@sinful yoke apparently the QooApp store needed to update, but it didnt have any way to be updated. i had to reinstall that. Figured it out cuz when i downloaded QooApp on the emulator it looked way different than the one i had on my phone

Finally I've resolved my problem with Google Play Store on Bluestacks (repetitive download's crash since thursday) by downloading the Azur Lane apk on Apkpure then open in Bluestacks. The game is going well. Thank you guys for help..

try to put Prinz in an other formation and makes some combat with and without (like combat on 1-1 or else). Most of the time everything was back to normal after, for me.

Gotcha. Unfortunately it just might be on your device's end then and not being able to run it properly (maybe due to compatibility or something else). There was a bug before where retrofit ships in your fleet would cause lag, but that should ideally already be fixed

its very likely the game is having issues with your data and/or its too slow to load in
you should try playing on wifi if its not working on data right now

@manic orbit Maybe your antivirus is interfering with your BlueStacks. I disabled my hardware-assisted virtualization on AVG because my AL was stuttering frequently

@limpid sandal Monarch not having her voice lines is a known issue for iOS, and it might not be an occurring on your phone because you've never needed to redownload the game client after a certain point on that device - it seems that the missing audio is only occurring on instances of the game installed past a certain version, though it's not clear exactly when.

And will it detect theres already an acount asociated with my twitter and ask to import that one?
Well, I was buying dock space the other day and the game lagged out. I had to reboot the app, which fixed the lag. Finished buying up the dock space I wanted, but now that I've logged in again I have an extra 10 dock spaces. The number I'd stopped at (690 instead of 700) is important to me and I wanted to know if this is something staff could help me with. Don't want a monetary refund at all, just want dock space lowered back to the nice number. Feeling kind of cheated by lag to be honest. 
@dim plinth It's a known issue. According to some other reports on the matter, it may right itself after a restart for a little while, but no concrete fixes as of yet.

Then, if you haven't already, try to perform data repair from the top right of the login screen. If that still doesn't help, try using a VPN. It could be your device's network connection acting up, I'm not too sure

Ok so another issue I've noticed is it is not downloading the data correctly, the app should be about 2.38gb but it is only downloading 161mb in total

It's a known bug for some ships that's ongoing right now. Unfortunately there's no fix that we know of yet till it gets addressed by the devs

the issue with mobile data is that it downloads in packets and not wholesale
so when "combining" the packets
it gets messed up
a hotspot will not fix it if it's another mobile phone hotspot
you need actual wifi
the screen you get is only caused by corrupted data
and for it to happen 3x means that it should be the connection
if you still have 2.57gb left after installing it means space shouldn't be an issue
mobile data is considered unstable btw 
ram issues shouldn't cause that error either

There probably was a mismatch then, if I had to assume. Unfortunately customer support would be the only ones to know that information. I would say double check the information you sent to them and provide ALL that information they ask for (including screenshots)

@normal acorn Yepp. Just input the same email that you bound w/, generate a new code, input that new code, and then once it says login successful for the Yostar, make sure you're choosing the correct server (such as Amagi, Washington, etc) as your account will stay on the server that it was created on

I can only suggest providing the information such as the creation date of your account/gem receipts if you have any and/or contacting them back to clear up what exactly is not matching up to get some clarity

No, the date of the creation of the AL account. They do say in that response email that they would need either the creation date of your AL account or gem receipts to verify ownership of the account. If you're not able to provide either of those, respond to the email and let them know as such

I don't remember when my AL account was created, tell me where to check. I feel this process is very difficult :)
There isn't a proper way to check unless you happen to know it off the top of your head. If you don't know it though, you can provide receipts if you ever bought any in game gems

Question: you sure you do not need the UID number for this, because it feels like you do for account recovery.

Yeah, it's a known current bug where your fleet tech points aren't showing properly (you have lower than what's actually shown). It's been brought up to staff

Most likely either just a loading error or missing assets. Try restarting your device and maybe clearing the game cache to see if that helps. If it doesn't, try a file repair from the title screen of the game (it'll be the cog wheel at the top right)

Hey there, I downloaded the app on my phone to start playing the game but it goes to the loading screen and then just stays on the screen there on the loading screen even though the loading bar finishes filling up. Hello, I've been having this problem for the past 5 days unable to completely download the game. It reaches 70-80% download then stops with this error popup. I've done everything that Google suggested such as clearing the cache and data of Google Play Services, Playstore and Download Manager then restarting my phone but I still have the same problem, Honestly this is the only place left to ask and I really need help

I started with the contact option on that site and sent multiple emails over the pass few hours to the email address that original email that messaged me. After explaining my situation in the emails, but receiving the same copy and paste response ever time I realized that it was likely a bot.

Just fill in the x's with the correct information. Also, make sure you're sending it to al.cs@yo-star.com
@frozen moat Hm...unfortunately we're more for the EN version of the game, but I'd imagine it's one of two issues. The first is a connection issue. You could try using a different network connection to see if that helps. And maybe also a free VPN to see if that clears up the issue. The second could be an issue where files are being kept on your device even after a uninstall, which would require you to make sure ALL the files are deleted when you uninstall the application

Okay. You just need to provide your User ID (UID) if you have it, it's a long string of numbers specific for your account. If you don't have it, just let them know you don't have it, tell them the in game name again, which server you played on (such as Amagi, Sandy, Washington, etc), and your commander level (which you should be able to find on the screenshot you sent to them)
Try to remember which server you played on, but if you're not too sure which server, you can let them know you don't know that as well

@tired remnant I did not understand what u are trying to say so idk if this will help but if they have recovered ur account u just need to login from where the facebook, twitter and yostar shows up and when it asks u to verify the yostar thing try to open it on ur different device rather than closing the app if u use Android or IOS, if u are using emulator then u can just open mail in browser.

@mossy monolith first of all make sure u have linked the account to some platform before doing this, if u are using android go to My Files or Internal Storage then click on android --> data --> com.YostarEN.AzurLane delete this file just com.YostarEN.AzurLane file.
Then when u will start the game again it will download the stuff required for it to run and login from the starting screen using ur FB/Twitter or Yostar account and then select the right server
@willow fable thats kinda depends on ur luck tbh and its random plus I would not roll now unless u whale cuz French event is coming up and after that another french event is there so better to save cubes right now just my suggestion

SE40 cannot be fixed by a file repair. It's a server-side issue, not a client-side one.

As for the second part, you should be at 599 as the bug displays more points than you actually have

if you have a very slow connection its very likely thats why the download is freezing at 30% unfortunately

If your fleet has a retrofitted ship in it, it will stutter regardless of your device’s specs
