There are occasional server issues for some people that are being looked at, but things are mostly back to normal. There will be still some occasional maints though.
Ive been using a retrofit sandy for B3 clear of the event but I'm not making any progress with the "clear b3/d3 with max limit break mission". Is it because it's a retrofit? Are there others dealing with too? I posted the question on the reddit question thread for the event and other people have been experiencing the same thing.

I have a friend that's a new player and wants to make Avrora his home so he could join my guild, he gets a message saying the server isn't accepting new players on the server. Is this a bug or is it because the server is full and will it reopen to new players one day?
yes it means the server is full and won't accept new players. not sure if/when it will reopen to new players sadly.

also it looks like a desynch might have happened. if you don't get your gems after a few minutes you can either:
get a refund via apple/google play and try again.
or if that didn't work:
email CS about the missing gems and they'll help you out.

probably not as your bank gave you a notif about the purchase. more than likely it's a desynch issue. you can try to get a stronger connection or wait a few minutes if you want. but if your gems don't appear use the steps i listed above.
So i tried to make a purchase of 4,900 gems (79.99$) and my card got declined so i thought that it was probably my mistake, that I probably put in bad information, so I removed the card info and put my card info again and tried to make the purchase again, it still said "card declined"

@frozen mortar unless your bank shows the 320$ missing from your account then no, you won't be and haven't been charged. if you see "Declined" statements on your bank, you're fine. and unless it's a currency that's not supported idk why it says your card was declined.

i am having issues with trying to restore my account on avrora after some of the issues earlier today. part of the problem being that twitter closed the account i was using as a bind, and a second part being that i can't make a new account on avrora to set up a new bind and transfer over

Is there a way to grind hard stages in event with minimum fleet? I can beat the hard stages with probably 1:1 but its forcing me to have a full fleet and its expensive to deploy them and i dont need the extra ships to beat the stage

@steel aspen Avrora seems to be fine for me and a good chunk of other players. If you haven't already, try restarting your device AND your network router. Or using a different network connection

Most servers are good now (though perhaps a bit laggy at times). Sandy will occasionally have login/kick out issues though.

I, personally, would say so from my experience. Been playing an Avrora all day and aside from lag this morning, it's been smooth and nothing bad

If you received an automated email, it would be from the same address as that (and come up as a reply/convo)

That's just a method some people have found fixes issues occasionally in the past, if you can do alt connections (like wifi/data/vpn) that might help.

that might just be part of the ongoing server instability on sandy, so waiting may be your best bet for now.
Hi there it seems that the new maintenance was cancelled because the login issue is starting to normalize. Does that mean that the issue was fixed on your end or because there are lesser logins atm that the server can now actually accommodate it?

I am on Avrora and still can not log in. Have deleted and fully reinstalled the game and nothing. I can get to the log in screen. Tap it and it says logging in. it then goes to the next screen where I just have the loading Manjuu and nothing after that..

So my jp game doesn't accept google Play Store money
as long as you are logged into a region that has azur lane in the playstore then there should be no purchase blocking

can you try looking into your facebook and twitter’s settings to see if azur lane is a connected game? for yostar just check your email for any emails with yostar in them
if azur lane is present in any, then its likely you bound with that method
got it, so that error is an expired login session and is only fixed by relogging with your bind

this kept happening to me. some of you recommended to clear cache, force stop and uninstall then reinstall, did that, still happened, especially while doing event lvls. connection is good but idk what caused it. from avrora server
i have a question about the quick retire would be nice to have some settings so u could say all elite and lower because since i cleared out many ships i have to select many manually

Average if you want to get everything consistently would be closer to 100 (including 0.5% ones)
@rose magnet That's cos it has stipulations on who it picks. Such as: needing a locked dupe of said ship in your dock, that's not lvl 1, and it won't pick any ships that're in any form of fleets

Server issues should all be fixed. If you haven't already, try restarting your device and network router. And perhaps trying a different network connection as well. Then after that, try logging in a couple times

So somehow I installed back the AL app and my account was gone, I'm 100% sure I connected it to my Facebook account but as I'm searching for it with my ID my old account doesn't exist anymore. Is there anyone that can help me? Again, I'm positive my account was connected, I made sure of it before I uninstalled the app.

when responding to emails you’re supposed to respond above the email reply, or else it looks like you’re sending their reply back to them

It says research is finished and the timer is on 0 yet it says its ongoing

I keep getting the spam notification on my phone that the research is complete yet it dosnt let me collect the rewards, and also dosnt let me start a new research

What does the progress bar for the research look like? And you can't complete B research requirements before starting them. The runs only count AFTER you start the project
The requirement was to play a stage 3 mission 6 times but I already did that more than 10 and still says its unclear, the timer was working fine till it reached 0
When it got to 0 I received the notification on my phone and went there to collect the rewards but it dosnt let me get them or start a new research, it keeps giving me "research ongoing"
And I keep getting the spam notification that research is complete every 4-5 mins

The server issues arose from too many players trying to log in anyways
Deleting dead accounts won't necessarily solve the problem
To prevent the server traffic disasters over the last few days from reoccurring
so when i can create an character on sandy
We have no indication if they'll ever open them again
So please create a character on another server instead
Unfortunately, opening the servers now may just cause the servers to slow and make your friends unable to play for longer than the 2 days they weren't able to
So please be understanding this is for the benefit of your friends as well
@scarlet pumice on the bright side, there is very little that being in the same server actually does, basically only bring able to chat with them in game, which you can just do through discord or something instead
