 and Dunkerque in my dock as a level one.

hello i hope i get helped out (hopefully by devs) here, so i just got hood from a 0:54:21 timer in limited build pool and i was just like tfw. this happend already but not like this (with other ships). also that was the first hood i ever constructed, bcause i just never got her, and now i got her with that build timer... another really strange thinfg is that it didnt showed up in notice chat. i tryed restarting and data repair, hood is still there and idk what to do. i hope i dont get banned sometime bcause of "ships i shoulnt own".

@blissful badger If you mean you just wanna log into your account on your new device, just log into your bind option on the title screen of the game on your new device, and then choose the server that you used to play on as your account stays on the server that it was created on

Having problems with my pull. I didnt screenshot the before but i had about 20k gold. I did build for the event, which is 15k in total leaving me with 5k. That part was fine but for some reason my build results dont show up. I tried to ask support through in game but it crashed on me.

Since the update, my game has been experiencing some frame drops from 60 to like 10. This can be seen in the menu, and more noticable in combat. I'm using Noxplayer. Anyone else have this issue?

Hello I just want to report this problem because it keeps on being stuck at 99.31% on loading screen whenever I attacked an enemy on c1 or A1 on the new update. I've already tried rebooting my phone and the app also the wifi router but still I got this problem.
Don't know if this is like that bug from a while back but I keep getting Takao as my SSR in the event build. It's happened three times in a row and I can't help but think something isn't right. Especially when I see other people building her too. Probably just super unlucky but thought I would say something here anyway.

the character icon is only client side and will only appear if you have logged into it on that installation previously

Hi, I mostly play azur lane on bluestacks on pc, it usually run quite good I have it configured to use 3 cores and 3bg of ram but recently the sounds start to brake randomly sometimes, it sounds like an analog tv with low signal... Just restarting the game it gets repaired, but I wanted to know if someone know what can be causing this and if there is some configuration I'm missing or something to prevent this... for now I've configured bluestacks so it can use up to 4gb of ram, so I don't know if with this will be solver.

@earnest igloo if u have binded it to fb, when the main screen shows up there are 3 ways to login on left side of the screen Facebook, Twitter and Yostar, so just click on facebook and login to the FB account u binded it to.

Having the same crashing issue after the patch - iphoneX, ios 12.1. Was working fine 10ish minutes before applying patch.

The game no longer seems to support older iOS versions, so outside of updating or using some other operating system there's no fix

the itunes store displays the requirements to install the game, not play
its a very odd system but it requires less micromanagement for itunes

Anyone know why my game stutters/lags?
I’m using an iPad Pro which should be pretty powerful, no heat and no storage problems
It usually is pretty fast when I start playing, but after 10-20 min it gets really laggy
It’s really easy to tell the game is lagging because when I try to change my formation in a battle it’ll freeze for like half a second

Hello. I seem to have a weird problem. Any time there is a loading screen (like when launching pvp or any fight), it seems to stop at 99.30% and just sits there.

Hello. I'm having some issues with getting the game to install on my Pixel 3a. It seems to download, and when I was originally getting things set up on my phone yesterday, it had shown the game icon, though it hung up after the initial logo screen. Every attempt I've had to reinstall it has been met with Google Play saying it has an issue installing the game, and I haven't had luck getting things to work following any of the advice that their thing has given.

@pliant breach in order to use the fleet in the map you must have at least one of the "labeled" parts in each quadrant filled, if present. Fleet one requires a CVL and either a CL or DD, as an example. Missing one of those 2 means you cannot use it

Recently, I've uninstalled the game to correct a bug and it worked.
Though, since then, the game is connected to the wrong google play account, which makes it impossible for me to pay for contents like skins and diamonds.
The game is actually connected to the wrong mail address, and even if I go to the Google Store, connect to the right address and then relaunch the game, I'm still on the wrong mail address.
I tried to completely uninstall the game and reinstall on the google store by using the right account, but it changed nothing, I'm still on the wrong google account.
Do you know how to correct that problem ? I'm on android (tablet).
I know it's technically not directly an Azur Lane problem, but this problem affect me on the game, so if you have any ideas, that would help.

Gotcha. You just need to go into "Map A" then press Hard mode. Trying to go into Hard mode from "Map B" will cause that msg b/c it's trying to take you into "Map D" when you don't have it unlocked yet

need help urgently with this , as my phone has finally died
i would say it has more to do with ram, anything that's lower than 2 gb of ram or less wouldnt work
so on the safe side get phones with more ram 
so android OS version is alright
I believe it has to be at least 8 to work
if it has 3gb ram or more it should be fine
it has 4GB ram
I've done roughly ~50 event builds( ~100 cubes) and haven't received even a single event ship. Given the % change of getting an event ship from each build, this seems like a rare occurrence. To me it seems like it's building from the regular heavy pull, despite me making sure i selected the event build pool.
Is there a chance some leftover/old files from older versions could be interfering with the shipbuilding on my side? And is there a way to check for these redundant files of older versions which could be cleaned up, or would that require a re-install to be certain?
If the above is not the culprit, can support access the builds I've done server-side and confirm whether it's building from the correct pool? Or is this data not accessible to support staff for privacy/security reasons?
not getting anything in 50 builds is normal, it's just pretty bad rng

Despite buying the pack and the missing items, it still comes up with the missing items screen and looks like it's missing a large chunk of furnishings on the right of the screen.
@north shale I know there is a chance for this happening, but the odds of this happening is 2.66% . I'm just asking if there is a way for me to conform that it's just bad RNG and not some bug resulting from older files/ wrong request being sent to server.
@scenic gyro If you buy the collection, it only buys 1 of each item, the theme you want to apply uses several duplicates of the same item, hence the missing items.
But I've bought the missing items and it's still telling me they're missing

About Akashi Gifts , so after you buy gems , Akashi will give you 25 Gifts in mail , so i collect all the 25 Gifts , then after that i bought gems again(Same Month) , She doesn't give any gifts anymore , So 1 month she can only give

That's just log mode, you can close it by pressing 'hide' on the top left.

As long as it doesn't modify elements of the game to give an unfair gameplay advantage over other players, I don't see why it would cause you to be banned.
...then again, I don't know the finer details of what is and isn't allowed, so you may want to check with a mod about it

From reading up on the app, I see no issues w/ it if it's just a performance enhancer for your device. It's not a macro and does not mod the ingame files any from what I can see
So, been trying to play this game for the last 2 weeks, I seem to be stuck at a different loading screen than everyone else, I keep deleting and reinstalling, anyone have any idea?

Sadly won't even let get to a menu, it gets stuck on this screen, If i clear cache and clear data and relaunch it turns into the black screen with borders I have seen spoken about

Yeah try using mobile data or vpn for first time if possible once it loads it shouldnt be a problem I think
