I had Azur Lane on it
And it wasn't binded to any account because I thought its already binded to my Google play games account
Is there a way I can get it back?

i usually play on my android phone but wanted to login to an iPad now, updated game etc. and used twitter login. now it gets stuck on title screen showing 3 error messages:
"Unable to find mission config. Update may be required. Error ID: 15556"

then shows "loading..." animation and repeats

I was in the Sandy server so I didn't bother to try the rest. I noticed on the start up screen I was on Amagi server for some reason, so I tried switching back and still sent me to the tutorial

You just need to go into the settings menu of AL under account, and choose to bind to Yostar. It'll send a verification code to the email you input
there is no "actual" account for Yostar though

Had to say tbh. But if you go back into the settings menu in game and you see your email under the Yostar binding option, you are successfully bound to Yostar

I sometimes get issues on my iphone where simple apps like discord keep crashing over and over and will only open if I keep trying 500 times or restart my device

There are currently issue with many mobile games on all iOS devices. It is not an Azur Lane issue specifically. We're not sure what has caused this issue as it's on Apple's end

if you binded with social media like twitter it should do I guess
you must bind your account to facebook, twitter, or yostar on the original phone
then on the new phone you login at the title screen

Because using my other apps, it works, but for some reason, azur lane won’t open. Like it shows it looking as if it’s opening, but then it kicks me out. I even tried to reboot my device, clean the app, and shut my device off and on..

not sure if this can help but i managed to log in by when my wifi was acting up (was essentially not working) when opening the game, then switching to data when in the loading screen
i think that trying to open the game with internet connection disabled can work (then enable it when the game is open)
so i thought it was an AL issue so i deleted the app and reinstalled it but i cant relog into my account. is this the apple side of the problem?

actually that version is so outdated it doesnt even have file repair at the title screen

Hi I am currently playing on ios and the game launched fine until last night. But from this morning, the game started to crash and whenever I try to reinstall, the game can't find fetch the update despite having a stable connection. Any suggestions?
Hm...I'd say try restarting your device (possibly your network router) or using a different network connection to see if that helps. Usually this error is some form of connection issue

For the crashing issue, that should've been fixed about 20 mins ago or so (rough estimate). Try restarting your device once or twice now to see if that fixes it. FB pushed an update that was causing a LOT of apps to have crashing issues

So, I reinstalled my game and reinstalled the voice and live 3d data. Ning Hai in her idol outfit was my secretary, and now she has no voice. Logging out and logging back in doesn't fix it.
Neither does changing skins.

The only real differences between servers are guilds and friend accessibility, not much else. Well, server stability as well, but that shouldn't be a problem nowadays.

hi, during the issue with iOS this afternoon, I attempted to delete the game and reinstall to attempt to fix the issue myself, that obviously didn't work, but now after logging into my account (via yostar link), I'm forced to play the tutorial and pick a starter again, is this normal?

how do i change the binded email of an account
I had to reinstall AL since it keeps crashing on me, Then when I update everything back. Every Girls that have a VA gets their voice but for some reason Monarch doesn't, her voice is active during battle but in the Mainscreen and in the Docks, There's just Silence. Anyone else getting this or it's just me? On Bluestacks her voice works fine but on my phone it just happens like that, I updated the voice and L2D.

this is my first maintenance idk what update size can reach. so i can reserve may internet data.
only in-game update, which depend on how big things gonna get added to the game
small event like this usually only get less than 100mb
not always tho, but its around that size at max

My game doesn't want to launch and there are 2 things I did before launching it:
- I launched Game Launcher on my Samsung A50 for the first time to get the discord status
- I connected my phone with Windows 10 PC.
The game is just stuck at the end of the loading bar (same thing happened for Arknights)
I already cleared the game cache but it didn't do anything

@zinc badger if your account is bound through fb/twitter/yostar and you reinstall the app you just have to login through one of those methods and your data will load

the patch note said to avoid deleting the game while its on maint
this enables you to log in with your same data on any compatible device
i don't see why that would matter though
i guess if there is data corruption on their end? idk

You can unbind/rebind accounts as long as it is not the last bind method, but I think yostar you may need to contact Customer Support directly to get it unbound

but it says UID doesnt match
You will need to unbind it from Account A first then

If the twitter bind is the last bind on Account A, make another bind then you should be able to unbind the twitter and rebind it to Account B.

Yes, I think it believes that it's still logged in to the twitter from earlier, or something similar.

Make sure that your account has an additional bind method just in case, and keep your UID on hand somewhere.

Uh idk why but ever since after the Northern Parliament event Azur Lane don't want to work properly on my Huawei P smart i reset my device reinstalled Azur lane but still nothing. every time i go into combat the app restarts itself i tried other games and have no issues i missed 6 events so far because of this the game is so unplayable i cant even do a mob fleet on 1-1

If the tutorial loads, you've probably logged onto the wrong server
like on your old device it may say lexington (etc) when you tap to start, make sure on the new device it says lexington as well

we do sometimes get reports of players logging in, but their account wont show up until a few minutes later
we dont know if this is just an error they made and realized later, or if its an actual issue

On your original account, go to settings and bind to either twitter or facebook.

Hi I’m not sure if I should be addressing that here, but I got this issue with the Little Renown event. I collected all the points and exchanged her on the las day, but she was still showing as an NPC. I didn’t mind it much, but when I checked today I didn’t see her at my dock. Someone please advise where do I need to address that?

I farmed 25k at the big one. I’m not sure how many friendships points I had before the end of the event, but I’m sure it was well beyond 1k.

25k event points is not that much compared to the trust points, since you earned trust points through killing boss nodes iirc
so you could technically reach quite high supply of event points just through daily missions but dont touch the event maps a whole lot

As a despair move, I tried to clean the data of the game in my cellphone to logout and try to login with my twitter account (that was already binded) and when I tried to start my game, he was freezed in a black screen. Yepp, your account will be bound properly. But usually that issue is just a connection issue where you're not able to properly communicate w/ the update server. Try restarting your device (and possibly network router) to see if that helps. Or maybe even trying a different network connection if possible

i have an issue where during battles; the game seems to be zoomed in too far, it is rather difficult to aim shots when most of the enemies are barely within sight, is there any way to "zoom out"?
